Excellent location, all you need hotel

The room had all we needed, was clean and comfortable and quiet. We had a premium room which was on a separate floor. Very nice! Breakfast was the best I have had in Japan and staff were very friendly! We also had free drinks in mini bar and a voucher for the bar which was nice.

Nothing in room - reception could be a bit nicer in terms of decor.

Easy and sleek.

Great location, comfy rooms, cool design. We stayed a few days before in Hotel The Flag and this hotel is leaps and bounds superior in every way.

Fantastic location, would stay again

Perfect location for walk-ability to the highlights of Osaka. Also very close to the station for easy travel to and from. Room a little small and dated but clean and comfortable. Higher floors obviously have better views

Ho già alloggiato in questa struttura, mi sono trovata molto bene, posizione comoda per raggiungere vari punti della città

Il personale alla reception è molto scontroso. Abbiamo chiesto il check-in anticipato di 1h rispetto all’orario previsto, ho spiegato le mie esigenze e ho spiegato che saremmo partiti l’indomani mattina prestissimo. Nonostante la camera FOSSE disponibile, mi hanno chiesto di pagamento di una penale (pari al soggiorno di 1 notte). Il cliente è trattato solo come un numero.

Beautiful hotel located in the heart of Osaka City.

Newish hotel located in the heart of Osaka City. Conveniently located 5 min away by walking to the Nanba stations where trains run direct to Kansai Airport. The hotel is also directly connected underground to the Osaka Metro (exit 12) so on rainy days you don't get wet walking to the station. Lots of activity, food and shopping options outside the hotel. Rooms are decent sized, clean and bed is nice.

早餐豐富好吃，這半年來大阪兩次，每次都住這，住六到七天，很習慣交通方便跟舒適的房間，早餐能吃很飽，用餐到10:30

打掃很用心，因有孩子弄得房間比較亂，但每次回來都很乾淨

唯一的缺點是沒有洗衣機

Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Osaka

Extremely well located to Namba station which has all the metro and train lines, and just a min walk away from the dotonbori and nearby areas

Not luxury hotel but good value for money - very comfortable , clean and well equipped

ขอบในทุกอย่าง ทั้ง ทำเลใกล้ที่ช้อปปิ้ง สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน ห้องอาหารเช้าอร่อย ห้องน้ำดีมากน้ำแรงฝักบัวดีมาก อุปกรณ์อาบนำ้ ห้องน้ำดีเยี่ยม เตียงนอนสบาย

อย่างเดียวเลยคือ คีย์การ์ดห้องพักจะต้องเป็นชั้นที่เราพัก พอดีเราไปทริปครอบครัว 16 คน มีบางคนต้องไปพักชั้น19 เราพักชั้น15 ซึ่งคนพักชั้น19 จะมาหาคนชั้นที่15ไม่ได้ ต้องลงไปที่ Lobby ชั้น11 แล้วให้คนชั้นที่15 ลงไปที่ชั้น11 ไปพาขึ้นมาที่ชั้น15 ซึ่งมันไม่สะดวกจริงๆ ถ้าใครมาพักคนละชั้น ต้องระวังให้ดีนะ

The best hotel in Osaka

5박 6일 머무르는 동안 거의 매일 조식을 먹었는데 매일매일 조식 메뉴가 달라지는게 너무 좋았고 모든 재료가 신선하고 골라먹는 재미가 있어서 좋았어요. 조식 퀄리티는 최고입니다. 너무 맛있었어요.

Excellent stay in the Namba area

Modern hotel in the Namba area, we loved the direct underground access to the subway station and connections to the various shopping malls in the area. Both the room and bathroom are a good size for a Japanese hotel, with more than enough space to fit our large suitcases.

Pillows weren’t the best and we had to request for firmer ones. It would be great if they had memory foam pillows by request.

It was clean

It’s way overpriced, not charming or nice and there was a massive construction site next to the hotel with massive noise from 1am-5am, which we weren’t informed about upon arrival. It kept us up all night.

Nice location. Nice decoration. And nice room.

Good location. Direct to Namba Subway Station. Enough choices of restaurant in 5min walking distance.

One thing annoying is that before 01:00am, there are a lot of noise down street. Most the noise from motorcycles or cars I am not sure. Even with window closed.

Amazing location, luxurious and beautiful.

