Cinnamon Beach Condominiums are located within the exclusive oceanfront community of Ocean Hammock. They are surrounded by miles of private, cinnamon colored beaches and the beautiful ocean side Jack Nicholas designed golf course called the 'Pebble Beach of the east coast'.

In winter, our balcony is warm and sunny. A wonderful retreat from the cool ocean breeze. For that reason, the lakeside is a preferable location, especially during the winter months. You will be able to enjoy comfortable, relaxing meals on your balcony. There is a grill on the balcony for your convenience.

Our 3 bedroom condo sleeps 8 comfortably. All of the beds have very luxurious pillow top mattresses for a great night's sleep. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cherry cabinets, all cookware, blender, coffee maker, toaster, utensils, and dishes. Everything you will need for preparing a lovely meal with friends and family. The open floor plan allows everyone to be together without being crowded, while the zoned bedrooms give much needed privacy. The large sliding glass doors in the master suite and living room provide beautiful views of the sunset, lake, and golf course. The master bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and garden tub. There are plenty of towels and beach towels, for your convenience. There are also several books, movies, and games to keep everyone entertained.

You will have access to all of the amenities in Ocean Hammock. There are 2 heated pools. One with gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a 'water splash zone' for kids, a fitness center, a game room with pool table, foosball, and air hockey, and a quiet ocean side lap pool with observation deck. There are also many beautiful biking and walking trails. We also have beach chairs and waveboards.

If you decide to venture off of the property, you can visit St. Augustine. It is home to two large outlet malls and Old Town, which has many quaint shops and restaurants. Marineland is less than 10 miles away. It's a wonderful aquarium, where you will have a chance to swim with the dolphins. If tennis and golf are your pleasure, there are many wonderful courses and a new tennis facility with 10 clay courts. There are also many renowned tennis clubs within an hours' drive.

The condo was just as described. The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen was stocked adequately to cover what we needed on the nights we stayed in to cook. The only reason I have a 4 star on cleanliness was that the electric grill on the patio was dirty and the grease pan was full. Otherwise, we had no issues and look forward to coming back next year!

Great condo in Palm Coast. Gated community with multiple pools and easy access to the beach. Condo was as advertised. It was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful. Check in was a breeze as well. We could not have had a better experience and we would definitely stay again. The ease of the entire process and stay made for an extremely relaxing vacation.

This neighborhood is exceptionally upscale. The grounds are meticulously maintained, featuring beautiful landscaping and trees. The condo itself is incredibly spacious with classy decor. One of our favorite aspects was enjoying the view from the patio, especially in the morning with coffee. The ceiling fan made it enjoyable all day. We shared many meals outside. The beach is just a short walk away with plenty of access points, though the rocks on the beach were a bit disappointing, they didn't detract much from our trip. The pools are a bit of a walk; families with young children will particularly enjoy the lakeside pool with its splash pad and baby pool. Across the street, there's a quiet pool offering a stunning ocean view. Consider bringing your own chairs, umbrella, and a wagon for the beach; we found them worthwhile investments from Walmart. Otherwise, the condo is well stocked and truly feels like a home away from home. It's a place we can't recommend enough for its overall charm and comfort.

This was our first vacation to Palm Coast. Our condo was perfect for our family. Location to beach was perfect, however, beach was probably the only disappointment. Huge rocks in the water prevented us from being able to swim so we had to go down the road to Marineland. Other than that the complex was nice and the pools were very convenient. We will definitely return to the area.

We loved this condo and we loved this area. This condo is situated in a very nice neighborhood along by the ocean with two great pools. One of the pools has a beautiful view of the ocean and is very peaceful. Cinnamon beach is a quiet place and not touristy like many other ocean towns.

Everything was exactly as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed time at the pool as well as the beach. Donna was very prompt in responding to any questions we had or with what we needed. We felt very safe and secure with the area. My daughters preferred a beach without lots of shells and rocks, so we went down to Crescent beach one day which was close by. Wonderful vacation!

We always take an annual be an trip and Donna’s place was perfect! Getting to the beach and pool is really quick and easy so we could return to the condo for breaks or surprise rainy weather. We also loved how open the space is so we could hang out comfortably for dinner. And the beds were really comfortable. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The only dissapointment was that the men could not play golf on the course shown on pictures..Vrbo needs to put a disclaimer that unless you book thru the resort you can not play on the golf course...Otherwise the property and the unit was fantastic.. If you are looking for activities to do with young children you have to drive to other beaches

This place was exactly what we were looking for - a place to relax, enjoy the beach, pool and some local eateries all within close reach/drive. The condo itself had all the basic amenities to get you through most of the trip (depending on your length of stay and number of people), and if you ran out Publix was a quick trip to restock. I will definitely keep this place on my favorites list to revisit again (hopefully soon!).

We enjoyed the condo. It was spacious and had a very pretty lake view. We enjoyed seeing the fish, turtles and alligator from the balcony. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but we would have enjoyed a toaster oven and a liquid measuring cup. There was a regular toaster but a toaster oven is more convenient. I would suggest bringing some heavy beach towels, more paper towels and extra toilet paper (they do provide a small amount with the condo). The area was very quiet and the beach and pool area were very pretty. We found a few good restaurants and enjoyed driving to Saint Augustine to visit (35 minutes away). All in all we recommend!

This was our third time visiting Cinnamon Beach, and each time we’ve stayed in a different place. They were all wonderful but Donna’s condo takes the cake. It’s absolutely beautiful, so tastefully decorated, with everything you could possibly need. We cooked all of our meals there and never lacked for anything. And the condo was so clean, which is one of the most important things to me. We loved sitting on the balcony watching afternoon storms roll through. Donna was also absolutely wonderful to work with. I could go on and on, but the highest compliment I can give is that when we come back to Cinnamon Beach next year, we’ll stay at Donna’s condo. Wish I could give more than five stars!

The owner was great to work with. Even though we knew before hand that painting would be occurring , it had no negative impact on us. The balcony wasn’t painted until Friday afternoon so no issues there. The inside was very clean with modern appliance. My wife fell in love with the high end Keurig so I see one in our future. The only negative and no fault to the owners was Pool Police Kathy. She is the beach club manager and maybe it was because of Covid but she was very nit picky about any rules violations. To the point she seemed to enjoy it. She even told a kid she wasn’t allowed to drop those pool toys in that sink and you swim to retrieve them. Regardless we would definitely return.

Everything about this condo is beautiful! It had everything we needed. We loved cooking out on the balcony and being together. Even with the scaffolding for the painting of the building was there, the view was beautiful. St. Augustine is one of our favorite places and the location to everything was perfect. The rocks on the beach were the only drawback.

This was our 5th trip to Cinnamon Beach. We discovered unit 1132 last year and we loved it so much we came back to it this year. All you could want is in this unit. Comfortable beds, nice furniture and all you need in the kitchen. Electric grill on the patio. Used it twice. Short walk to the beach and pools. Will return again.
