About this house rental
Four bedrooms, three with fitted wardrobes and a room with a small balcony.
A beautiful kitchen fully equipped (kitchen Schmidt).
A comfort lounge with fireplace insert (NB: the TV is "small"), two large sofas.
A bathroom (upstairs) with hip bath and a shower room (in the basement) with two toilets (one upstairs, one in the basement).
A cellar-laundry (with very very many appliances): washing machine, dryer, ironing board, hair dryer, pancake maker, raclette, blender-cooker, etc.
A large sunny terrace, facing south, new, 60m2 exotic wood (several tables / chairs / chairs / umbrellas), with its garden furniture.
An outdoor Jacuzzi of 5-6 seats, model Hamilton "upscale" [226x226x91]: more than 40 massage jets, waterfall, underwater spots, 1500 liters, 2 massage pumps, ...
An outdoor sitting area but sheltered (like a covered terrace): couch / chair / table (= Moroccan lounge).
A new plancha (barbecue 3 gas burners).
Outdoor and indoor hammocks.
A decoration (surf, Bali, Zen) neat.
A well-kept garden (palms).
Free internet (and a good network!).
A small library of thirty books to discover the Basque country (hiking guide, gastronomic guide, walk, discovery, local culture, ...)
In summary: the charm and functionality! My house is comfortable and really has a soul.
NB: The linen is optional (fee: 19 euros / person). I also offer a package "cleaning departure" for tenants wishing for 90 euros. I propose, you have. Firewood (as well as consumables (soaps, dishwashing liquid, etc.) are not supplied but may be.
The lease is final only once the lease (including the annex on the rules of procedure) signed by both parties and the deposit received.

Beautiful house, great location
Very comfortable house with a nice ‘homely’ feel. The South facing terrace had sunshine all day and well into the evening, even for mid October, with plenty of outdoor seating. It was also remarkably quiet and private considering the number of other houses around.
Being 5 minutes from the centre of St Jean de Luz and close to the main route to Spain it is an ideal location for touring the area.

Séjour chaleureux dans une belle maison familiale
Agréable séjour dans cette maison familiale, joliment décorée et parfaitement équipée. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter des espaces extérieurs mais nous n'étions pas à l'étroit à l'intérieur à 7.

Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Quel plaisir!!!!

Belle maison basque entre mer et montagne
Notre séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme nous a beaucoup séduit ; la terrasse est magnifique, le jacuzzi très agréable; l'équipement est parfait ; le propriétaire est charmant ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueillis; la mer est toute proche ainsi que la possibilité de faire des randonnées dans la montagne ou une virée en Espagne .Nous recommandons cette maison sans problème.

We stayed in Corentin's quaint house in June. The weather was fantastic (better than average I think?) and so the outside space with its deck, seating area and of course the hot tub was obviously the biggest positive.
Corentin is lovely, extremely communicative and very kind. We had a couple of small issues whilst we were there and Corentin instantly tried to solve these issues to our satisfaction.
The house itself is a home from home. This is not a standard holiday villa, it is a home that feels lived in, as if you are staying with someone and does have items and decorations that belong to the owner and if this is not your preference then maybe this is not the house for you, however we had a lovely time.
This is in an excellent location for your holiday in the Basque Country - 2 minutes from the supermarket by car, and 15 minutes drive from St Jean de Luz or 30 minutes walk along a busy road. St Jean de Luz is lovely - great markets, great seafood, 2 Michelin starred restaurants (Le Kaïku is amazing!) and has excellent transport links. We had trips to Biarritz by train (we recommend La Cabane a Huîtres) and the house is less than an hours drive from Bayonne and St Sebastian (amazing Pinxtos). It is 2 hours from Bilbao ferry terminal. We would also recommend a drive to Pau to see the Avenue des Pyrénées.
I would say the house needs a little updating but is very quaint with brilliant outdoor space and a lovely owner. We would highly recommend it and very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Home from Home
We stayed in Corentin's quaint house in June. The weather was fantastic (better than average I think?) and so the outside space with its deck, seating area and of course the hot tub was obviously the biggest positive.

