Right by the water, and near a fantastic restaurant Periplous. There’s also a washer/dryer on site available for use.
It is located in a seedy looking area. We made the best of it but we weren’t completely confident of our safety if walking outside after dark. There are abandoned buildings around this property.

It was a great little flat, very quietly located and lovingly furnished. Everything you need on holiday and more was there. It is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk along the coast of Crete to the centre of Old Town.
Tammy was our contact person on site and helped us with all questions and concerns immediately and absolutely professionally. Even restaurant reservations were taken care of. That simply rounded off the luxury. If we come to Chania again, we will ask for the accommodation again.
Nothing, actually. We were completely satisfied and wanted for nothing.
Small suggestions for improvement: a drying rack to dry the towels and a small broom to sweep sand out of the entrance area would be great. But that is really complaining at the highest level :-)

I thought about keeping this hidden gem for myself...but this place deserve to be shared in its full positiveness!
Starting from the warm welcome, we are 100% satisfied about our stay. Actually we regretted not staying longer.
If you love waking up with the sound of the waves from your private little beach, this is the place.
The apartment was just renovated with a design touch, the queen size bed is more comfortable than other 4/5 stars I tried. The bathroom too is equipped with the latest technology (great shower). Hi-fi system will play your holiday soundtrack.
Nothing; but be aware there's no kitchen in case you'd like to cook your own meals.
