Patrick and Nathalie are amazing people. We are a family with young children and they really made us feel like home.
They allowed us to use their BBQ and they were always making sure that our needs were met.
Location wise, their B&B is very near by Foresta Luminia and Coaticook ice cream factory.

Breakfast was delicious and the way my child was welcomed and was allowed to be a part of their family
Nothing as such

clean, spacious and comfortable. smaller place with only three guest rooms
walls and doors were very thin so you could hear/disturb other guests easily.

Great hosts. Very helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed the breakfast and the outside hot tub.
All was good.

The breakfast was very good. It was a continental breakfast with fresh croissants and blueberry bread, coffee, fresh fruit.
The water for the shower was hot and there were plenty of towels. The location of the house was fairly convenient to the downtown area. The host was very cordial and informative.
The room was in the basement of the house and had steep steps leading to it. This could be a challenge for some people. The bathroom was a shared area, resulting in some inconvenience.

the hosts were very pleasant and helpful. the breakfast was very good. the location was interesting.
we had to share a bathroom with a family. this venue is most suited to family groups.

Welcoming hosts, nice comfy place. Breakfast was great. Homemade salted caramel was delicious as well as tge banana bread. Enjoyed fruit choices as well.
Older but well maintained place. It was perfect for the one night. Slept very well. Nothing bad to say. Will recommend for families.

Sleep was heavenly!! Sooo comfy and quiet.
The breakfast was the best I had in a long time and our host was so kind and smiley. The place is so cozy you don’t want to leave. Hidden gem!
We should have stay longer.

the set up for guests was great, with our own common area and breakfast nook. Little touches like having extra fridge in our room and wine glasses and dishes available for us to use made life easy. Our host was accommodating and helpful. Not many places welcome dogs, so that was also a plus. Breakfast was homemade and different every morning. We highly recommend this B&B!

Service, friendly atmosphere, more than accommodating, hot tub. Themed decor different for each room and well done.

The hosts Patrick and his wife were very attentive, welcoming and kind even though we only gave them a 30 min warning from time of booking to arrival. the bathroom was nice and clean with ample towels and a comfortable glass door shower. The beds were comfy and rooms were spacious enough, might be tight to fit two in one room though. facilities like microwave and water boiler worked well. it’s so thoughtful of the hosts to equip each room with a Minifridge in the closet. when we told them we were bringing a dog, they even laid out a blanket for him on the floor before we arrived and put out two doggy dishes with some treats that our dog quickly gobbled up. he has a sensitive stomach though, so I was a little worried and surprised when I saw him eating something off the floor. but all went well and he had no problems, very kind gesture. breakfast was a lovely spread of home baked chocolate chip bread and croissants with an array of fruit served any time of your choosing from 5am-10am. there was also milk and yogurt in the fridge. We also had a few leftover eggs that we needed to finish before crossing the border which Patrick kindly fried for us.
The rooms were a tad chilly, but not cold enough to complain about. I’d say it was about 65°F in there. I’d rather a cooler room than one that’s too warm since I’m a hot sleeper. The bed sheet and blanket cover is not cotton, it’s like a polyester material which keeps you very warm.

Backyard amenities including hot tub was a really surprise. Super-friendly owners and yummy breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. Convinient location nearing tons of amenities worth travelling for.
The only thing about this property - it's a B&B with shared common area and, most importanlly, bathroom. Waiting in line for your turn could be less than a pleasant experienc.
Also, if one of the guests is noisy or has small kids - that might be a problem.
But our neighbours were nearly silent and did not bother us at all.

As soon as we arrived, the host welcome us and made us feel like home. He told us all the facilities that we could have. The home made breakfast was delicious and served with a smile. The place is quiet and peaceful. We even had the chance to eat outside. Thanks , this place is grate 👍

The owners are very friendly and welcoming, we definitely felt at home during our stay.
All communication was clear and the facilities were good.
I definitely encourage future guests to stay there.
The only downside I can point is the fact that the bathroom is a common space for all guests.
Also, as a suggestion, they could reach out to guests asking their preferences about the breakfast to make it more personalized.

Our Hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They were able to give us information about the local attractions and when on the site they made sure our needs were met. The breakfasts were fantastic and considerate of any dietary restrictions. We couldn't have been happier for our choice of lodging during our time in Coaticook. Merci!

Jaccuzi in the back, the breakfast was amazing, you have access to all the lower part of the house with a tv and games, it's roughly 5 minutes away from foresta Lumina and downtown Coaticook, there's parking on-site and we were greeted as if we were family. They really make sure you're comfortable and that you feel like it. This is as good as it gets!
