The second floor features three beautiful en-suite bedrooms, including the beautiful and spacious master suite with king bed, fireplace, and exclusive deck overlooking the grounds towards Brant Point and the mouth of the harbor. There is also a lovely queen bedroom suite on this level as well as a twin bedroom with private bath.
Grant Ave is located in a very exclusive Cliff Road neighborhood. The beaches at Jetties and Steps Beach are just a stones throw away and access to town with fabulous restaurants and world class shopping is just minutes from the house.
The adorable one bedroom cottage with an open kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining area has a second floor queen bedroom with private bath. The cottage may be available to rent with the main house for specific weeks. Please inquire with your agent.
