We had the most relaxing two weeks. The house is beautiful, especially the conservatory, and in a lovely private and quiet location with great views of the village.
The village is a short walk away and has everything you need (including two bakeries though sadly one of them was closed while we were there). There is a supermarket although it isn't great, but there is a good one a short drive away. There are also places to eat and drink.
The garden is beautiful and very big, although there is nowhere to eat in the garden which is a shame. It also has numerous escape routes, so isn't ideal for dogs. We had a long lead so were able to tether our dog meaning he could potter fairly freely without us having to worry about him.
While the house has beds for eight, it doesn't really feel as though it's set up for such a big group - there is only a quite small sofa in the living area and four seats in the conservatory (which aren't particularly comfortable). There is a dining table that seats eight, but the chairs are extremely uncomfortable and wouldn't make for a relaxing place to spend much time.
The house is in a great location with lots to do in the area and easy access to main roads.
The property was clean and airy and we would definitely
be happy to return.

Erholsame Woche mit Familie und Freunden
Schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Toller großer Garten zum Spielen und Entspannen, sehr schön und praktisch auch die große verglaste Veranda. Freundlicher Empfang, alles wurde gut erklärt, bei Bedarf hätten wir die Dame per Handy erreichen können. Leider war das Haus nicht sehr sauber: die Böden, die Bäder und vor allem die Küche (Schränke, Herd, z.T. ungespültes Geschirr im Schrank). Anscheinend hatten die Vormieter das Haus erst am Nachmittag verlassen, vielleicht hat die Zeit zum gründlichen Putzen nicht ausgereicht - jedenfalls unangenehm (und wir sind da eigentlich nicht pingelig).

Belle maison spacieuse, rénovée à notre goût, bien équipée, idéale pour passer un week-end ou des vacances agréables. Véranda très agréable qui est un plus pour la maison.

A AMELIORER
Problème majeur : douche hors d'usage à l'étage, comme déjà signalé dans un commentaire de 2019. Véranda inutilisable en hiver : trop froid. Table salle à manger trop petite pour 8 personnes, pas de rallonge dispo. Seulement 7 petites cuillères... et assiettes rayées... Humidité dans toutes les chambres, odeurs de moisi. Accessibilité moyenne : marches extérieures glissantes. Cependant la maison doit être agréable au printemps et en été !

Belle location en Bretagne
Très belle location, c'est la deuxième fois que nous venons et nous apprécions à chaque fois la véranda, qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur tout en restant au chaud. Les plages sont toutes proches, ainsi que les pointes du Diben et de Primel. Beau lieu de vacances pour se ressourcer au calme !

La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle, nous avons passé un bon séjour entre amis. Commerces accessibles à pieds et emplacement central pour explorer les environs. La véranda est le vrai plus de la maison !

Une location plutot sympa dans un coin de Finistere à découvrir absolument
La villa est conforme au descriptif et aux photos du site abritel.
La véranda est tres agréable mais insuffisamment chauffée pour la période hivernale.
La maison était propre, que ce soit la cuisine, les chambres ou le sanitaire.
Un bemol au niveau du bac de douche de la sdb de l’étage qui est fendu, ce qui ne semble pas récent. Cette salle de bain est petite pour 3 chambres doubles. La sdb du bas est spatieuse et bien equipee.
La literie est de niveau variable, de tres bonne en bas a tres moyenne dans une des 3 chambres de l’etage.
La cuisine est récente et bien équipée.
Le garage et la buanderie sont bien pratiques.
L’accueil sur place a notre arrivée et a notre départ a été bon, Par contre le propriétaire n’a pas répondu a 3 de mes messages avant notre sejour.
Globalement nous sommes très satisfaits de ces 3 jours dans la villa Victorine de Plougasnou

Keine Kommunikation mit FeWo möglich
Anscheinend hat der Vermieter das Objekt kurz vor unserem Aufenthalt aus der FeWo Vermittlung genommen. Eine Zahlungsaufforderung haben wir noch erhalten. Dann nichts mehr. Selbst die Objektbeschreibung war gelöscht. Und FeWo reagierte weder auf Mail noch gab es eine Telefonnummer...

Wonderful stay in a quiet part of Brittany
This is a beautiful house in a very quiet location on the edge of Plougasnou in North Finistère. The place is well-hidden, but close to the center of Plougasnou, so grocery, boulangerie, and specialty cheese shop are very conveniently available. We were only two, but the house would easily accommodate seven people. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful, especially when we arrived almost too late to find a place to have supper. When we arrived, there was a little collection of gifts set out, including wine and caramels. Checking in and out was a breeze.
Plougasnou is a very pretty little town, and the people are very friendly; when I was unable to get the 24-hour fuel pump to accept my US credit card, a passerby stopped and paid for my fuel with his card, accepting cash in return. The location allows access for day trips to Brest, Carnac, Rennes, and really all of Brittany.
We would very happily return to this house.

faire découvrir le Finistère à ses amis.
Une maison très agréable, propre,spacieuse, une déco sympa, une véranda qui donne sur un joli jardin. Un petit bémol pour les serviettes de toilette , elles sont toutes de la même couleur ( nous étions 4 couples ), sur le tancarville difficile de s'y retrouver, et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Mais le séjour s'est super bien passé, la région est magnifique.

