Estancia agradable

Check in fue rápido, no hubo una fila larga. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. La cama muy cómoda y limpia. El personal del restaurante fue muy atento y amable…igual los señores del valet parking.

El clima de la habitación tarda horas en llegar a una temperatura agradable. Cuando salíamos apagaban el clima y abrían las cortinas lo que hacía que la habitación subiera la temperatura más de lo necesario.

Nice upscale Hotel- Great food and location

Location, Restaurants are close to the facilities. This is a high end hotel, great rooms and atmosphere. Staff is very friendly, they found me a conference room for free. Wifi works very good. The Buffett is to die for and the Argentinian restaurant on the low level is outstanding. Rooms are big and everything works, we are "shower" picky and we liked it a lot. There were enough hangers and all appliances worked just fine. Housekeeping is very accommodating, we had to ask for a late service a couple of times, and they did it.

There are not showers or locker rooms next to the gym or the pool which makes it a bit inconvenient, especially if you sue the pool. If you use the gym is fine. Everything else is great!

It was great, the room was clean and staff were nice. The pool area was beautiful as well. Will totally return every tim

How clean and comfortable it was. Also the convenience of being close to everything.

The only inconvenience was the self parking. The concierge needed to validate every time and once we were already driving out validating was done I correctly and it took us over 40 minutes to get out of the parking lot because we need to duplicate the ticket.

Perfect start to our honeymoon

The junior suite was larger than expected and allowed us to spread out. and relax in style after a busy week. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even providing us with food at 4am, and resolving all our issues very quickly. The welcome platter was unexpected and was a superb touch by the hotel. The bathroom in general was spacious, clean and very sleek. The bath robes were comfortable. Location was really good and our view of the city was exquisite.

We didn't get to use the hotel facilities.

Good venue for work meetings, easy access from the airport.

Big room, lovely view (I was in 903). The bed was really comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff.

The live band in the restaurant was too loud. I was alone, but it would have been impossible to have a conversation.
