This private, rear townhouse in a group of 4 is nestled in a quiet, secluded area of Glenelg North.Townhouse is completely enclosed so no young child can get out unless someone has left the gate open.Spacious lounge and seperate dining area has sliding door access to outdoor entertainment and BBQ area, with private rear garden and clothes line.Laundry with downstairs toilet.Upstairs comprises of 3 bedrooms, main has a private balcony. Newly renovated bathroom with bath, seperate shower and second toilet. Lockable adjacent via remote control carport for one vehicle, and directly in front of carport door parking for another vehicle.

Had a fantasic stay, property well set up and Wendy has very thoughfully put milk and juice in the fridge to go with the cookies :) property was easy to access and had no trouble parking our dual cab 4wd in carport. was nice and clean and had good heating. would definatly stay again.

Would have benifited from a cleaning of the yard as the rubbish attracted ants.
The property is 10 mins drive from Glenelg Beach. Can be a bit noisy with planes flying over quite often. Garage was too tight to park our KIA carnival and difficult to drive in/out. However street parking was available and easy to access. During the time we visited, the recycle bin was full of rubbish and left on the nature strip. There were two 1 meter tall drums full of recycle rubbish in the garage (beer bottles after beer bottles. Looked like just finished cleaning after a big party) , ants were everywhere in the yard. We didn't use the yard during the stay, it was just not inviting at all.

A great place to stay, it was clean and well set up for us as a family of 5. We have a Landcruiser and it was a little tight for getting to the unit and parking but once we worked out the best way to do it, it worked well. We will definitely stay here again.

My children enjoyed every minute we stayed there
With a gorgeous back yard and outdoor setting i could sit down and relax while the children played
And have peace of mind the yard was completely enclosed..
Everything i could possibly have needed was supplied
Neat and tidy and will now be my go to place whenever i travel to adelaide.

Comfortable stay
We enjoyed our 2 nights stay just before Xmas for a stopover in Adelaide. This property is well maintained, clean and tidy. Since it is someone's house, thus it is fully equipped for daily living. Master bedroom is spacious, the other two rooms are normal size but still big enough especially for children. It appears on map a bit too close to airport but there is very little noise. Shops, beach are just minutes drive down the road in Glenelg. One thing needs to be noted is the narrow driveway leads to garage. If you have a large 4WD or a van, then you better have good tight maneuver skills. Google map satellite image should provide a clear view of the situation.

Property is in great position and fairly quiet. Parking access is very tight for a 4WD especially when neighbours park in drive area. Property is gradually being renovated and will be lovely when finished. Main bed was good but second bed was very basic and not very comfortable.
