Nothing wrong with the location.

The host/owner, from the outset when I booked was extremely reserved to share his contact details and made it hard for me to communicate. The general hygiene of the three bedroom house was not good, not to my standards for sure as an English man. Cooking utensils supplied were ok but could be upgraded for sure. Should be more and better storage in the kitchen. The lower cupboards were old and quite dirty. Washing machine, a twin tub, very dated and old fashioned, rather than a modern front loader. Under the stairs a very small room with a single bed, this room had old and dirty linen in there and the smell not good. NO air conditioning downstairs, where there is an open plan living room and kitchen. Just two fans to try and keep the room cool, not sufficient and very hot. In the kitchen, no hot water supply to wash up pots, pans and dishes. How can you expect to clean in cold water? The swimming pool on the compound cannot always be used. On many days the swimming pool/club facility was out of bounds and we could not use because others had hired the facility which stops you from using it. This was not pointed out and informed to us. Maybe this property would be ok for some but for the majority of western people it would not be suitable at all. It seems the hosts/owners want to make a quick buck or two from those who will just want to stay there one time and not thinking that they want guests like me to return, which is unfortunate. If it was me, my conscience would tell me to rent my property in the best way possible, value for money, modern and most importantly clean and hygienic. I had already paid the full amount of just over $600 but decided to move to another location four days before checkout day, I could not take any more, again is sad but the reality. Gary Teeley

Reality not matching description in booking : couple of shortcomings (no terrace, swimming pool far and not free of charge, not kid friendly/dangerous for kids, no water upstairs...) and neighborhood not that friendly.

Nice place And very comfortable

Price is really affordable. Place is a bit spacious.

You get what you pay for. The place needs to be renovated as it was a bit dilapidated already, and it was not cleaned properly. It's quite far from the beaches so what you'll save on hotels, you'll spend on travel expense. I tried cancelling this and asking for a refund prior to going here but I got a very rude response, so I had no choice but to push through with this booking.

Great location at Great price. Comfortable stay excellent value.

very accommodating hosts. The place is clean. Theres available cooking utensils, wifi and toiletries.

Not all rooms are airconditioned. Slightly uncomfortable sleeping as the bed creaks on tiny movement. Heaters are not available on showers that we had to borrow pails.
