Very pleasant wooden frame house 5 * of even foot (120 m2), able to accomodate up to 9 people, in edge of forest and close to the ocean beaches, in peace, consisting of a kitchen entirely equipped opened on a big stay Dining room (2 convertible), a large wooden terrace, 3 bedrooms (with access to the terrace: 1x bed 160, 1x 140 bed, 1x 2 bunk beds 90), 2 bathrooms and plenty of storage , All surrounded by a vast landscaped garden.
House decorated with great care and ideal for a relaxing holiday. Large terrace with a wooden table for lunch and dinner outside as well as a corner to take the aperitif with garden furniture by the pool.
Beach less than 10 min by car and less than 40 min by bike with the new bike path in the middle of the forest.
Le Cap Ferret less than 25 min by car, Arcachon and its famous Dune du Pyla less than an hour by car (also accessible by bike by the bike path).
The city center of Bordeaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site ®, has just been voted the most fashionable city in the world, less than 45 minutes by car.

We will welcome our tenants on the day of arrival if possible, our neighbors having a double key in case of emergency. We will keep them available if they need information. A key ring will be given to you upon arrival and you will have practical information for your trips and outings, guides and plans.
