Nice location, friendly staff, nice design.
Fitness center is listed as an available facility with photos posted. When I asked where it was, I was told it does not exists and it never existed. When I asked about the images on the web, I was told "those images are what we intended to have"! Are you kidding me?!! This is outright false advertising and misleading the customer. For many people it may not matter but I did enter into my excel file holding my exercise schedule "fitness room with free weights" as soon as I made my reservation and my monthly schedule counting on the accuracy on their web site.
Bathroom design is awkward with the door opening to inside. Several times we had to get help from each other to get out of the shower! Cannot imagine what would I do if I was traveling alone.
Two bottles of water included free of charge. Since we were three people, I asked for an extra bottle and was told there was a charge. This is already on the absurd side given the nightly rate. We were especially annoyed with the fact that they charge five (5!) times the amount charged by the famous Tas Kahve, which is five minutes walk to the hotel. (Dinner was expensive, similar prices to fine dining prices in the U.S., but it was worth the price in our view.)

Very new, good location, excellent service, excellent food, very helpful and courteous staff, clean.
Size of the room was extremely small. We had a serious issue with our room:
The Room is sold as a superior room with queen bed however it is so small that the bed they placed in the center of the room is about a full size bed but shorter. I'm 5'10" and when I was lying on my stomach my toes were off the bed by about 3". 2 feet to one side of the bed is a wall and 2 feet towards the inside of the room and you're in the bathroom. (that might be considered a good thing if you have to get up a lot at night)
I had to be mindful when taking a shower, not to hit and break the glass shower divider. The closet is in the small pathway to the door, when the closet doors are open you cannot go to the door. The hotel shuttle took us to their beach "Mola" about 15 minutes by car. After seeing the crowded conditions of the beach we immediately wanted to return to the hotel. The beach was not the same level as the hotel.
My wife complained and gave feedback to the reservation desk regarding the size of the room and the beach conditions. Because we didn't hear anything from the management during our stay my wife wanted to make sure that the management was informed about our poor experience with the room and the beach. The reservation desk stated that our feedback was forwarded to the hotel management.
