Absolutely nothing but the price, but the price is not enough to be a bargain.

I expected a lower tier type facility , budget per se, however the room smelled like a dingy wet towel left out for a few days, the electrical sockets are so worn that my laptop charging wire would not stay plugged in at all, the bathroom light took several minutes to come, and when it did, the fluorescents flickered so much it was like an old grainy movie film in there. The Shower was not clean, the toilet moved upon sitting on it, and was so low to the ground, I felt like it was a child toilet. On top of the aforementioned issues, I left a bag of clothes to be laundered, and upon calling them the next day, was told no clothes were found. No Coffee in the room, and general uncleanliness is enough to not be staying here for the next few weeks.

Glad it was only for two nights for this stay and won't stay here again.

There was no breakfast or even coffee offered in the room or in the office. We couldn't even go into the office as we had to stand at a window and ring a bell to even check in or get any attention from the manager. We thought the location was probably the best thing about the dumpy place. We will not stay there again if we ever come back to Natchez which is not likely. The place was rather dirty and cramped.

Too small of a room, dirty bathtub w/no stopper; no hand towels, no hair dryer, no coffee in room, no Do Not Disturb sign, dowdy

works as an acceptable base for a cheap stay

the staff are friendly, the location is accessible, the price is cheap

there were a few issues- the cold water didn't work in one room, the wifi didn't work in the other room (I stayed in two rooms over two nights as I had to change plans), some of the light's didn't work in one room.

Absolutely the WORST hotel EVER

Absolutely nothing was good about this hotel. Not recommended. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else... anywhere else.

The bed was dirty and looked like someone had just gotten out of the bed (see photo). Sheets had not been changed. There were food crumbs, dirty dog foot prints, hair, and idk what else on the sheets. Food stuck on the bedspread. Towels were filthy. Makeup and other substances were on the towels. NOT STAINS but crusty white and brown substances. I put a washcloth on the floor the first night because it was dirty, I came back the next day and housekeeping had come into my room and put it back on the sink. Housekeeping came into my room without my express permission with my suitcase and things in the room and turned the heat off. It was in the 40's & raining outside when I got back to the room. I was cold and wet and my room was cold. I had to wash & dry off with clean clothes out of my suitcase for my showers because I couldn't use the towels provided. I slept in my clothes on top of more clothes covering the bedspread because the bed covering was so nasty. The room was dim and some of the lights didn't work. I had to search for a lamp to turn on when I first entered the room because the lamp at the entrance was unplugged. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Idk how this place has 4 stars...someone is lying or booking.com isn't rating it correctly.

Run down property that could use some sprucing up. Good value. No attendant when I checked out @ 0745am even after ringi

Convenient to Trinity Church.

There was only one usable outlet to charge my phone. Note to self always travel with an extra- long cable. Door could not be locked with deadbolt.

Good value, poorly maintained and cleaned property.

Not well cleaned or kept. Lots of "guest" activity and noise into the morning hours. But it's cheap and in a good location. I'd stay there again for the value.