Parfait !
Je suis ravie de cette location ! La maison , typique de la region basque , offre tout ce que l’on peut rechercher pour des vacances , détente :propreté des lieux, toutes les facilités en cuisine , un accès direct à la terrasse ensoleillée et son jaccuzi ! Quel bonheur de s’y prélasser après avoir profiter des vagues revigorantes et des plages accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture . En plus des commerces tout proches , la mer, les balades à pied le long des falaises offrent une vue extra , un régal pour les yeux ...à faire suivre d’un régal dans un des resto du coin , choix multiples à st Jean de Luz, Hendaye ! Bref un rapport qualité prix sans conteste pour cette location , promis prochains rtt je reviens me ressourcer ici ! Merci encore pour accueil et conseils, à très bientôt !

Cette maison réunit énormément de qualités pour vous faire passer un bon séjour dans le pays basque ! Le propriétaire est d'une amabilité exemplaire et la maison qu'il propose est tout confort avec en prime... un jacuzzi extérieur au top du top !

Tres agreable sejour
Excellent séjour dans la maison de Corentin. La maison est décorée avec personnalité et possède un jardin très agréable. Tous les équipements nécessaires y sont aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les contacts avec Corentin sont faciles afin de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Fabienne qui nous a accueillis est tres avenante. Nous recommandons cette location.

Demeure prafaite pour vacances entre amis ou famille
Très belle demeure, bien équipée, et avec un extérieur extrêmement agréable entre hamac et jacuzzi! L'emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans les meilleurs "spot" du pays basque tout en restant au calme.

Nécessite des améliorations au niveau de la salle de bains de l'étage ou il est très difficile de prendre une douche en raison du manque de débit d'eau et des variations constantes de la température de l'eau.
Il en est de même de la plaque de Gaz sur laquelle il est très difficile de faire cuire les aliments.
Une plaque vitrocéramique serait la bienvenue.

Un séjour magique
Une semaine très reposante avec des amis dans une maison extra en tous points. En plus de l'espace que peux offrir cette jolie maison atypique et de son grand jardin bien clôturée. Qui garanti un espace sécurisé pour mon chien. La maison est bien équipée pour faire des cocktails ;) avec un blinder top. Tout est fait avec bon gout et l'environnement est très propre. C'est agréable !!!

Cette maison porte parfaitement son nom : elle est charmante, très bien située et au calme. Rien ne manque et on s'y sent très bien. Le propriétaire est est un homme attentif et attentionné envers ses hôtes et Fabienne qui le seconde, est une personne toujours disponible et très aimable.Jje recommande vivement cette location.

Un super week-end en famille
Quelle bonne idée d'avoir loué Etxezorion pour ce long week-end de 3 jours! Nous adorons le Pays basque et venons régulièrement. C'est la 1ère fois que nous louions cette maison et nous espérons pouvoir y revenir très bientôt! Elle est accueillante, confortable et très fonctionnelle. De plus elle est idéalement située: quelques minutes de Saint Jean de Luz, proche de l'Espagne et dans un charmant lotissement très calme. Bref, location que nous recommandons vivement!

Une terrasse ensoleillée et un jardin très agréable...

Vraiment super ! Ambiance et service au top !
C'était très chouette ! Maison très agréable et proprio hyper sympa et arrangeant ! Il y avait même des planches de surf sur place, on a pu essayer, c'est vraiment super ! Et avec la déco de la maison, on s'y croirait ! On a vraiment adoré, les enfants veulent absolument revenir ! Tout y était, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Le jardin avec sa grande terrasse bien ensoleillée est très agréable, et la maison, vraiment propre et nickel, est chaleureuse. Notre famille a beaucoup aimé, non, en fait on est tombé amoureux !

Amazing! Wish I could have stayed longer!
Absolutely Amazing in every aspect! from the initial correspondence with the owner to the goodbye check-out process. The house is better then the photos on the site. It Feels warm and inviting has all the basic amenities plus a few luxuries. The location is superb, close to city center and big grocery stores, boulangerie, etc. The newest feature we got to enjoy was a huge outside exotic wood deck patio. There are three different areas in the house to eat as a large family. We were 4 adults and two boys, (two families each with a 3 year old.) There was also tons of up to date brochures and maps of all things to do and see in the area. This part of the world is wonderful, such a beautiful place with such nice beautiful people. And staying here in this house made it even more special. After a day being out and about seeing everything we couldnt wait to come back to the house. I will for sure return this winter for a long weekend.