Alles war bestens! Das Wetter hat nicht ganz mitgespielt aber dann waren wir eben in diesem Traumhaus!

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus
Wir haben das Haus mit 6 Personen genutzt und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es gibt sogar eine Erstausstattung mit Kaffee, Zucker etc. Die Bäder sind modern und das untere Bad hat sogar 2 Duschen. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Das Haus ist kleiner, als es auf den Fotos erscheint - jedoch sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns im Wintergarten immer sehr gerne aufgehalten. Die Betten sind bequem, die 140er Betten für 2 Erwachsene allerdings sehr schmal.
Die Übergabe war problemlos und die Dame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei etwaigen Fragen.
Der nächste Supermarkt ist in Plougasnou, der in Lanmeur hat uns jedoch besser gefallen. Dort gibt es auch eine sehr gute Creperie im Ort.
Dienstags vormittags ist Markt in Plougasnou. Dort kann man gut und günstig Obst, Gemüse etc einkaufen.

Wunderbar !
Wir hatten zu dritt mit Hund 11 wunderbare Tage und Nächte in der Villa Victorine. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus, besonders die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es war sogar für Kaffee und Tee, Essig, Öl und Gewürze gesorgt. Auch Reinigungsmittel waren da. Was wir geleert haben, haben wir wieder aufgefüllt, so dass die nächsten Mieter auch dirket "urlauben" können. Der Wintergarten war unser liebster Aufenthaltsort. Hier kann man an so manchem Tag dem Wind oder Regen trotzen und hat dennoch das Gefühl draussen zu sein. Wir freuten uns jeden Tag nach den Ausflügen in unser schönes Ferienhaus zurück zu kommen. Auch der Hund konnte sich sofort entspannen und genoss den grossen Garten. Durch die unweiten Felder waren Kaninchen im Garten, was diesen natürlich sehr interessant machte ;-). Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos, wie abgesprochen, eine Ansprechparterin war immer per Handy zu erreichen. Dienstags ist Marktag in Plougasnou. Ein kleiner schöner Markt mit allem was man braucht. Der Supermarkt vor Ort ist etwas düster, bietet aber alles, was man braucht. Wir fuhren aber lieber nach Lanmeur oder Plestin zum Einkaufen. Der kleine Strand zwischen Plougasnou und St.Jean du Doigt ist bei Ebbe wunderschön, bei Flut ist er halt weg :-). Es gibt im Finistère keine Feld-, Rad- oder Waldwege, um mit einem Hund ausgedehnte Spaziergänge zu machen. Man geht an den Strand oder schlampert durch die Ortschaften. Ab dem 15.6. bis 15.9. ist Hundeverbot am besagten Strand. Der Wanderweg GR 34 ist sehr schön, teilweise anspruchsvoll und bei starkem Wind auch gefährlich. Man kann in der Nähe in LeDiben oder Primel die kleinen Caps umwandern und hat auch schöne Aussichtspunkte dort. Nicht weit entfernt ist der Cairn de Barnenez, wo ein Rundweg herum führt... wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Victorine und würden zum Entspannen, Entschleunigen und Erholen jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten
Das Haus befindet sich am Ortseingang zu Plougasnou unweit der Küste gelegen. Wir hatten dort eine tolle Woche, der Vermieter stellt auch nötigsten Dinge zur Verfügung, wie Gewürze, Öle, Spültabs, Müllbeutel etc. so das man diese Dinge nicht erst kaufen muss. Man kann sofort erkennen, daß der Vermieter wohl selbst die Immobilie nutzt, von daher hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schön, gerade in der herbstlichen Zeit, ist der Wintergarten. Die Schlafzimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten gut. Auch die Badezimmer sind toll, ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen, wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Plougasnou. Das Ferienhaus, war gross, super gut ausgerüstet und zum nahegelegenen Strand waren es 5 Autominuten. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft mit viel Platz und guter Lage.
Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und vor allem im Wintergarten mit Blick in den Garten sehr gerne gesessen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Zimmer sind auch alle mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Ebenfalls der Platz für unsere Fahrräder in der Garage war gut. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Plougasnou hat uns auch gefallen, da der Ort nicht so touristisch ist. Mit dem Rad konnte man viele schöne Ziele in der Umgebung erreichen.
Nur leider gab es zu wenig Haken für die Handtücher:).

excellent séjour en Bretagne
Adorable maison, beaucoup de charme, chaleureuse et très fonctionnelle. Sa situation est idéale pour les nombreuses visites qui peuvent être faites au départ de Plougasnou en voiture et pour ceux qui préfèrent randonner, il n'y a que l'embarras du choix. Ne pas craindre le mauvais temps, la véranda permet de profiter du jardin très bien entretenu, comme toute la maison d'ailleurs, c'est une pièce qui incite au repos et à la détente. Nous ajouterons que nous avons été très bien accueillis et que tout était parfaitement organisé. Sans hésiter nous conseillerons cette propriété à toute famille souhaitant visiter ce très joli coin de Bretagne. En conclusion nous avons passé une excellente semaine, un peu trop courte.

Très belle décoration. La véranda est super agréable avec une vue à 380 qui donne l'impression de flotter sur le jardin!
La maison est spacieuse, bien agencée, très bien équipée et très bien entretenue.
