We recently stayed in this condo - while location and property are great - this condo is in very bad shape.
From marks and holes in wall to dirt and dust everywhere - it’s disgusting. The kitchen appliances are broken and serving plates are chipped and very worn. The master closet is filled with broken beach chairs and leftover junk.
Had there been any other open units - we would’ve moved the first day. Two families went with us and both of their units were pristine.
I will certainly be back to Lands End but not to this unit. There are plenty of other units - spend your money elsewhere.

This property is not worth the price. It was not well maintained and not clean to the point we had to move to another unit. The bedding was dirty and stained, holes in the drywall, and overall needed a deep clean, paint, and updates. The pictures look much better than it does in person.

Condo in desperate need of a thorough inspection
While the location and view from the condo were amazing. The condo was in poor condition. Door knobs were broken. The sofa sleeper was broken and so dirty. Ice maker didn’t work. Microwave was loose, too may things in my personal opinion. Yes the property management worked with me but it’s an inconvenience to come on vacation and have workers in and out of your condo during the day. No one wants to go on vacation to spend money to deal with issues the whole time.

This was our second stay at this property. We really enjoyed it!

Property was beautiful as well as the location.
The property was beautiful as well as the location. The pool area was well maintained. The unit on the other hand needed numerous maintenance issues. Sand on the kitchen counter when arrived. Master shower had missing handle, ice maker was jammed (didn’t work), screen to the balcony was off and leaning against the sliding door, electrical outlet next to sink was not installed properly (entire box came out of the wall), and the mater bed felt like sleeping in a hammock ( sag’s to the the center big time)

Vacation
Nice condo for a family vacation. The views of Blind Pass were awesome! We were able to see dolphins everyday, manatees a few days, and plenty of boats and ships right from the balcony. Several restaurants within a very short drive of the condo. The beach and pool were very nice. The condo had a few items left by other visitors and there was several beach chairs in the closet for use. The umbrella had seen better days, it was usable but I don’t know for how much longer.
Now the bad and there wasn’t much like others have said a few minor repairs are needed, but didn’t take away from the overall experience. The “pool monitor” was very intense. Wear your wristband and follow every single rule to a t and you will be fine. A lot of people complained about her in the pool area. I understand it is a nice community and rules are rules but it is vacation. That was really the only complaint I have.
Overall it was a nice condo in a nice location and I would stay there again. Thanks for having us!

Great vacation spot
Lands End is a beautiful condo community, very quiet and private and beautifully landscaped. Private beach is steps away, as is a boardwalk walking trail. Pool, hot tub are sparkling clean. Our particular unit was a little tired, decor wise. A paint job and cabinet refacing would go a long way. But the unit was comfortable, very well situated and met our vacation needs perfectly. We will return!

Amazing vacation at Land’s End!
We will return…can’t wait! The entire grounds, staff & other renters & owners we met were so helpfull. Especially loved the boardwalk around the grounds & the huge pool ( such crystal clear water) & relaxing hot tub ! This time of year
was so relaxing & peaceful. Our unit was clean &
many pool items were available to use. However….we had a maintenance man come & tighten the lock of the front door. He did a good job & very professional! The living room sofa/ loveseat definitely needs replaced, main bedroom dresser / nightstands need repaired/replaced & master bath shower door is
missing inside slider handle. The AC worked great! Putting all that aside, will come back.

Relaxing and enjoyable vacation
I have to say this was probably one of the best - if not THE best - vacation we have ever had! We were thrilled with the location of the condo, and the views from the balcony. We could see the beautiful sunrises and being at the far end of Lands End, we had views of water that surrounded our building on three sides. Also, it was a very short walk to the awesome white sand beach to enjoy the sunsets. The condo was large and had every convenience so it felt like home pretty quickly. In fact, its easy to think of it as our own condo for future visits - which we have already booked!

Lands End review
Stayed for a week at Lands End 5-305. Beautiful Condo with plenty of room for our family. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nicely equipped kitchen. There were some beach chairs and wagon in the smaller bedroom which were appreciated. We also bought a beach umbrella which we left there for future guests. The grounds were clean and well landscaped. Pool was saltwater, warm and nice and clean. Fishing on the grounds is available anywhere from boardwalk to beach with plenty of fish around. Beach was real close quiet and clean. Saw dolphin and manatees from our balcony.

Great location
While traveling during COVID-19 the location of this property was great. It’s basically like a private beach because of its location on the Island! This is our 2nd trip to LandEnd! We will be back! The condo itself is beautiful! We saw dolphins every night while sitting on our balcony! Easiest access to a beautiful beach!

