Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas a la hauteur

Neuf. Moderne. Tres propre. Parking. Bonne communication écrite.

Bruit de fond continu pendant toute la nuit dans la chambre (ventilation ou plomberie ?) Le petit déjeuner de type 'industriel' n'est ni a la hauteur de la qualité de la chambre ni du tarif pratiqué pour la nuitée

One of our favourite

Really nice quite location. Beautiful drive way, leads to an amazing property. really modern and very clean. Property view is breath taking with all the mountains. Beaches about 10 min drive. Family run and everyone is amazing/very helpful. Our room had a balcony which was great. Garden is a very good size, where one can relax all day. Breakfast was very good and freshly prepared. WiFi is very good ( Best we had in all off Tuscany).

Excellent standard. Very modern finish and 1st rate bedroom & bathroom. Marco recommended the nearby Blackout Pizzeria & restaurant (more than pizza). Which was great and good value for money

I enjoyed any minute

The place was great. Staff were nice and helpfull. Breakfast was super. Nice garden to relax and even a trampoline in there. And for the smokers a sheltered place.

Unable to recommend

Impeccably clean. The lady with the glasses was super nice (the polar opposite of the young man). Breakfast was good.

The young man checking me in was not very welcoming. It felt like I was infringing on his weekend plans. Not to worry it won't happen in the future as I won't be staying here again. I also did not appreciate receiving "Ma arriva?" as a message while driving to the B&B. If my check-in time of 20:00-21:00 was a problem they should have let me know at the time of booking as I would have been more than happy to book a different location that could accommodate my needs. And the young man would have been free to start his weekend earlier. This actually ruined my stay and as such cannot recommend staying here.

Amazing B&B

Really nice facilities, with a very nice host. Good parking possibilities and very clean rooms. I could not recommend this B&B more, we were more than happy with it.

Beautiful hotel with fatal flaws.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Everything appears to be constructed of beautiful marble.

Unfortunately, there were multiple problems. 1. The air conditioning in the first room was very weak. 2. The air conditioning in the second room stopped working during the night. 3. The rooms are very loud. There are doors between which offer no sound insulation. 4. The WiFi is so weak and slow it's not usable. I cancelled the second night with the hotel via booking.com, but the hotel refused to reduce the rate for the first night despite not providing the services paid for. I think this is unfortunate and dishonest, which is a pity.
