Property is a little rundown, door was hard to open, most of the hot tubs were out of order, and the clubhouse closest to our building was in terrible shape. Other buildings had great amenities like hot tubs and game rooms, but they were a 10 minute walk away, which isn't ideal when it's 10 degrees and snowy. Beautiful views, awesome location, great kitchen, comfy beds, spacious living room, covered parking, and super easy check-in process. Would definitely stay again, but if you're expecting luxury this might not be the place for you.

We really enjoyed staying at the Wildernest over the holiday weekend. It was a short drive to Keystone and a great place to come back to after long days of skiing. We cooked dinner each night and found everything we needed, except a can opener.

It was a nice place to stay after a long day of snowboarding. I will say it was not spotless, but the point of contact was swift with answering any questions that we may of had.

New Years Ski Trip
This place is a great location, in a cute town not too far from any of the ski resorts! We skied three different mountains and none were too far of a drive! The restaurants right by this place are also great!

Great famiky vacation
Very nice accommodations. We had a leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom and management showed up quickly to address it. It was coming from unit above our rental. Great location quick drive to many ski resorts. We spent most of our time in Breckenridge. Close shopping in Silverthorne, Frisco and Dillon.

The unit was well stocked , clean and everything worked. It was old and could use some updating. We spent most of our time skiing so that was fine.

Clean and comfortable
The management team were exceptional. We arrived in a snow storm and the whole area was without power. Grateful to have the fireplace and a space heater. I look forward to returning next February!

This property has so much potential. The view is splendid and the location excellent. Too bad the compliments stop there.
The view was clouded by filthy windows, We cleaned the windows ourselves. l
The mattresses on the beds are awful. We didn't sleep well for six weeks. The couches in the living room are worn out, dirty, and miserable to sit on..
There are shortcomings in the kitchen too, The stove isn't level. Oil in a fry pan puddles to one side of the pan. Casserole dishes in the oven slide out dangerously fast. Items in the refrigerator freeze, Brutal to veggies!
Lighting is inadequate in the kitchen and both bedrooms. No mirror in the guest BR? The bathrooms are clean and functional.
We had some hot weather and requested a screen for the sliding glass door. James attempted to fir one but couldn't.
James is a good agent and helped us with mail. The shortcomings of this place could be corrected with a reasonable investment. Overall, the condo is not worth the price we paid.

Had a great time, the place was nice and clean. The pool could have used some heat, too cold to swim, but overall I would rent here again...thanks

GOOD: very cleanwell-equipped kitchennice viewOK: Bathrooms are small (as expected) and have most of what you want, if low-budget. ADD SOME MORE TOWEL RACKS AND OTHER PLACES TO HANG THINGS - PEOPLE ARE SKIING, HIKING, ETC. AND HAVE A LOT OF (WET) STUFF!Carpet was clean, if a bit dated Kitchen design / appliances / materials were low budget but good enough for everything we needed. The dishes / pots / pans were haphazard, incomplete sets. I know they get wear & tear but come on, theyre cheap - replace the survivors with matching sets BAD: the furniture is awful - it was cheap junk when bought (at the flea market I think) in the eighties - show your guests you care and upgrade! By the way when you finally buy new beds, get king size - nobody likes a small bed! They dont cost that much (if any) more. While youre at it. get some quality sheets / bedding. Costco has nice stuff, for probably just a little more than WalMart. Actually WalMart has some nice sheets - but theyre not the cheapest ones on the shelf like what we slept on here.Paint - whats with the multiple trim / door paint schemes? Finish the job!Pool / Hot Tub / playroom: Yuck! The pool was green and you couldnt see the bottom. We were afraid to get in it. Hot tub not as bad but the pool destroyed our trust. Otherwise, as like the rest of the complex, it all needs upgrading / refurbishing. Internet service was intermittent but mostly up. Overall, I was generally disappointed - because I know how nice it could be with just a little more TLC. Next time Ill be more selective (and likely pay more). This would have been great back in college and camping indoors was the mode. But It was not a place we were happy to have guests visit.

The condo was just as described & pictured. It is on the bottom floor, which was nice for climbing stairs, but on our last night there the people directly above us was pretty noisy until after midnight. Clubhouse was nice. We would stay here again. A1s app is awesome!
