For a more contemporary take on visual art, the Julia Christian Gallery and the Savannah College of Art and Design's galleries sit within easy walking distance. To discover pieces of colonial history that you may have thought were lost to the mists of time forever, visit the Davenport House Museum, Georgia Historical Society or Georgia Railroad Museum. If you wouldn't pass up a shopping opportunity for the world, never fear: The world-renowned shops and stores of Broughton Street aren't far off.

We had a reunion of friends and spouses (6 total) who stayed here over a long weekend. The space was great for the whole group. A highlight was the private patio which was amazing in the evenings. The home is walking distance to all of downtown Savannah. The pool is a long drive away which wasn't communicated as well as it could have been, but we didn't end up driving to it so I can't comment on how nice it is. Would definitely stay again!

Have stayed here two years ago. The red kitchen cabinets makes it easy to find online. Great house, great location. Can walk to everything. Can spread out with family. Comfortable beds.

Great location - close to all the venues we had to visit for the wedding.

I stayed at this property for a long weekend with five girlfriends for a girls trip and the location was in the middle of all the attractions and we could walk everywhere. There was also a huge beer parlor next door with good food and drinks and several coffee shops to grab coffee from in the morning. The place was big and very comfortable. We couldn’t ask for more.

Had a great time discovering Savannah. Property was in a wonderful location, clean and spacious.
8.0 / 10.0
The home had a very “lived in” feel. There are carpet stains throughout the home which could be off putting for some. One of the king size beds was actually two twins pushed together with a fitted sheet over top. (Not comfortable for a couple, I found myself in the middle crease every morning!) The patio bench seat was missing several bolts which made it unusable. A keyless entry would have been nice, especially if guests plan to do different activities. The loft stairs are definitely steep, two of us did slip during our stay! Our visit was in the peak summer heat of August, additional fans would have been amazing. One full bathroom had a toilet that struggled to flush. The other full bathroom had a shower head that would slide down and not secure. The half bath did not have a lock. All of these things could be fixed with a little TLC. Parking was easy and we found spots in front of the home everyday. We ate out so we did not use the kitchen. Overall we did enjoy our stay and would visit again…but I would not sleep in the twin/king bed.

My vehicle was broken into twice during my 6 night stay both times police were called and both times we were told its just the area most likely a homeless person looking for money and nothing will be done about damages and nothing will ever come of the report. The house was as listed with a few minor issues like we did have to clean a little when we arrived, there was dog hair but that was fine as we have dogs at home it wasnt really a issue for us. some of the towels were stained but appeared to be clean. The management company was always very quick to respond and available for any issues regarding the house. We did use the pool at tybee it was very clean and peaceful. We know the management company cannot help with the breakins of vehicle's but i feel other people should be aware of this issue when having to park on the street in this area as police said its a nighlty occurrence. We would rent from the management company again but not in this particular neighborhood.

A few days in Savannah for our Anniversary, and this place did not disappoint!!
Super clean, super nice, great location!!
Only thing missing was a broom 🤣. We like to clean up real good before we leave even if a cleaning crew is coming in behind us.
Just always like to leave things as good or better than we found them.
I’m guessing there’s no broom to sweep with because we are supposed to be on vacation! 😁
Seriously, this place was great!!
Will definitely stay here again!!
Thank you so much for allowing us a beautiful place~ a comfortable place~ to stay and enjoy ourselves!!

The location is perfect at the end of beautiful Jones St. we were comfortable and enjoyed our place very much.
10.0 / 10.0
We are a family of four (2 adults + 2 children age 8-10) and stayed at this property in spring 2023 for 8 nights.
The summary is that we enjoyed our stay there and will likely come back to this property.
What we liked about this property:
- Location: we have stayed on the same street at a different property in the past. We like the street. Quiet with classic old Savannah vibe. Lot of parking space available.
- Space: for a family of four, there is a lot of space and separation, which is nice
- Everything worked fine (air conditioning, heating, kitchen, lights, hot water, internet, washer, drier...). We never had to call the host.
- 2.5 bathrooms
- easy and clear check-in / check-out process
Things to be aware of. These were not deal-breakers for us, but just to let you know:
- The second and third floors are covered with rugs. Not my preferred choice for a rental property. (bathrooms have tiles)
- the small backyard has some potential but there is no table and/or shade. I would have breakfast out there but it is not really set up that way
- in general, the place would benefit from some renovation. For example, some doors don't fit the frame well. It is an old house, so it is a bit expected
- We are not really sure whether the air conditioning on the third floor (attic) room works properly. We only needed for two nights and it felt like that room was 5-7 degrees warmer than the lower floors. My son didn't care, but you may want to check with the host on how it works if you plan on using that room. That may be a bit uncomfortable in summer.
As said, these were just observations that don't really change our evaluation. We plan on coming back to this property in the future.

