Well managed comfy apartment. Most stuff in the apartment is new

I wished they had provided extra blankets or a bigger blanket/comforter for me. The heating was not very efficient and the room got cold. I wish the TV had better entertainment options or at least a way to cast my devices. I expected a smart TV. It's like the bare minimum these days

Very nice and cozy place to stay outside the city center.

Very nice place to stay outside the Krakow center. Neighborhood is quiet and the public transport to go to the center is not so far away, around 10 minutes walking. Everything in the apartment was clean and looks nice. The host are very friendly and even if they don't speak English with the translator there is not a single problem to communicate with them.

Everything was good. The only thing I missed was a microwave but at the end it didn't matter.

Amazing stay in a quiet area near the city centre

The apartment was in spotless conditions, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was clean and new. The best part of the stay was for sure the host, who greeted me late in the night and was always available for every needs since she lives upstairs.

The real life of being in a proper neighbourhood and not being in a tourist area .

Everything, but the best part was the lady trying her hardest to communicate that was exceptional has she couldn't speak so much English and I can't hardly say a sentence in polski. But I used Google translate and it helped. But what effort she put in was amazing. The area is quite and it's very nice. I caught tram to the apartment and then train back to krakow glowny. Easy to do if you research that mode of transport.

Comfortable and enjoyable.

Very beautiful house, excellent facilities including kettle hob and fridge. Excellent sized rooms with comfortable sofas and dining area. Double bed provided with extra blankets, perfect for the cold weather. The apartment was very clean throughout, very impressed. Good location with just a quick taxi ride to the old town.I travelled by myself and I felt safe and secure the entire time, the hosts were so lovely and helpful and made me feel welcome.

Nothing major however only one towel was provided. Would have liked to have more towels however this did not effect the stay.

Perfect!

The owner is very sweet and kind! After travelling 16 hours straight from Italy, we got to the apartment at 2.00 am! The lady told us the ceck in was until 11.00 pm but she waited for us anyway! The apartment is just as pretty as shown in the pictures! Clean and confortable! The Sanctuary is two minutes walking.
