Cool chilled away from city noise

The place looks nice and is comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly. The place is in a calm place away from the city, so you definitely need a car if you book there.

We arrived late at night and the neighborhood was completely dark and a bit spooky being in the middle of nowhere.

A charming stay in a beautiful location away from everything.

Room and public spaces in hotel was beautifully decorated. Plenty of spaces to laze about and everything seemed extremely well taken care of. Enough hooks in the room and bathroom which was nice. Breakfast was small but fresh and set on a nice tray for each guest. Simple but nice and friendly service.

Like all hotels we stayed at in Denmark, only filtered coffee in pots were available. So no latte or cappuccino sadly. We wished there were more danish pastries available at breakfast. Also meals or dinner was not always available so it was a bit of a hassle to find a restaurant after our flight and drive there.

We had a really nice stay and would gladly book again. The couple running the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good! Everything was perfect and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommend!

Great facilities and a unique space.

We really enjoyed the concepts and facilities. The owners were very friendly and the space was immaculate. Loved meeting the cat called Tula.

booking.com didn’t explain to me that the room has no window. during the check in the owner told me that the room that i booked has no window and if I want to have a room with window i need to pay around 30 $ extra and said no because I arrived to the hotel around 23:00 o’clock, when I saw the room was like a box and now opening for ventilation, like a basement room with no window so I recommend that someone know this before booking the room. hotel and area was empty

A really cozy and beautiful place a little bit out in the country. The staff was really helpful and the breakfast was excellent. We finished our stay with picking strawberries just across the street.

Nice and cosey!

Very nice and homely and owners are soo friendly! so much better than a normal hotel.

Nothing, except would have hoped for the possibility for getting dinner at the property.

Amazing and lovely!

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and the breakfast was really really amazing! Also, since the place is a bit out of the main town, it was really quiet. The room itself is well equipped with everything you would need. It is an amazing place to stay and I would definitely recommend it. We had a new year dinner there which was an addition to what we booked and the dinner exceeded our expectations.

Desirable Location, Disappointing Value

Our last-minute booking was pleasant and reasonably comfortable. In hindsight, I would describe our room as fairly charming and quirky. The bed, which is set in a nook of sorts and requires one to crawl into the space, may not be accessible for older people or those with some physical challenges. I imagine that children would love it, as it felt like I was entering a “tent” or hideout! My husband was not as amused. The shower was nice, but the open desk area was quite tight (and we have lean frames). The common areas of the hotel are rustic, artsy and interesting to the eye. The location is desirable, though we did not have a view from our room.

All in all, I would not say that this particular property, in comparison to others that we stayed at in Denmark, was worth the expense (especially since we were there during the “low/shoulder” season).

I will repeat!

The hosts were absolutely welcoming, dedicated and they love the job they do. They prepared a fantastic breakfast and you can tell they really take care of their place and guests. The surroundings are amazing. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

The owners are really welcoming and the Hotel has perfect location close to the beach (10 mins walk). Design of the hotel is clean, modern, room for breakfast is with the sea view and the breakfast is simple but delicious.

We had a trouble to open the window to catch some fresh air but after few hours we managed it and it was a game changer :)

Had a good time with family. Love everything about this place.

Breakfast was plenty and delicious with a cozy ambience and beautiful sea view. It's located on a very quiet place and near beaches. Kids love the games/toys at the breakfast area and their garden across the road. The room and its surrounding are comfortable and nicely designed. We would stay here again when we come to this area.

We felt refreshed on every level.

The room was really beautiful and silent. The bed and shower were luxurious. The surroundings were post card -beautiful and you could even pick your own strawberries. The separately paid breakfast was at the same time homely and elegant.

Great hotel.

We stayed here on our way to Norway. It was an ideal hotel to stop over at on our way to Copenhagen to get the ferry. There was ample parking on site. The rooms are really nice and cosy. The breakfast (additional cost) was perfect and I would highly recommend it!
