I (Chloe) am the owner of this condo and manage this 1 and only property to ensure our guests have the best stay possible. We live down the street and take care of our guests.

Amazing mountain views overlooking Blackbird Beach Island and the town of Leavenworth from this very beautiful, very spacious, home away from home, quiet and private condo with 1 assigned parking spot in the garage! Additional cars can be parked at the nearby public free lot.

The beach and riverfront trails are just a few steps away, along with a great playground for the kids, as well as an outdoor community pool up the street during the summer. The city’s pool is about an 8 minute walk or a 3 minute drive when open. The city has all the details on their open hours!

These condos were newly built and have very nice upgraded finishes, we just did some updating to our liking, that you will enjoy too.

Park the car in your personal spot in the parking garage and leave it for the rest of your vacation! This beautiful, very clean, FULLY stocked, luxury condo vacation rental is nestled between the mountains, and all the fun in downtown Leavenworth.

Fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you could ever need. All the dishes, utensils, pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, wine glasses, etc are provided, as well as a coffee maker, blender and a toaster. Coffee, hot cocoa, apple cider and an assortment of teas included, as well as seasoning/spices, olive oil, sugar, flour etc!

2 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa - 1 king bed in the Master Bedroom and 1 queen in the Guest Bedroom, with dressers and end tables, AND 1 queen sleeper pull out couch in the Living Room, condo sleeps 6. Also has a Pac n Play for a little one if needed. Tons of bedding and extra blankets!

2 mounted flat screen TV's, one in the Master and one in the Living Room and FULL CABLE. The Living Room has a large couch and 2 chairs to relax next to the fireplace. You can adjust the thermostat for your liking, heat and air conditioning. We also provide multiple games and playing cards. There is also a radio/CD player in the Living Room. Free Wi-Fi!

2 large bathrooms with granite counter tops and tile floors with a hair dryer, shampoo and soap provided.

A full size washer/dryer with detergent, dining room table for 6 with built in leaf, there is also a bar and 4 bar stools, and a large private balcony with a bbq, plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the mountains and town.

Very easy self check-in, you’ll be given a code to enter at the front door!

River's Echo is located on the south end of town, with an entrance to Barn Beach and Blackbird Island coming right from the driveway. Everything is walking distances, with shops/restaurants just a few steps away.

Take a stroll, grab some food and get some drinks all within blocks of this cozy condo. Or have your own down time on the balcony or next to the fireplace, lounging while taking in the views of town and the Cascade Mountains.

There is an extra guest fee over 4 guests. However, kids 5 and under are free! There is also a cleaning fee, which we only charge what our Housecleaner charges us. Please fully review the booking cost breakdown before submitting. The damage deposit that is held by HomeAway/VRBO is fully returned to you after your stay.

We will also provide a list of happenings for free upon request for restaurants, and activities close by. I can also book reservations for restaurants and activities for you, if you like. We stayed over 4th of July weekend. We loved how convenient it was for all the activities we did. This spot was a 2 minute walk from Main Street. We floated the river and our meet up spot was literally down the hill from where we were staying. Loved that it came with its own parking spot in a parking garage. This place was clean and came with most kitchen appliances/pots and pans needed for cooking. They even had a grill on the patio. Overall we would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our family weekend in Leavenworth. The condo is lovely and comfortable to relax in. You are right in downtown and all the restaurants and stores are an easy walk (even with small kids!). It is also a short walk to the riverside park, where my kids enjoyed playing on the play structure and the little snow that was still around. We had great communication with the property owner. There was something that needed to be addressed when we checked in, and Chloe immediately responded. Quick and clear communication. Beds were comfy and everyone slept well! The condo complex was quiet at night despite being in downtown. We would recommend this property and would happily stay again! Thank you!

After years of wanting to visit Leavenworth during the holiday season, we finally made it. This cozy condo was in the perfect location right in the middle of all the holiday celebration. We enjoyed the living room with the corner fireplace as we watched holiday movies and drank cocktails. I appreciated that the property had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms. It was also a huge plus having a garage spot available when it's almost impossible to find parking on the street. I would recommend this for groups of 4 and will be coming back to this property in the future.

Nice place to stay . some maintenance concerns. Bath drain clogged with hair upon arrival . AC filter clogged and dropping dust and lint on floor below it. But all in all a nice comfortable place to spend a nice long weekend.

We normally stay at another spot with a pool, but decided to stay somewhere new. We were all very happy with this condo. The beds were comfortable, clean, and you can’t beat this location. The river is right behind the unit and this unit has a great view too! We highly recommend booking Leavenworth float center to float the River walking distance. Only very small thought would be nice to have nextflix in the bedroom. Other than that would 100% booking again next summer!

Everything was great, but we did have one person in the party who is 100% wheel chair dependable. There were a few areas hard to navigate… balcony was not accesible, no grab bars in shower or tub, dining table was bar height and hard for her to use. Location in town was awesome, close to river and close to the action in town.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of the unit. Chloe was also easy to get ahold of and responsive. The only negative is upon arrival. The address numbers are next to impossible to see, and getting into the building was a bit of a challenge. Once you figured it out, it was easy for the rest of the stay. Definitely arrive in the daytime. It was worth it because the unit was great and very comfortable.

It is in the center of the town and very walkable. The unit was well equipped and precisely shown as on the photos. Keyless entry and one secure parking spot. Overall we really enjoyed the weekend we spend there and would definitely return. For a second car it is a bit of an issue to find parking, the lot we were informed about was blocked off, so it made it tricky to find parking. We had a bit of an issue in the one bathroom but there was quick communication about it.

Great place to stay in Leavenworth! You're right in town, so you can walk everywhere. The only negative thing I can say, is that some of the towels smelled sour. But we just grabbed different towels from the linen closet to use and they were fine. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Spent a fun couple of nights here for a ski weekend with friends. Found the home as described, GREAT location in downtown Leavenworth. Very useful to have dedicated garage parking and an elevator to the unit.

Our family of four visits Leavenworth each winter and this has been our first time staying in town. Chloe was an amazing host. The condo is well appointed and the photos and description very accurately describe the rental. She has everything you might need in her beautiful 2-bedroom place. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal and brew coffee in the morning, the living and bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The location can’t be beat. 1.5 blocks from all of the action in town. We didn’t move our car except to go skiing. We will definitely be back and will recommend this rental to friends and family who visit.
