Located directly in the heart of Myrtle Beach, Our Resort is close to all the downtown attractions and located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, where you will find lots of shops and amazing restaurants. Just a block away, you can enjoy the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and several other fun rides. Or spend the day at the Family Kingdom oceanfront waterpark. The downtown Skywheel is less than a mile away from the resort where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. And at dusk, the Skywheel begins its light show. With over 1 million LED lights, the display can be seen up and down the boardwalk. Also, within steps is the 2nd Ave Pier, Restaurant and open air bar, where you can try your hand at pier fishing or just enjoy the beautiful sights. Downtown Myrtle Beach is full of excitement with tons of shops, restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance.
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is a spacious 1347 sq ft directly on the oceanfront on 16th floor of the resort. Enjoy beautiful East Coast Sunrises or watch the dolphin play from your large oceanfront balcony while having your morning coffee. The condo will sleep up to 10 people with a king in the large master suite with balcony access, a king in the second bedroom, 2 fulls in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped luxury linens, lots of closet space and flat panel tvs. The master bath has a large jetted tub/shower combination, 2nd bath has a standup shower and third bath has a tub/shower combination. Plenty of space for everyone to clean up when coming in from a full day at the beach. The large kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances and has everything you would need for those days when you want to just stay at the resort and dine in. Enjoy the day on our beautiful beach, lounge around the large oceanfront pool or float around in the winding lazy river. The kids will love the kiddie splash station that has an umbrella waterfall, and a sunken ship. After a fun evening out, relax in one of the resort's whirlpools while having an evening cocktail. If you want to keep up with your fitness routine or have to check in with work while on vacation, there is an onsite workout gym and free wifi.

During our recent vacation, we (my wife and 5 kids) had the pleasure of spending a couple days at this oceanview condo that truly exceeded our expectations. We were impressed with the views and the amount of space the condo had. The location is minutes from the boardwalk and a walk outside to the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances which gave us the option to cook verses going out to eat everyday. The condo was very clean and gave us a comfortable feeling of home.
We all had a great time and are looking forward to booking with Janet next year. She was a great host and responsive to our messages. The experience was seamless and we appreciate the time and effort she put into making our stay a memorable one.

We loved staying here! Clean and modern and the host is very nice! Plenty of space for the whole family! Every room has access to thier own bathroom which was a splendid surprise! !
Literally steps to the beach -is definitely the closest walk from the room to the waves that we have ever stayed at.
The pools were wonderful and plenty spacious for all the guests at the condo!
The OceanOne condo building was great overall and has a great location being 1 block from the boardwalk. The only complaint we had during our stay was that one of the three elevators was out of service (but this is not the hosts fault and did not take away from our great time!!) We hope to be back again for sure!!!

Let me start with check in, i had the access codes well in advance which allowed us to hit the grocery store on the way in so we only had to unload one time. The unit was well stocked with necessitates and everything was clean. We were there for an event and we had a great time. Janet was wonderful with communication from booking and checked on us once we arrived. The facility was perfect. We will definitely stay again!

Took our son (3 y/o) to the beach for the first time and this was the perfect get away for us! Beach was amazing and the condo was perfect for us! Tons of room and had everything we needed for cooking and taking breaks from the pool and beach when needed. Check in was easy and condo was clean. We had a great time and made some wonderful memories!

This condo looks just like the pictures. Perfect location and plenty of space. Parking was easy and right across the street. Janet was an awesome host. She checked on us to make sure check in went smooth and if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!!!

My husband and I and our 2 kids (age 11) had a great time at Myrtle Beach. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kids liked having their own room and their own bathroom! All the beds were comfortable as well. The 2 balconies had a perfect view of the beach and I enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony watching the waves!
The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at the condo. The indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs were awesome! It was nice to be able to go to between the beach and the pools! My kids found a lot of shark teeth on the beach! It’s in a great location. Janet was a great host, checking in with us when we arrived to make sure the check in process went smoothly which it did. She also checked in with us a couple days later to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any issues with the property. There were absolutely no problems, we were very comfortable. She also gave us a list of recommended places to eat. We also enjoyed going on a dolphin cruise (the name of the boat was Sea Racer). Our last night there we went to a Polynesian Luau and Fire show which was phenomenal and a great way to end our trip. Now we head back to New England where it’s cold! If we come back to Myrtle Beach in the future, we will definitely book here again!! Thank you Janet!!

first Location was perfect. Unfortunately, we came in March for my colleges sons spring break baseball season ( he was playing at Ripkin ) which was only 10 minutes away. so although the weather was not beach worthy for us it was steps away. Could not be anymore perfect. I did reach out to Janet before our stay just to confirm a few things and easy to speak with gets back to you right away. Would absolutely stay again!!
We were minutes from Broadway at the beach which was so much fun and tons of restaurants and shops we were also about 20 minutes from barefoot landing which we visited as well which again tons of shops and places to eat.
The condo was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable. The views were amazing , each room had its own bathroom/ shower. The patio and views were amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The pictures are very accurate- although the pictures do not do justice for the amazing ocean views from the condo!
The condo is very quiet - we almost felt like we were the only ones in the building!
The access to the beach is incredibly easy - so it was nice to take walks along the beach.
And, we really appreciated the ease of check in and check out. We arrived to the condo fairly late in the evening so it was really nice to have all the information in advance so access to the building and condo were easy!
We look forward to staying again!

