Malia è una cittadina da cui poi raggiungere altre zone anch'esse molto belle

Ottimo servizio ed eccellente disponibilità del personale. Colazione e dinner di elevato livello qualitativo. Struttura molto bella e ben tenuta

Mi aspettavo la dimensione della camera più grande. In effetti su booking è scritto che la camera è di 22 mq., mentre in realtà la zona camera (escluso di bagno) era probabilmente inferiore. Comunque molto ben arredata, ma arrivando in 2 persone con 3 valigie e 2 borse, lo spazio era veramente poco

Where half-board feels like a culinary journey

The place is spotless, and the food selection with the half-board is top-notch. The reception staff are super friendly, and the resort manager has that rare, warm touch that makes the stay feel extra special. The pool is always clean, and those chic umbrellas around it just add a really nice vibe to the whole setting.

The beach is a bit crowded and the sun lounger seating crosses the boundary of what amounts to personal space. Basically if you try to stretch out a bit you risk hitting the person next to you or in front of you. And the gentleman in charge isn't exactly the nicest and empathetic person either.

Bello, ma su alcune cose deludente

Colazione e cena a buffet buonissimi, piscina grande e pulita, servizi dell'hotel (come la spa e chiamata taxi luxury). Apprezzati i 15 min di massaggi e la cena alla carta offerti dall'hotel. Apprezzato l'acqua, caffè e tisane in camera. Accoglienza clienti con Champagne. Risoluzione problemi veloce (luci letto non funzionanti, telefono non funzionante). Camera vista mare e piscina spettacolare

LA SPIAGGIA NON È PRIVATA MA APERTA AL PUBBLICO (SOLO QUALCHE OMBRELLONE A NOME DELL'HOTEL, MARE SPORCO E SPIAGGIA AFFOLLATISSIMA). Le salviette piscina/mare le cambiano ogni 2 giorni. Durante la cena le bevande (anche l'acqua) escluse. Pulizia camera: la donna delle pulizie ogni volta si dimenticava il tappeto, a volte non aggiungeva le capsule del caffè e non cambiava i cotton fioc, & dischetti viso. Capelli e peli sia nostri che non per terra anche dopo la pulizia. Troppo caos di persone e macchine nella via. Stanza non insonorizzata per via del caos notturno nella via. Lontano dalle fermate del pullman che portano ad Agios Nikolaos e Heraklion (25 min). Noleggio biciclette a pagamento. Centro di Malia nulla di che. L'aria condizionata non era presente in tutto l'hotel (nei corridoi facevi la sauna). Con quello che abbiamo pagato (camera deluxe vista mare e 5 stelle) alcuni servizi potevano essere di certo migliori anche quelli a pagamento.

Overall , It was a relaxing and good experience.

The resort is infront of the beach with private beach . the food ( breakfast and dinner) is good , the staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Also we liked that it is an adult only resort , very calm .Good experience overall.

First thing is that the photos are not corresponding the reality , the pool is not big, also private beach is very small . We expected bigger resort and pool . Second is the location which was our fault , we had to investigate more. Malia is a party town with lots of clubs , and far from many attractions ( more than 2 hours drive) so if you are not into clubbing and partying and you prefer nature discovering , this is not best location for you. Third is the low number sun beds ( small area ) , always booked,some people booked it at 7h30 a.m .

Sehr schöner Ort mit nettem Personal.

Der Frühstücks- und Abendessenstisch war sehr gut ausgestattet, vielfältig und in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns bei Fragen immer geholfen.

Die Handtücher wurden bei uns innerhalb einer Woche fünfmal nicht gewechselt. Wir mussten immer nachfragen.

ארוחת בוקר מדהימה - בריכה מהממת - הים קרוב כ 30 מטר לבריכה- פשוט מדהים- המיקום מצויין -קרוב לאינספור מסעדות, חנויות - תחנת אוטובוס במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה -מלון בוטיק

החדר קטן במקצת אבל יש בו הכל מהכל- אמבטייה מהממת ונוחה- הדבר היחידי שהיה חסר לי זה עוד קצת ערוצים דוברי אנגלית בטלויזייה- המחירים של האלכוהול והנרגילה היו מעט יקרים מהסביבה- מעבר לזה היה פשוט מושלם

Sehr schöne Lage, toller Strand und abends kann man gut ausgehen und verweilen.

Alles war sehr großzügig und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle so super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zwar nur 3 Tage da aber hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Frühstück war auch sehr empfehlenswert.

Das zugehörige Restaurant Bikini Beach Bar ist geschmacklich okay aber definitiv verbesserungsfähig. Die Mitarbeiter waren aber alle sehr nett.

Schöner Sandstrand; sehr schön gestalte Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer- / Badezimmer; sehr vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet; Tische mit Meerblick; Yoga Stunde am Morgen im Garten

Perfect

It was the best hotel I have ever been - very comfortable and nice. It`s very close to the sea so every day we could hear sound of the sea. Breakfasts were amazing and very delicious. In the reception of the hotel there is a receptionist Marysia who recomended us a lot of beautiful places in Malia. Our stay there was perfect. I know we will be back there very soon.

We loved our stay in Enorme Ammos Beach resort in Malia. Beautiful beachfront location. Amazing staff. We liked the access to the shared mini pool from our room. We loved the extensive breakfast buffet and the themed daily dinner buffet. All the foods were crafted and cooked to perfection! We liked our free morning yoga experience being offered daily.

Fabulous hotel with terrific staff, great facilities and on the beach too

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff - lots of eye contact and time to talk with you. The room was lovely, great sea view and it's right on the beach with it's own sunbeds etc. Great breakfast with plenty to choose from. We had lunch in the Bikini Bar several times and enjoyed that too. We also used the Spa Scrub plus massage) and enjoyed it too.

the location is in one of the more popular parts of Malia with lots of nightlife opportunities. I prefer quieter locations but if you want lots of bars there are plenty on your doorstep.

Great hotel but staff need to monitor selfish people reserving sun beds

The hotel service was excellent, drinks on arrival and someone to take luggage up to your room. The staff are always eager to help. Room and hotel very clean. Having the beach right in front of the hotel was great.

Pool area is quite small and certain people “reserving” sun beds by putting their towels down early in the morning and then going away for the day is a joke. Staff should be monitoring this as it’s unfair to the people who actually want to stay by the pool and I would expect better from a 5 star hotel. Multiple times I saw people coming back, taking their towels and leaving so they had them reserved for nothing! Wifi was also very patchy in the room.
