The house was clean, comfortable, and had nice touches like milk, juice, and danish provided. Overall, a great stay!

Surprised to see milk, danish, o.j. , and waters in the fridge waiting for us. Ice in freezer. We were out for a wedding and needed a place to stay for a night. It was just my husband , my son and myself. Thank you Kelly.

Property as listed, clean & comfortable, owner very nice, had milk, juice & danish in refrigerator for breakfast. Location was a little hard to find (roads closed for repairs) Vrbo Customer service was terrible, trying to get help to pay balance not deduct when first booked. Had to take cash to homeowner,no communication on app.Owner send message, never received, she had to meet & let us in.

Nicely decorated house in a close & convenient driving location to wineries, restaurants and shops. Prompt communication with host was greatly appreciated.
Listing was a little misleading as it's called a bed and breakfast. We smelled bacon cooking in the basement but never got any. ;) There was a cheese strudel on the table and milk & O.J. in fridge.

The shower matt in the front bathroom and the shower rugs were both gross…….Easy fixes. We could smell cigarette smoke. We think it was coming from the apartment downstairs. The beds were very comfortable and everything else was nice.

This property was the perfect location and the perfect size for our group of 8. We had everything we needed while there. We will definitely book this house again.

We've never stayed at a VRBO and decided to try it out with our friends at Octoberfest. The house was just fine for our trip, no major issues during our stay. I liked the remoteness to the home, but our group decided maybe a little closer to the action would be better next time. We utilized the trolley to pick us up and they brought us back home that evening. All in all a good trip!!

Party of 8. House was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Milk, juice and coffee cake were provided for breakfast. Little further out of town than I realized so not ideal for walking into town but still very close. Overall great stay.

Location was good could walk downtown if need be 7 blocks. House small but worked good for 3 couples. The Breakfast part was milk and OJ in the fridge and a store Strudel on the Table.
Thermostat is Controlled by the Owner of the house who lives downstairs. It stayed on 75 most of the time and when I Tried to contact her about it I received no reply. Bedrooms were a little warm at 75 while sleeping.
Grill is old Charcoal weber but they have an gas Griddle Grill that works Great.

Six of us (3 couples) stayed at the property for a long weekend. The house was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable the showers had great pressure. The kitchen well supplied with condiments and spices, pots and pans, and the appliances worked fine. We used the grill on the deck for steaks one night. The sectional in the living room was very comfortable.
Kelly has good decorating tastes, the house is very comfy and inviting. I sure hope we can get back to Hermann, and if we do Kelly will be our first call!

My 2 sisters and I, along with our husbands, enjoyed our stay. We were able to have some other family members join us for a luncheon on the nice back deck.

Good stay
Overall great stay. The house was clean and perfectly located. We were able to walk to downtown and trolly. We did text the owner about a blow up mattress in the listing and never got a response. It was not a big deal. We had a great time.

Girls Trip
Our girls trip to Hermann, Mo. was very nice. This was a good place to stay for us, since we had such a big group. The kids could play outside, and we could sit outside on the deck. (This was a very good spot.). We were also close to town.
The only complaint we’d was that the freezer/ frigerator had a fishy smell. (Maybe from previous guests), and the toaster had to be turned upside down to get your toast out.(a little annoyance). Also, was unable to get the coffee pod part of the coffee pot to work. Not sure, if just not doing it right or what. Maybe some instructions to go along with that would be good. But overall. A nice , comfortable, relaxing , located place.

Fun girls weekend
We had 6 adult girls and the house worked great. The bedrooms were a little small but we had enough room for our things. One large bathroom and one smaller bathroom off of a bedroom. The kitchen was adequate. The living room area was nice, very comfortable couch. Nice to sit outside on the front patio, the back deck looked nice also. The Hermann Trolley picks up at the house which was very helpful. we walked into town in the morning for coffee. Safe, quiet neighborhood.

The house was great for four of us. Location was perfect. It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but a very short drive to wineries, shopping and restaurants. Everything was clean and booking and access was smooth. We will stay again!

Birthday get away.
House was well kept, clean and convenient location to 1st street. Property had a great outdoor space so we could sit outside and enjoy wine and friends. Check in process was simple and Kelly was great to answer questions and provide local information about the area. Highly recommend this property would stay again!

Property was clean and well kept. Called when we arrived because the door was locked and we had no code. Owner did not welcome us, but was upset that the payment for second part was not made. I had NO idea it wasn't I paid through Expedia and assumed it was done. No big deal. My sister has allergies and when I opened the front door and was knocked over by the odor of cheap deodorizer I knew we had trouble. Overall our stay was good as we used the back deck and front deck most of the time. There was OJ, coffee (no filters) and rolls were left for breakfast so that was nice. One bedroom has a queen bed with bathroom. The next has a very small bed for one, the third has a queen bed. These share the main bath. We were left a blow up to accommodate the others, but there is really no place to put a blow up. This being said, unless some of your 8 are children I would say the max would be six and that means one is on the couch. We adapted and had a good time. The last night of our stay we were awaken at 3.30 by loud voices and cursing coming from the basement where the owner stays. All 7 of us were up because we thought someone was breaking into the cars, but it was coming from below.
Summary: Good place for about 4 adults, ask that no sprays be used to mask smells, parking is good. For $750 for two nights expecting to sleep 8 it was disappointing.