Janet was a pleasure and the unit was amazing. We enjoyed our time there. Unlike many who visit the beach, we were not there for the beach as much as we were there for family. If there was only one thing that we wished were different, it would be that every room had a smart tv and not just the living room. We don't watch cable and everyone uses apps. So it made it difficult for individuals to watch things because we had to share one tv. This was very easy to get around as the family played games together. I will definitely stay again. Thanks.

We were very impressed by the building and the individual condo. Great view of the ocean. The location is perfect for a week’s stay. Restaurants, golf courses, and shopping were all very near. Overall, it was an excellent property and experience.

Well, definitely enjoyed the beach and kids enjoy the pools, right in the center or Myrtle beach, communication with property manager (Janet) was great but disappointed about the cleanliness of this place, would have loved if it was cleaner though, dust everywhere, one of the bed sheets had blood stains, I reported it to the manager and yeah she sent new sheets and a bottle of wine. But if you are not looking to spend lot of time in the room, this place is for you.

There were 7 adult females on our trip. We stayed 4 nights. We never turned a TV on. The view from the living room and front bedroom was just mesmerizing.
We did cook in a few nights. We had everything we needed.
We ordered pizza in one night, came right to the door.
The inside pool was a bit chilly. Outside pool was nice and warm.
The lazy river and hot tubs didn't seem to be on...

We had a nice stay in Myrtle Beach. The property was nice. location was central, pool was big enough to accommodate the amount of people within the resort. the owner was very responsive with her correspondence. My only suggestion would be to provide guests enough kitchen/bathroom supplies to last longer than 2 days. For the dollars a family spends to stay one would expect enough paper towel, dish soap, toilet paper etc to get through the week.

We had a pleasant stay at this condo with great ocean views from the two balconies of the condo hosted by Janet (good communication and fast to response to our queries), when we visited Myrtle Beach with my family for summer vacation. Condo was neat and clean and has everything what’s mentioned in the listing. Would definitely recommend this place!

There were 6 adults staying at the condo. The master bedroom has a private balcony and the 2 spare rooms didn’t have windows but they were good size.
Kitchen was equipped with dishes and pots and pans to cook. We had to buy our own spices and coffee, not a big deal.
Condo was very clean.
Walking distance to boardwalk and there was a small store nearby and gift shops.
We didn’t use the pool but it looked very family friendly. Lots of kids having a great time.
If you are arriving on a Saturday and plan to buy hard liquor make sure you buy it before 7pm. In Myrtle beach they stop selling on Saturdays at 7pm and start selling again on Monday morning. Of course, you can still order at a bar.
I would recommend this condo.

This was a very nice unit! As the title says, everything was just as described in the pictures. There were no odors, the unit was clean and fresh which was a must have for me. We had two families with kids from 7-16. The condo was clean and had enough space for us all to hang out and not feel on top of each other. Janet was very easy to get ahold of and communicated well. The short walk to the beach was my favorite part. The outdoor pools were getting what looked like a beautiful uplift when we were there, and I’m sure going to be a great addition. It’s about a one mile walk to the board walk. We really enjoyed mini golf, and found ourselves at boardwalk on the beach often. We had great weather too!

Stayed in September. Parking was easy. Property kept clean. Great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Variety of pools for all ages. Plenty of pool seating. Miscommunication with the parking passes however owner was quick to respond. Great location. Within walking distance of dining and shopping.

The unit was exactly what was advertised. Ms. Janet made sure all information was sent out in a timely manor and that we had her contact information for any issues that would occur. We were lucky and had none! We had 10 people. 6 adults and 4 kids. We all fit well here. The view from the balconies were beautiful, the pool was fun and the short walk to the beach was perfect. The location was perfect. It was a nice 1 mile walk to the sky wheel, so no parking issues. We appreciate the amazing service and loved the room.

The outdoor pools were very nice, but inside the condo I rented was disappointing. Overall, the condo was dirty. The bed sheets were not changed in one of the bedrooms. The owner quickly responded and fixed that problem. A baseboard was glued to the underside of the vanity in the restroom and it fell off. The kitchen was not stocked to prepare meals nor was the dining table big enough. To cook bacon, I had to use 3 frying pans. The condo rents for up to 10 people and there is seating for 6. With all the condos in this huge building there were 3 carts to carry food and luggage which is a disgrace. My family spent several thousand dollars to stay here and it was very diappointing. I would not stay at this condo again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us. There were 4 adults, we all had our own bed but could easily have brought more people. The bedrooms were all large, the beds were VERY comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was so convenient. The view from the 16th floor cannot be beat. We walked to dinner many times and walked to and from the boardwalk as well as it is so close there is no need for an uber. The pools and hot tubs were clean and there were so many people could spread out and not feel crowded. Loved every minute of our vacation and can't wait to come back, we will be staying the exact same place!
