Wonderful stay with great hosts in a beautiful location

We loved our stay at The Pavilion, and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Jo and Simon are wonderful hosts - extremely friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival, we were met with a warm personal welcome, and when we entered the Pavilion itself, we were met with a lovely welcome pack with fresh bread, eggs, milk etc - and even treats for our dog! The Pavilion is lovely - very comfortable, spacious, peaceful, well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. Every little care has been taken and touch has been added to ensure guests' comfort, which we really appreciated. The location is also excellent, and we had a wonderful time exploring the area - though a few days isn’t enough to even scratch the surface, so we will definitely be back! Jo and Simon were also very kind and welcoming to our dog, who loved them in return, and this made it an even more relaxing stay for us, knowing that he was so genuinely welcome. In short, if you have a chance to stay here, do it! We can't wait to come back.

A lovely convenient and comfortable stay

Delightful property in the gardens of hosts, very convenient for places - houses and gardens - we wanted to visit. Very jolly ducks in the garden,

Probably better venue during the summer period.

Provision of logs for log burner

Had to walk over grass to reach the car park which was some distance to trek to take/fetch luggage. Lack of storage - all existing cupboards filled with stuff. Nowhere to hang wet outdoor clothing or boots to dry off.

Delightful accommodation right on the edge of town.

The Pavilion was bright, spacious and a delightful place to stay. it was so thoughtful of Jo and Simon to provide milk, bread etc to welcome us the first day.

Although Tenterden is reachable on foot it was a bit inconvenient for us as the first few hundred yards of road had only a grass verge and no footpath.

A comfortable ,relaxed and welcoming

Well equipped and excellent welcome pack. Fresh flowers, juice , eggs. Ingredients for breakfast all provided. Very relaxed and pleasant environment. Very welcoming and helpful hosts.

We would highly recommend this property; especially if you are visiting Chapel Down Vineyard.

The property is stunning and everything you will need is catered for with little additional personal touches.

Beautiful country escape

Accommodation was clean, modern and private. Hosts were lovely and let us have a late checkout which was the icing on the cake. We’d definitely stay here again.

fantastic little gem of a place

The fridge was Stocked with essentials and much more. Everything needed for a short stay was provided.the place was clean, tastefully decorated and in beautiful surroundings. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The gardens were lovely and our little dog loved it.

the only problem for us was that the bed was too small . My husband is 6.2 and as there was a end on the bed it wasn't great for us but no doubt fine for most. It was very comfortable when I had the bed to Myself!
