This was the perfect house for our large family. Very Clean and the house was in good repair. The only complaint I would have is there was not quite enough large-scale Kitchen Bowls and Bakeware to prepare meals for a large family. (We were a family of 16) There was only 1 cookie sheet and one glass baking pan. We were thankful we brought deposable aluminum pans. If you are a cook, take your own Knife and special pans. *Note:The upstairs bedrooms are the loudest because everything echos from the family and kitchen. We loved the fact there was no TV on the main level, it kept the family engaged with each other instead of being distracted by a TV. The location is kinda isolated with a gravel road to access the property. (4x4 or front wheel drive preferred) Bring a Wagon to go back and forth from the pool and to the boat docks. It's a little hike down to the docks but so worth spending the afternoon. We brought our own boat, paddle boards & Kayaks and glad we did. We were lucky enough to have the entire resort to ourselves all week. Beautiful infinity pool. There was plenty of room at the pool deck for us to set up our Redneck family Olympic games. (Cornhole, Washer Game, Water Pong, Ladder ball) We would definitely come back for another family vacation here. Everything worked out perfectly for our stay.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Everything went smoothly. Josh was very helpful and very kind. We rented the golf cart, which i highly recommend. Every single person in my family, including all kids, requests that we do this every year at this property. I highly recommend.

Accommodations were more than adequate for our family of eighteen. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any large group.

Every year we have 8 adults on a siblings trip. This house and all the amenities were perfect. The house had everything we needed. We brought extra toilet paper and paper towels but didn't need them. The pool was awesome. We took the pontoon out for a day. We didn't get to enjoy the fire pit, paddle boards or kayaks. The week flew by too fast! Allen was very responsive to our questions and very friendly. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be nice to have a TV on the main floor living area. With 8 adults, it would have been nice to have a couple of viewing options instead of having to go to the bedrooms.

Extremely nice property. Well taken care of. Location wonderful - lake is beautiful and quiet. Last 1 mile of access road was gravel but not hard to drive on. May be a little tricky for trailering due to narrow road by houses and some steeper inclines. Management fantastic - very kind and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house and beautiful view, was exactly as advertised. The only draw back was parking. Was told only 3 cars per villa. We were definitely they only ones with 3 vehicles. Was hard finding a place to turn around some days. And the mile long gravel drive to get to villa. Other than that it was great.

Great days on the lake with family. Clean, private, and tons of fun for the adults and kids. Only recommendation is to not use Waze while navigating.

Great place - a little hard to find if you use Waze, don’t do that! Only criticism I have is that three of the comforters had real bad stains and my sister was in a wheelchair no wheelchair access, other then that great place I would rent again no doubt! Beautiful view…Man!

A bit pricy but my family loved the location and lake house. The last mile or two of the road to the lake house is not paved/graveled. The place to launch our boat in the lake was not working so it was an inconvenience going to nearest marina to get boat access to the lake as well as have to pay for it. I shared this info with the property manager so hopefully it will be passed on to the owner of the property.
Overall it was a nice place for our family vacation.

Great family vacation on the lake with my girlfriend and our three sons, her parents and mine. Plenty of space to enjoy together or space apart for a bit, not a bad drive to local theme areas. Accommodations of Villas and property are very nice with the pool area and the docks, which I was easily able to keep my boat there. The property manager Josh was extremely polite and easy to deal with as where the other facility staff that we encountered briefly from time to time. Would highly recommend Smoky Mountain Villas for a family or group vacation.

The villa we stayed in was beautiful and spacious for our group of 10 adults and 6 kids. We rented the pontoon boat for 3 days, used the kayaks, swam at the pool, used the swing set and enjoyed several evenings by the fire pit. We also rented a jet ski at a local marina, visited Gatlinburg, went to Dollywood and enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant. The kitchen is amazing and large enough to accommodate everyone while enjoying amazing views. This is our second stay at this house and will be back again!

This is a great property in a great location.
We had a great experience with this property. The home, pool, lake, boats, and setting were terrific. The property manager was very available and accommodating. The location is a bit remote. I.e shopping was about 20 minutes away.

Family vacation
Great place for a family vacation. Kids loved the access to pool and lake, along with the kayaks and paddle boards. It was pretty quiet also, despite the 4 other houses nearby. Beautiful views!

Instead of 4 generations, 15 mostly married adults piling into my grandmother's 4 bed house for a cramped and stress filled holiday, every couple got their own room (shared with their young kids if they had them)! Management provided a fully decorated tree as an excellent surprise Christmas miracle. In the stress of trying to cook for everyone so we could have a cooking free Christmas, we forgot the tree, we did not ask for one but when we opened the door it was there, fully lit. The pictures are on point. Did not feel like we were missing any cookware in the kitchen (cause we still had to cook after all that prep). No one had to fight over a remote because there was a TV in each room except the eating area so we could all pay attention to each other. The table was big enough for almost everyone, the bar rounded out the kids table. Staying over Christmas was nice because we had the whole cove to ourselves but might have introduced the problems listed below. Some missed communication with management where we did not get firewood daily, they said they would pick up and change the water filter on the fridge but never did, and the trash was only picked up at the end of our stay. With 15 people, we filled up all the cans on the premises, we would have moved it if we were told where else to put it. It is a bit far from hiking, Gaitlinburg, and Seivereville but at a price that couldn't be beat for what you get. We'll definitely have to check it out in the summer peak season when the reservoir is filled for kayaking.

The property was just as pictured and described. Even in late October, the view of the lake was amazing from those tall picture windows. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The last 1.5 miles to get there is on a dusty gravel road, but the villa and lake that await you can't be beat.

Beautiful Property and Villa. Staff/Owner was exceptionally good to work with. Only complaint is the access to the dock by steps was difficult for older people since there was no handrail

Loved our recent stay here! It was big enough for four families together but to still have space. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and beautiful views. The lake was great. We spent a few days away in neighboring Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Asheville. Close to lots of attractions or can stay for the day and have plenty to do. Garbage was always picked up, pool clean and pier maintained. Would definitely come back again.

Roomy 3 level home with 4 king size beds and 2sets of queen size bunk beds!!
Beautiful views of the lake, and excellent & prompt service from the manager when we texted our needs during the week.
Also gorgeous infiniti pool overlooking the lake!! The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults & 7 kids.

We had a great time re-uniting with friends for the weekend at the property. It was a beautiful location over the lake, loved going down to the dock. It was an easy contact-less check-in. Would stay here again.

Very nice
Plenty of room inside for the 11 of us. The only issue really was the parking only allowing room for 3 vehicles with that many people makes it tight for parking, but overall we enjoyed our stay here. It wasn’t too far of a drive to Pigeon Forge. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place for large family get together on the lake
Plus: Great pool, lake access, hot tub, big house that will fit a large family or group of friends.
Minus: Steep hill to the lake...rent a golf cart, no real walks from the house as the hills are steep.
We had a great time, boating (h2o sports will rent), golfing, jet skiing, white water rafting, zip lining and hiking...go to laurel falls and keep going up after the falls as the crowds thin out. Very relaxing place
