La señal de internet era lo bastante malo, incluso mi hermano preguntó que pasaba y el chico fue un tanto grosero al momento de decirle que no había internet. Se entiende que por el lugar el internet sería escaso pero el modo en que el chico trató a mi hermano fue rudo.

Cercano, cómodo y amigable

Esta a una calle hacia abajo del kiosko del pueblo, muy cerca, la cama muy cómoda y el aire refresco todo el cuarto, muy necesario. La alberca rica y mide 1.70, hay agua fría y caliente aunque en junio no se necesita.

El estacionamiento está a una cuadra hacia abajo, sobre una pendiente, el hotel esta sobre una calle de escaleras, así que puede ser poco accesible para 3ra edad o personas en silla de ruedas. Sin embargo, lo recomiendo si no tienes esas cualidades 😊

Está super cerca del centro, fáci de llegar, limpio, accesible

las toallas se están deshaciendo, podrían comprar nuevas o al menos revisar lo que ponen en las habitaciones, no funcionaba el restaurante y no me han dado mi factura

La ubicación excelente, en dos minutos llegas a pie al centro

No cuentan con sistema de cable, sugiero cuenten con personal para llevar el vehículo al estacionamiento.

El hotel está bien ubicado cerca del jardín principal y es pet-friendly

Para llegar al hotel hay que subir por una calle peatonal de escaleras (bastante empinadas), algo que me hubiera gustado saber antes de reservar ya que viajaba con adultos mayores. Las paredes del hotel también son muy delgadas y se escuchaba TODO y el servicio de wi-fi y restaurante es bastante malo.

Excelente ubicación y buenas instalaciones

La ubicación es excelente , y aunque el estacionamiento no esta en el hotel , si tiene como a una cuadra

El acceso al hotel es un poco incomodo ya que hay que subir unas escalinatas y para personas mayores se dificulta , lo bueno que hay un callejón frente al hotel y aunque tuvieron que caminar como una cuadra ya no subieron las escaleras

Excelente hotel y servicio

Llegamos a las 10 am a Xilitla (íbamos a dejar las maletas en recepción para ir a desayunar y hacer el check in a las 3 pm como lo indicado y muy amable la chica de recepción nos asignó nuestra habitación a las 10 am para que descansáramos , excelente servicio

Ningún comentario malo para el hotel , todo fue excelente y muy amables las chicas de recepción

Unprofessional service, pool was not clean, poor internet signal, high tension wires hanging in the balcony touching the rail.

Steep pedestrian only street access. You have to carry your bags about 100M from your vehicle. Not recommended for anyone with limited mobility. the water pressure was very old in the shower and the water barely dribbled out.

In general the employees try the best, but the manager not at all, communication fatal Location is very good, but with such acting not to recommand at all. We fight to get our money back for our room that was not provided the first night

We booked three rooms. We tried to change the booking, but it was never confirmed and messages via booking.com were not replied, therefore we traveled as booked. It was immpossible to reach anyone by phone to clarify. Arrivimg we got informed that of the three booked rooms only two are available, because we would have changed the booking. As said, it was never confirmed and we wrote therefore via booking.com that we keep the paid booking. As there were only two rooms, some had to sleep on matratze on the floor. The very anyoing issue is, we never could talk to the Manager during our stay and the hotel wants to keep the payment for the third (missing room). We talked many times to reception and tried to call the manager , impossible to reach. Many too add to the Story, but i will stop here. In general the employees try the best, but the manager not at all, communication fatal Location is very good, but with such acting not to recommand at all Location is very good, but with such acting not to recommand at all. Nice play to stay, really nice location

Excellent location, nice place, there was a pool and also a grill for a Carnita Asada. It has a parking lot (althought it's not in the hotel's location, is like a block away but that's normal in xilitla)

When I arrived, there was nobody at the desk so we had to wait for a while. Also the internet was no really working and the tv had a strange error in which out of the blues the menu would pop off and it wouldn't close until I turn it off with the control.

Best Hotel for Pets in the City

The staff is the best staff that I ever seen in a small hotel. The girls offered to walk my pet and to take care of her. We loved this attitude. The location is good, they have an external parking lot. It's OK.

Only the beds, but, the room was so cozy. That was completely fine to me.

Confortable beds and very clean rooms. Kind service.

The parking's location was far away. You can't see your vehicle meanwhile you are in the hotel. It has no restaurant therefore you need to buy food outside at town square.
