For our purposes, the location was very reasonable. The bedding was clean, coffee maker and wifi worked. The local manager was very responsive when we lost water supply for a day.
Entering the house, you will notice a mild odor; not sure if it is solely a FL moisture issue, or if there is/was smoking in the house a one time. The second thing you will notice is that the place is several decades overdue for painting; the walls are quite noticeably dirty. The spin cycle on the clothes washer is useless; expect several hours of clothes drying as a result. We were without water for a day due to a water main break. Now, of course, stuff happens. The local manager was very responsive, and at least, it was only a day without water. However, we were informed that the owner had known about the issue and had failed to address it. If this is accurate, it is absolutely unacceptable. For us, these issues add up to an owner who is only interested in profit; not in making the place as nice as it ought to be.

Loved the pool and the weather was gorgeous loved the lizards outside the house
Not much to do with the kids without having to drive but still fun playing in the pool and outside had a great time

House was overall nice, didn't have any trouble getting in and out every day
Some of the doors and latches are old and difficult to open/close, such as the door to the pool in the back, carpet was pretty old and stained, no kitchen essentials like salt/pepper and coffee, very few towels

There was so much that the hosts had thought of as far as accommodations go, we hardly wanted for anything.
The support pegs were stripped on the bed in the master bedroom and that meant the bed was not supported properly which caused a mishap.