Great property and location in Historic Savannah. Living room, kitchen and bedrooms were all great. Would be nice to have extra blankets available to use. My mom was chilly at night. Only big problem was the showers. Not great water pressure and one shower tray did not drain. Reported the problem but nobody came to fix it while we were there. Otherwise great place to stay.
10.0 / 10.0
This home was actually bigger than expected and it easily walkable to everywhere downtown.
4.0 / 10.0
Property was dirty, run down and needs much work done. Shag carpet dirty. Court yard looked so nasty leaves every where filthy. Kitchen was ok, but needs a small table. We were locked out from the back garden door. Called several times to please unlock the gate. No one answered our request. To dump trash, I had to walk
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.
8.0 / 10.0
Perfect size for my needs and a great location in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fabulous with newer appliances, sleek cabinets and access to a cute private garden. Owners need to change the carpeting. It’s covered in old stains which completely detracts from the overall experience. Living room sofa and pillows also tatty/dirty. A few other -very- minor annoyances would be easy to accept but the carpet is so bad it feels like the whole place is dirty. Easy and relatively inexpensive fixes could make this a stellar 5-star property. Pros: great neighborhood, safe, spacious. Cons: see notes.
PS - good response/interaction from property managers, just not sure this info will be acted on by them or the owner. My review is likely the same thing they’ve heard for a few years now. Clearly a neglected property.
8.0 / 10.0
Ideal location. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. The unit itself was a bit "tired" and in need of some updating. But there was plenty of space for our group of 5. Great communication with the property management company. Overall, very happy with the experience.
8.0 / 10.0
Generally very happy with this place. Great location, quiet neighborhood but still walking distance to everything downtown Savannah. The house is in need of some general maintenance and TLC. The stove needs to be replaced, couldn’t control burners and temperature. The faucet in the kitchen felt like it would fall apart. The carpets are worn and dirty and would probably be much better to be replaced with something more cleanable. Closet doors would not stay in tracks so felt like they were constantly breaking- towel rod in bathroom actually fell off of wall. Master bedroom bed very saggy, needs to be replaced. Nothing too major, but just needs some help. Location and size are stellar, just needs fixed up a bit.
8.0 / 10.0
The place was centrally located from downtown. Very cute. Stairs a little tricky (narrow) especially to get to loft. Would stay here again!
10.0 / 10.0
There were very minor things that if I was owning this house, I'd get taken care of. Let me be clear - very very small things. Nothing to lodge a complaint about. The management was wonderful and accommodating to changes in circumstances around the trip.
6.0 / 10.0
The home was in a good location and had a nice kitchen. Unfortunately we felt the carpets were dirty and the home smelled like cigarette smoke. There were small bugs like gnats or fruit flies throughout the home. The keys could be labeled for easier entry. it would have been easier with keyless entry. A code to get in is preferable.

Beautiful and clean place! One of the beds was broke when we arrived but was fixed fast! They respond fast! Only wish they had more towels because us girls need at least 2 each!

5 moms needed a get away. This was perfect snd in a great location. Only complaint is that It should advertise better that the pool is of site approximately 25 minutes away snd never did find out if they provided towels.

Great location and awesome property!
We had such a good time staying here for a friend’s bachelorette party. It was super walkable to parks, restaurants and bars. The only downside was the listing led us to believe this property was steps from the pool, but it was really a 30 minute drive away (steps from the Tybee Beach properties) so we didn’t get a chance to utilize this. Would definitely stay again!

Location is good for walking into the historic district to sightsee and the accommodations were very comfortable. We were very happy with our choice.

Great location in the historic district. Safe and quiet street. Just 3 minute walk to a nice coffee shop to start the morning.
8.0 / 10.0
Great location
Great location. Loved that we walked out onto Jones St. each time we left on an adventure. Would have been 5 stars, but received 4 because the bathroom sink drains were clogged really bad and no one from maintenance came out to fix even though we received texts that someone would. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!