Location is AMAZING. Entry is possible from the subway. There is a familymart is also within the building. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Breakfast is a big spread and has lots of variety. Hotel located close to Dotonbori. Lots of food and shopping close by. Staff are really helpful. They can store luggage before and after your stay.

また泊まりたいホテル

難波駅の12番出口に直通していて、ホテルの一階にコンビニがあるし、周辺に美味しいお店がたくさんあります。レストランの朝食が美味しくて、部屋がとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。しかも、スタッフのレベルが高く、連泊しても居心地が良かったです。

シャンプーの使い心地があまり良くなかったです。

Wonderful hotel at great location.

It is a wonderful hotel and after several stays here I can say that they even improved the service. Breakfast really stands out! And the direct connection to Namba subway.

10 out of 10, I’d love to revisit the hotel when I travel Osaka again.

The room was quite spacious, and it had all the necessary equipment to make my stay more comfortable. The amenities were in very good quality. The room was very clean. The bed was warm and comfortable enough to enjoy the sleep. The sofa bed was also very comfortable. The view from the window was great as well. The hotel is connected to the Namba metro station, and about 3min walk from the Namba station from the airport. Lots of different convenient stores nearby.

The room was a bit dry. I constantly woke up in the middle of the night to drink some water.

Convenient, great size and food

Super convenient spot, metro exit linked to hotel! Breakfast was great, the size is bigger than the other hotel!

The bed was slightly hard and the noise from the road could be a little problem for light sleeper but its still a very comfy hotel.

Good location, new and clean building.

The location was quite good. And the bellboy was right there to help when we arrived the building and directed us to the lobby on 11/F.

Long line for breakfast. We waited our table for 30-45 mins so we ended up just buying some snacks at the convenience store.

Diseño y comodidad en una ubicación especial

La ubicación de este hotel es muy curiosa y súper práctica: tiene acceso desde la propia estación de metro de Namba. Está a pocos pasos de Dotonbori. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda y el desayuno es variado y está todo muy bueno.

住宿過非常多飯店，這間整體甚優於ㄧ些五級飯店，位置又方便，無可挑剔，下次去大阪一定再訪

員工親切，同行共有3房入住，還貼心問女生住哪一房，補備品時會稍有不同，處理問題也很即時。

房間算是滿大的，有足夠空間，而且清潔人員每天都會清潔和添加物品，又有pad控制暖冷氣、燈光，住起來非常舒適，下次再來大阪還是會選擇這裡。

位置很好，附近有很多美食。

唯一的缺點就是浴室沒有地方放衣服。

Great location and very convenient

Location was excellent.

Breakfast. Good variety but my sunny side eggs were cold as it was pre cooked. Atmosphere at restaurant felt like a cafeteria.

Excellent Hotel Service, Great Accessibility to Subway, Comfort and Spacious Room

Love the accessibility to Osaka Namba metro station, Excellent breakfast spread every morning, amazing and attentive service by the hotel staff during breakfast, check in and luggage concierge and lastly the room was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped with the necessary facilities and amenities. Also love that they have smart lighting controls within the room. Enjoyed our last day lounging at the hotel's cafe lounge restaurant, great food and service too. Overall, I will recommend this hotel in Osaka and definitely return for my next hotel stay if I am coming back to Osaka in the near future.

The sensor light at the entry doorway is a little bit too sensitive, it keeps lighting up when it senses even the least bit tiny movements which can be kinda disturbing at night. And also becoz the hotel is near the road, we can hear some motorbikes or cars racing late in the nighttime. but these 2 factors are not major issues, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good hotel in terms of location, service and comfort.

地下鉄直結の素晴らしいホテル

まず第一に褒めるべきはスタッフさんの的確な対応力です。行きたい場所への交通に関する質問対応や朝食時もさりげなく食器を下げてくださり、新しい食器をお使い下さいとのこと。気持ち良く食事できました。スタンダードツインにソファーベットの三名使用でしたが狭くは感じず、気になっていた外からの音も気にせず、とても良い眺望でゆっくり休む事ができました。地下から直結でホテルへ行けるので気軽に出かける事ができました。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かって頂き、出かけた後荷物を引き取り→疲れた足には何よりもありがたいです。ライトアップできる鏡も素晴らしいですが、ヘアドライヤー用のコンセントやいろんな箇所にコンセントがあり使いやすかったです。ありがとうございました。

敢えて言うなら、個人的な希望ですがシャワールームに洗面器があると嬉しく感じた所です。
