Well-equipped traditional chalet in a perfect location towards the mountain village of Peisey and towards the ski area Ski area Peisey - Les Arcs – Paradiski. Distance to the ski lift approx. 500 m. The chalet features an open fireplace, sauna and free
Wi-Fi. The typical stone house from 1880 was expanded with great attention to detail and turned into a cozy holiday home. The interior is spacious and generously designed, the chalet impresses with its special charm and offers a high quality of living. Ecological aspects were also taken into account in the modernisation process. Solar cells on the roof provide hot water and the modern pellet central heating provides pleasant warmth. The chalet is situated on the edge of the old village with its picturesque, narrow streets, the church dated from the 17th century and the restaurants, bars, bakery, small supermarket and a sports shop with ski rental, each approx. 100 - 250 m away from the chalet.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with comfortable sofa area by the fireplace; friendly dining area with a large table for 12 people and small counter with espresso machine. Fully furnished, separate kitchen. The spacious sauna area with shower and relax loungers was completed in 2018. Also on this floor there is a twin room with 2 single beds and en suite bathroom with separate toilet. 

Upstairs are the other 4 bedrooms: a double room with double bed and en suite bathroom with separate toilet; a twin room with 2 single beds; a triple room with single beds (entrance height about 1.65 m, ceiling height up to 2 m, sloping roof). Furthermore, a triple room with 2 single beds and staircase to the mezzanine with a single bed; this room has an en suite bathroom with separate toilet. On the floor there is one bathroom with shower and one separate toilet. A cosy seating lounge with TV is on this level.

A part of the lower level of the chalet is not available for the tenants.
This chalet offers an exclusive holiday quality: skiing in a mega-ski resort - living in a mature, cozy mountain village, with a high quality of life. Free public parking about 100 m away; access to the chalet possible.

Altitude chalet: 1.300 m, ski area up to 3.250 m with two glaciers: Aiguille Rouge in the Les Arcs area and Bellecôte in the sector of La Plagne. 140 ski lifts. The Lonzagne lift, ~500 m from the chalet, leads into the heart of the ski resort of Peisey - Les Arcs - Paradiski and offers access to 425 km of ski runs. Peisey-Vallandry is situated right in the heart of this vast area which is composed by Peisey, Les Arcs and La Plagne. So, it's the best place to discover this major ski spot of the Alps. You find great freeride descents at the Grand Col, around Arc 2000 and at the legendary Bellecôte North face (with a ski guide; no marked or prepared runs; use at own risk), but also various easy and long family rides around Peisey and Arcs 1800 as well as specially equipped sectors for children. The Nordic ski center is located at Nancroix; you get there by the free shuttle bus.
