Nice kitchenette, friendly neighbors, convenient to my situation. Walking distance to a trail, mall, arcade and restaurants.

Short staffed. I was told I would get a weekly room services and when I renewed for a 2nd week, the story changed. I only seen 3 employees the entire time I stayed, so I let it go. The stained carpet in a nice room is an eye sore.

I liked the location

On 02/11/23 the front fest contacted me about my stay and by the time my son got there at 4:00 pm we were locked out of our room and the man was very nasty and rude.

My stay was very awful and unfortunately uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to an animal less known a perso

I did not like anything about the property. The property was terrible there were no wash clothes nobody from housekeeping came and cleaned the room and we were there for 9 days and 8 nights

i didn’t like the inn at all when I first entered the room there was a big huge bug and I told the staff they told me that they were going to contact their management and call me back and they never did also no staff after 7 pm there were police cars there and ambulances. No housekeeping the room was never cleaned by a housekeeper my mom and I had to clean everything and there was no wash cloths we had to provide our own wash cloths there was no broom or dust pan it was super noisy people over our head kept making a whole lot of noise and bouncing around it seemed like someone was going to come through the ceiling I just feel that that place was beyond terrible then the refrigerator had a stinky smell to it I am happy to be out of there

Superb

The staff were friendly. The room was nice. I liked the location but if you are in the back get earplugs. Luckily I wasn’t there.

I did spot a few cockroaches but it wasn’t too bad also my flight was early and the office was close so I didn’t know where to leave the keys. I left them in the room.

Exceptional

The staff members are very friendly polite and understandable with good customer service skills and a compassionate heart, I appreciate the superior service received when I checked in until the very last time I renewed I recommemt this place to anyone that is looking for a home away from home from the premium rooms to the traditional rooms really love the remarkable leadership that makes my stay enjoyable

perhaps a soda machine would have made it a little light on the walk to circle k which is not that far, however if we had a soda machine it could alleviate that walk other then that there is nothing I detest as it relates to this facility excellent place that i am happy to call home
