Nautika is a spacious apartment which is fully owned and managed by the owner who takes pride in the presentation and inclusions in this property.The apartment is on the top floor of a modern quiet apartment complex overlooking the Bayview Marina, the harbour and the CBD. Its just minutes from the Waterfront Precinct, wave pool and convention centre and is centrally located for all Darwin's major attractions. Bayview is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaped gardens, walking and cycling tracks, parks and water views.

Please note that a special cancellation policy is now in place for anyone making a booking then being unable to travel due to an unexpected COVID lockdown - details are available direct from the owner.

'Nautika' on the Marina

'Nautika' is a modern three bedroom, two bathroom apartment situated on the top floor of the complex accessible by either lift or stairs. The main bedroom has a walk in robe and ensuite and flat screen television. The second and third bedrooms have built in mirrored robes. The property is airconditioned throughout and boasts a large verandah with an outdoor eating area and barbecue. The kitchen is a gourmet's delight and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The lounge room has a very comfortable lounge suite, subtle lighting and a flat screen television and DVD player. The dining area easily seats six people. The laundry includes a full sized washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. There are two secure car parks underneath and ample visitor car parks outside the building. There is a swimming pool in the complex. Free WIFI

Location

Bayview is a beautiful modern Marina suburb approximately 1km from the Darwin CBD. Modern tropical style homes with beautifully landscaped gardens surround the Marina together with parklands, walking and cycle tracks. There is a regular public bus service from outside the complex to the Waterfront Precinct, CBD and Cullen Bay with connections to all Darwin suburbs and main Darwin attractions.

Everything about our stay was great. Easy check in, the communication with the host Jan was great and the pantry had lots of items that we would have had to buy on arrival.The apartment had 3 big bedrooms all with their own air cons as well as one in the kitchen/living area so the apartment was always cool and we all got a good nights sleep on the comfortable beds. Location on the water with great views of the harbour and city which was only a 10min drive away…If you’re looking for a 3 bedroom apartment with a pool located close to everything don’t look any further this is the apartment for you.

Exceptional. The only word to describe Jan and the property. The welcome package was welcome waiting after a 1.25 am arrival. The facilities, the view, the close proximity to everything added to the units appeal. Highly recomended.

Brilliant property, terrific location for our Square Dance Convention at Mararra. Pantry and fridge well stocked and watching the loch was interesting. Daily balcony view to CBD. A real thumbs up and would use again if in Darwin

Everything was just amazing. From the easy access and parking to the beautiful apartment with its comfy beds and lounges and beyond to the amply provisioned larder. Way better than expected. We even had a Chrissy tree and decorations. Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay at Nautika! It was the perfect spacious apartment for our young family to spend a week in Darwin. The view was STUNNING, and we really appreciated the few little extras in the fridge and pantry - it definitely made it feel a bit more special. We loved the location - close enough to be handy to get to the city quickly, but a nice distance away to not be right in the CBD.

Excellent position with views over the water to Darwin Large roomy apartment. Easy access to parking. Locality is great, just 10 mins to city. Host was excellent and larder was stocked with essentials and some lovely extras in the refrigerator. Would recommend this unit.

We couldn't have asked for more for our family stay at Nautika. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well situated. Our host Jan, had open communication channels and made life easy for us. Upon arrival, there were more than sufficient food items in the fridge and pantry until we found our feet for a shop (not to mention a few treats as well). I have no difficulty at all in recommending Nautika as a great spot to stay when visiting Darwin (both in terms of location and suitability). For those looking for good coffee and a meal while staying and Nautika, I can recommend Laneway Coffee at Parap, which is only a short drive away. Wish I had found it earlier.

Loved the apartment and location, all the little things ( beach towels, pantry items, cooler bags, toiletries, etc) are at the apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

A great place to stay with everything you need to enjoy a stay in Darwin. The apartment was very clean with some provisions waiting for us in the fridge on our arrival. Jan the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! Located very close to the CBD, Cullen Bay and Fannie Bay with amazing views of the city skyline - we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a base whilst in Darwin.

our winter break in Darwin was fabulous especially because of our stay at Nautica. Jan has made sure that you are not missing anything, everything you need is at hand and she makes checking in a breeze. The apartment is roomy , homely and stocked with some provisions for breakfast etc. The views from the balcony are amazing , it is definately a place we want to come back to stay at again, thanks for great place to stay, see you in the future . Perfect in every way

The apartment itself was perfect in every way. Immaculately clean, immaculately furnished and our host Jan truly thought of and took care of our every need, even stocking the fridge and cupboards for our arrival. The location of the apartment is great. Only 5 mins away from the city & easily accessible by Uber or by hiring electric bikes. Yet, it is far enough away to escape the hussle and bussle & enjoy the security & serenity of being out of the city and on the waterfront. We will definitely be back… loved it!

This apartment is beautifully decorated, and is equipped with everything and more that a family could need while on holiday. It is clean and more than adequately stocked with supplies. Conveniently located within a short drive to the city, the top floor apartment provides a lovely view of the city. Jan is a great host and I would highly recommend a stay a Nautika Bayview.