Nice property
The unit is nice and spacious. The view from the balcony is excellent.
We were very disappointed, though, that the parking space assigned to us was occupied the whole week by another car (they told us it was the condo owner's car!!).

We enjoyed our stay.

Location great - bed not so much
The advertisement says the king mattress is new. This is not true - or if true then it was a very cheap mattress with springs that broke right away as one side had a huge permanent dip and made sleeping very uncomfortable. There are also a lot of minor things that need maintenance to fix all throughout the unit (shower door coming out of track, one shower with electrical tape covering a screw where a handle was once, silverware caddy in dishwasher falling apart, etc etc etc). One problem also was the refrigerator ice maker wasn’t working. We reported the ice maker and bed within 15 hours of being there. I was told someone would fix the freezer the next day and they would contact the owner about the bed and get back with me. The freezer did not get fixed and I did not hear anything else about the bed. But the location is perfect and watching dolphins daily play outside your balcony is priceless! The condo is nicely decorated and roomy and the facilities are very nice.

Beautiful views!!!
This was our first experience with VRBO...very smooth
The room was nice - met all our needs...minor issues, notified manager and they were nothing but helpful...also asked many (🙃) questions prior to our arrival and they were so fast in responding...always extremely friendly...made us very comfortable!!!
Our only major issue was the complex itself...the room and Carrie were great...the lands End facility had ridiculous rules at the pool... Making the kids feel on edge...almost paranoid (ex: another family was yelled at for using dive sticks...in the pool) this was the only issue that made the stay not seem family friendly...but this is on lands end and THEIR staff...has NOTHING to do with Carrie and her staff....
Would absolutely stay again despite this given how great Carrie and her group were...

Beach! 🏖
Prime locations like this one disappear early so we reserved it about 6 months out.
We received confirmation of our reservation immediately as our initial payment was made. A month or so out we made the final payment and communications began again. We were sent detailed instructions on how to get to the condo as well as basic rules and a packet containing our parking pass. Nothing was onerous or unexpected and I appreciated the information.
Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly gate guard who explained where the condo was and where we would be parking.
The condo itself was everything we hoped for, well laid out with a beautiful view of the inland waterway and the Gulf of Mexico beyond a small spit of land on the other side. (The channel was being dredged at the time and was the only glitch in the way of the view)
The beach to the Gulf was a very short walk and since the community was located at the very southern tip of the island, it wasn’t overrun with other people.
A special mention here for the staff. We much appreciated their attention to keeping things clean and orderly. We were never disturbed by drunken hooligans that you see at other beaches. One gentleman even suggested a local pizza joint for delivery. (Original Pizza, great choice!)
The only major problem encountered was on our final night. For some reason, the water was shut off to our building. It wasn’t insurmountable but it did present some issues. Still, we were able to follow checkout procedures and leave for the airport without delay.
I highly recommend this rental. St. Pete is a wonderful area and I would like to come back again.

100% PERFECT!
Everything we had hoped for and much more! Dolphins every day, manatees twice, even a hammerhead shark went by in the bay as we sat on the balcony. Perfect weather, beautiful water, great food. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful View!
We really enjoyed our week at Land's End. 5-305 is a very nice unit. The master bedroom is very roomy with a King bed and private bath with a large shower. 2nd bedroom and bath worked out perfect for our teenagers. Plenty of bath towels and having a washer and dryer was great. Updated kitchen with everything you would need during your vacation stay. The view from the balcony overlooking the Inter Coastal and Gulf of Mexico is fantastic. A great place to sit and relax at any time of the day or evening. You will see dolphins and an occasional Manatee from this great balcony location. A short walk to the beach or pool. The boardwalk that circles the property is great way to get some exercise and take in this scenic location. Lots of great restaurants and activities a short drive away.

Beautiful
We really enjoyed our stay at Land’s End. The view is breathtaking and the property is well kept. The washer and dryer are small but a definite bonus! The beach and pool are just a short walk. The patio table was broken and the dishwasher could be replaced but other than that everything else was in great condition. We contacted property management about the patio table and they were quick to respond which is nice. It didn’t get replaced while we were there but it was still useable. We enjoyed walking sunset beach and walking down to Caddy’s and the park with our kids. It’s in a great location. Close enough to shopping, entertainment but you feel secluded and have your own private beach which was great.

Loved the location, being at the very end near the rocks, having your own private beach away from the public access, was amazing! Beautiful beach & intercoastal views, crystal clear waters and a clean and friendly environment. We saw dolphins and manatees and a great spot for fishing! The condo was clean and updated, overall a great experience and we will definitely luv to come back again!
