The code was sent to an email but for travellers from abraod, with nop access to email, it could be a problem due to limited access to email.
Access code to be sent via email. Prefered someone to meet us there. The guest was from abraod.

Rooms clean. Staff friendly. Facilities good.
Room downstairs was let to someone’s who took over the entire downstairs and communal spaces. Kids were sleeping in the living room at night and we did not have access to the kitchen etc. constantly smoking below our window. Very inconsiderate but this was more to do with the guests than the actual accommodation

Good which was a ceiling fan.the room needs a paint job and all the cob webs cleaned sheets were nice clean but the ppl staying in the house with kids were really lound my

Everything..... didn't look like it had ever seen a cleaner. Flies all over in the kitchen door handles hanging off bed about as comfy as sleeping on a bed of knails whilst Edward scissor hands was sticking his fingers up your ***.
One of the residents lives there and is up all night with his music playing like he's having his own all night rave, then there what sounds like a family of 20 arguing constantly down stairs and it doesn't matter how many times or how long your on hold you can't actually speak to anybody at customer services to complain.
I'd give it 0.0 stars if I could

Location.
Firstly £500 damage deposit which you're not made aware of when booking they place a hold on your bank account incase they want to charge you for anything they desire I think at this point its a total scam!!
Apartment filthy, when we arrived the apartment was very clearly NOT cleaned even after having the audacity to charge you a cleaning fee. Everywhere was dusty and full of grime. The bed had not been changed as there were multiple peoples hairs left in the bed from all different people. The bathroom was disgusting grime around taps, mould on shower curtain marks all over floors etc meaning we had to clean before use. The kitchen all pots and pans were still dirty, sides were not clean.
A weird smell lingers through the whole of the apparment.
Facilities within the property were not as stated ironing board no iron, no kettle, no bedding for sofa bed meaning I had to sleep without bedding being cold.
I would save your breath contacting customer service they will not accept no fault of there own and will not rectify. They are rude and argumentative.

I liked that after telling them I work nights the rang me constantly throughout the day to open the front door because the lock mechanism was broken and to apologise for the lock being broken
everything stay well away from this company!
booked what was advertised as a whole apartment with a double bed and a pull out sofa bed and it turns out to be a double bed in a shared house not really practical for two work colleagues to share a bed or for one of us to stay in a communal front room
told dreams that we where working nights and they asked us to move into the house from another house and there was young children in the house not there fault or there parents fault we should not have been moved there in the first place ended up paying to stay somewhere els

Room was very small needed a complete decoration of room too many stuff marks on walls needed paint on door frame a crack between wall and ceiling needs dealing with needs coat hangers on wall so can place wet towels after a shower tv did not work down in living room and to be honest never realised it was an ordinary 3 bedroomed house turned into four bedroomed rented accommodation

The worst experience
Poor Customer Service
-The front door didn't open, so I contacted them around 5.30pm via phone number by calling 3 times .. it kept ringing but no one answered. I also tried Booking.com app and WhatsApp number they provided, but took them over 30 mins to respond via Booking.com app and on WhatApp the person sent apology message next morning !
Heating Issues
- In the room I couldn't see the radiator and it got really cold overnight so it was uncomfortable to sleep throughout the night. When I shared this with customer service, they told me that the radiator was behind the bed and temperature is maintained 19 degrees remotely ! Firstly, technically the radiator should not be covered by anything .. it massively reduces its efficiency and major health and safety issues.
- The management said that if I had contacted them, they would have fixed it. After poor customer service experience at around 5.30pm, who can trust your services at midnight/early morning hours ?
- Please check attached pics to get the feel. Hidden radiator behind the bed + Note of the wall with instructions draw only one conclusion that the management is ticking the box of maintaining the temperature by heating the 'smart thermostat mounted on the radiator, but not heating the room at all.
- Without a thermostat away from radiator in the room, how did someone maintain 19 degrees ? Its felt like 10 degrees so I kept waking up in the cold room throughout the night.

- Building work on-going next door so could hear some noise

There was so much wrong with the stay it will not fit into one of these boxes. I have already made a complaint & I will be writing a further email.
Filthy, no where near well Equipt kitchen, landlords had also rented out the front garden to some stranger to park on, making us feel very unsafe with our young family. This is at best a hostel & the pictures are very misleading.

Showers the water were too cold or too hot plus we didn’t get the bedroom keys on time so we’re couldn’t get in to rest had to ring the host a couple of times to get the pins for the rooms other that was good
