Gorgeous 5 bedroom 4 and 1/2 bathroom home, which has sleeping for 13+.
The floor plan encompasses five spacious bedrooms with plenty of room for study, sleep and storage. Five luxurious bathrooms, stocked with fresh linens and towels. The large master bedroom has plenty of space where you can enjoy the view, a private back yard entrance, large walk in closet, jetted tub to relax and a beautiful large private bathroom. Two of the five bedrooms are two private entrance casita's (small suites) that attach to the house in the main entrance courtyard. Every bedroom and family space has its own TV with all the cable channels to enjoy during down time. The kitchen is sleek and stylish. It flows through to the dining room and private rear patio. This home has plenty of room for all with over 3600 plus square feet of living space. You will have space to spread out with the use of the game room, formal dining room, large family room attached to the chef kitchen and a fabulously large back yard. The home is very family friendly. We have games for all, two new cruiser bikes, floats for the pool, yard games, and of course a fire pit to roast s'mores! And to give you peace of mind, the home sits with in a secure gated upscale community of Montage Estates. The outdoor living space is absolutely amazing! Beyond the glass, is a paradise outside that sits among the palms. The yard is fabulously manicured. From the booking to check out, what a pleasure! Everything was pristine and so perfect. All bedrooms were spaced apart well. AC was lovely to adjust according to our needs per room. Plenty of condiments/coffee/fresh cold filtered water in frig waiting for us upon arrival. Soaps/shampoos in bathrooms. Absolutely all was thought out. Pool was perfect temp and plenty of towels etc. Can't wait to book again!

We all loved our stay! The house was spacious and clean, offering plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was beautiful, complete with a pool that made our time outdoors so enjoyable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed and more, making meal preparation a breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and can't wait to return!

A group of old friends rented this house for three nights in late-May and the setup was perfect. Lots of space and A group of old friends booked this house and it was perfect. More than enough space for everyone, well-stocked, and a ton of amenities. The hot tub and backyard will not disappoint. The pictures do not decide. Group enjoyed the pool, hot tub, corn hole in the yard, and hanging by the fire pit. Bedrooms and beds were all comfortable and spacious. Three large garage spots and a kitchen with everything needed. Shelly was quick to respond with questions and requests. She made the renting process smooth and easy. Definitely recommend this place!

This was our second year staying at this house. It is everything that is described and more. It couldn't be nicer and the backyard is a complete entertainment oasis! We spent most of our time out there. The house is close to great golf courses, hikes and good restaurants. We'd rate the house a 5 out of 5 and Shelly the manager a 10 out of 5. She was incredibly responsive and helpful and made our stay worry free. We'll be back!

This was our second time staying at the property, we enjoyed it so much the first time. Very comfortable inside and out - we made good use of the fire-pit and the barbecue/bar area. One suggestion is for lighting at the outdoor table, you can't sit out there for dinner once it's dark. The host is always easy to get in touch with and quickly solves any issues that come up. Would definitely recommend for a couples golf trip.

We stayed here for two nights over Easter weekend with family ranging from 85 years old to 16 years old, and the place was just perfect for everyone! The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous and well stocked. Everything was very easy to use, from turning on the hot tub, using the coffee maker, and everything else. We loved the pool table, bikes, yard games, heated pool. Definitely plan to return!!

The house could not have been more perfect. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all 6 of us. The kitchen is well appointed and the common areas are very comfortable. There is a pool table, a pool and a hot tub that we took advantage of. The hostess, Pamela, could not have been more helpful! I highly recommend staying at this gorgeous home!

Our group of seven life long friends meet about once a year to reminisce and make new memories. We usually go to Palm Springs but opted for this beautiful Indio home. The home was perfect! It offered enough room to spread out (one friend plays the violin), and was cozy enough for a group conversation. The back yard is amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the fire pit. The beds were comfy. The neighborhood was quiet. Shelly was quick to respond with any questions we had and made the renting process smooth and easy. We would definitely recommend this home!

We have stayed at other properties in this same neighborhood with the same group of friends so are familiar. We enjoyed this house for a getaway on a long weekend. It's comfortable, well set up and the beds were actually comfortable as well. Pool is exactly what our group was looking for. We had small elementary age children with us and the home is a good fit for them with a nice kid room for sleeping arrangements. Would stay again!

We had an amazing stay. Our group of 8 adults and one teen spent hours in the pool every day. We enjoyed everything in the game room and took full advantage of the well-appointed kitchen. Tons of space so the introverts could seclude when they needed a little rest from the hubbub. Shelly was a great communicator and we had everything we needed. Shelly was amazing! She was on top of everything and gave us recommends for lunch, which we walked to while on our morning walk. The house had everything you could ever need. Plenty of beach towels, pool toys, kitchen needs, and plenty of room for all of us to stay. We will definitely be back.

We rented the home for a weekend so our extended family could get together and celebrate my mom’s 65th birthday. The house was amazing, so much space, the backyard was the perfect place to spend the day bbqing and hanging out in/by the pool. The house had everything! I’ve stayed in a lot of short term rentals, this one had the best equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets, even little toiletries in all 5 of the bathrooms! The house was VERY clean (I’ll confess I’ve cleaned my share of rentals when I get there because I’m a little bit of a germaphobe, lol). There are yard games, pools floats, everything you need for a great weekend with your family!! Everyone had such a great time, we definitely want to come back!!

We have been going Palm Springs for the past few years and have stayed in several rentals. This house by far was the best! Super clean and very spacious! Plenty of room for all of us with lots of different areas to hang out. The location was ideal especially for the Indian Wells tennis tournament! Our host was very communicative and available for us when we had questions. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed at Song Bird Avenue for a recent family wedding with our son, daughter-in-law, their two infants and their nanny. The set up was perfect with a spacious ,lovely home and a wonderful yard with a pool and plenty of room for an almost 2 year old to kick a ball around. The location was 5 minutes from the wedding venue and in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The host was very available and responsive to all our needs. We loved everything about the stay.

This property lived up to its hype! Everything was top notch. The backyard pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, outdoor living room area with fireplace were amazing. We also enjoyed the separate fire pit. The kitchen has all of the amenities and served as a great space to hang out with the large group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and great size. Also, the location was prime fire the three golf courses we played - all within five miles of the property . Last but not least, Shelly was an outstanding host from initial reservation to leaving the property - always responsive. Will be back for sure!!

The house was perfect for 4 couples. The outdoor space was very nice and the house had everything we needed. We had one issue with a noisy fan in the casita, but the issue was resolved very quickly. The manager was quick to respond to our concerns, even ordering more mugs from Amazon that arrived the next day.
