Welcome to our cozy oasis! Our goal is to create an atmosphere that feels like home and cater to your needs for an unforgettable experience. Relax in our private 3Bd/2Ba retreat, with a pool, BBQ pit, gas fire pit, and a screened porch. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the peaceful Dobson Ranch, Mesa, just 15 mins from PHX airport with easy access to 60/101 freeways. Explore Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe (10 mins away), or vibrant Old Town Scottsdale (20 mins) with a short Uber ride. Get ready for a memorable stay!

10 minutes from Cubs Spring Training. Conveniently located by the 60 and 101 near Dobson Ranch in Mesa. Located in the middle of all the best downtown areas- catch a 10 minute Uber to downtown Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe or 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale.

We had a lovely time! Centrally located property was very well equipped, lots of linens, very comfy beds, pool and Lanai were very relaxing and maintained. While we weren’t traveling with small children, we noticed there was a high chair and pack-and-play for young families. Hosts were extraordinarily responsive and hospitable. Thank you so much for making our trip a pleasure.

Rental was just off Dobson St., so easy to get to everything. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Beds were soft, AC worked well (thankfully). Would definitely book again!

We had a great time in Mesa in large part because of this rental! It was perfect! From the location to the pool to the comfortable bed to the cleanliness to the hosts! We will definitely be staying here again! Woot!

Good neighborhood. The home is a bit outdated but was comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was AMAZING. The bed was comfortable and the pool was refreshing. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed at this property in April of 2024. Although the pool water was cool, it was refreshing and the kids loved it! 2 amazing floatie chairs were provided, which the adults took advantage of. There is a cutie tree in the front yard and a grapefruit tree in the back yard which was great for snacks. There was a shortage of plates, so I would recommend bringing paper plates along--we had 6 people and although there were additional small plates, there were only 4 large plates so we had to do dishes often. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch area, which was great. We also used the gas grill to grill out and propane was available for our use. The furniture and bedding was mostly comfortable, although the kids complained that their mattress (one of the queen beds) was very hard. There are close neighbors but the backyard is very private due to the walls/fences. The location is nice--we did some great hikes which were all within a half hour from the house. The hosts were wonderful with instant communication and made our stay quite pleasant. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the Chandler area!

The place was exactly what my sisters, wife, and I needed as we were in town for a wedding. It was great to be able to jump into the pool and cool down after we exercised. Would stay again if we come to the area.

Me, my boyfriend and my family went to Arizona to visit my boyfriend’s family and do some sight seeing. We arrived at 7am on check in day and Emily let me know as soon as the cleaners were done so we could get in there as soon as possible! We went to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tortilla Flat, and San Diego and it was so nice to have such a cozy home to return to after so much driving! Emily was a very good, attentive host and we’ll definitely be booking this house again next time we come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful week. The home was close to everything (ball parks, shopping, restaurants, etc.) and yet in a quiet neighborhood. We LOVED sitting out in the screened in porch, and our boys enjoyed playing in the yard. The pool was too cold to really swim in (though my youngest gave it a valliant effort!) but we had a nice time sitting around it. Overall, it was a great stay!

House is very nice and had everything we needed. Very well kept. Neighborhood was nice, there is a park a short walk from the house which was nice. Enjoyed hanging out by the pool and grilling food and hanging out in the back sunroom. The fresh oranges and grapefruit from the trees in the yard were an added bonus. So many places to enjoy within walking distance which made out stay even better.

Our party was a couple and his two sisters, all over 50. We needed 3 beds and this property had three nice bedrooms and two bathrooms.The beds were very comfortable. We like to cook breakfast every morning before heading out on our adventures. The kitchen had cookware and a nice, large refrigerator. A coffee maker is a "must have" for me and I used the Keurig each morning. We also used the BBQ grill several times. We enjoyed fresh oranges and a few grapefruits from the fruit trees on the property. We enjoyed relaxing on the screen porch most evenings and liked having a TV out there. We also sat around the fire pit a couple evenings. The property was clean. Our hosts were responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again. Cheers, Janel

Beautiful and clean home. Well stocked and very comfortable for our stay. Enjoyed sitting outside by the pool and having fresh oranges and grapefruit. Very quiet neighbourhood, close to major roads. Good communication with the hosts who were very helpful and quick to reply to questions. We would happily stay again!

We booked our stay at this property months before arriving. The photos are an accurate representation of what you see in person. It checked off every single box we were looking to find in a vacation home. The home had nice details and furnishings that made our stay feel like we were truly at home! Emily and Jarrod were EXTREMELY accommodating with us bringing our 17 month old with having a play pen and a high chair waiting for us! (Bonus for those travelling with children, less to pack). The fenced off pool was great, the outside screened in patio was a dream and where we spent all of our time while we were at the house. Communication was exceptional and response times fast. The houses was just right. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the little extras, like having towels/pool towels and complementary toiletries. The pool was lovely and clean and a good size. We felt very relaxed and had a lovely time. We would definitely recommend staying there.
