Welcome to your Ocean Pines getaway. Off street parking for 4 cars stacked, and street parking if needed. Enter the home through a beautiful covered front porch with a swing for two and lovely sitting area, love seat and two chairs with large ceiling fans, you'll feel like your sitting in your living room but outside.

This sweet home has 3 bedrooms and two full baths, master bedroom with a king sized bed and on-suite bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed.

A fully stocked kitchen, perfect for preparing an evening meal, lunch for the beach or entertaining. With an eat in kitchen, or proper dining room there’s plenty of space for the whole family.
Cozy living room with lots of seating, and working fireplace making this rental perfect all year round.
All season sun room with sofa, chair and ottoman, high pub table for 4 and bar cabinet stocked with glasses.
Dogie door in sun room, large enough for 100# dog which leads to fenced in back yard. Back yard has a large deck, sand pit area with fire pit, Weber gas Grill and plenty of outside seating.
Enjoy a parking pass to Ocean Pines Beach Club 49th street (5 miles).

Two car garage is locked for owner only. For your convenience the air conditioning is set 70-78 degrees for you to manage during your stay, if you would temp lower then 70 please request in advance and there will be an additional fee charged.

Loved the home inside and out!! The front porch and backyard were very inviting for sitting outside. Lots of seating. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. It’s close but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. It was well stocked with amenities. It was filled with natural light during the day and well lit during the night. Beds were comfy. Decor in every room was just the right touch. Looking forward to staying here again.

This home is spacious, yet cozy. It has every essential you may need. Big, fenced-in yard was safe and fun for our dogs. Very short distance to everything we wanted to see and do. It was a turn-key, easy check-in and check-out. I would love to stay here again.

We were there with our son and his two children for five days. We have two dogs? And the fenced in backyard was great. It was a short ride to the beach and my grandchildren spent forever jumping over the waves. The house impressed us s when we strong be a of how clean it was!er had a perfect vacation there. We have had a sadvtrip but nothing to do with this rental. I spoke with owner right before we left. She was very nice n helpful. My husband had food poisoning yesterday. She said if we had to stay longer due to his illness she would call her hotel connections to help us. She went above n beyond in answering any questions n trying to help us.

The house was adorable. Very well furnished, comfortable and clean. It is also in a good location, close to areas we wanted to visit. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The house and fenced-in yard was perfect for us (three adults visiting family in Bishopville). Our small terrier loved barking at all the squirrels. The living room was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bedrooms were perfect. Nancy was very responsive and helpful. Excellent choice for visiting the area!

We stayed for THanksgiving week with family and had an amazing time. This is our 2nd stay here and will be booking again for sure. Everything in the house is so comfortable and "homey" we didn't want to leave. Backyard is great for our dog and location is perfect. I cant say enough great things about the house the how great the hosts are.

Everything was perfect. So comfortable and stocked full of amenities. Our dog was safe and had a great backyard to enjoy, as we all did. We have already booked our next week stay there. Can’t say enough great things. We loved the bagel place that was right within walking distance

We were there for the anniversary of the passing of my wife's father. Family from as far west as Texas arrived. The event was held at Ocean City just a few miles away. Nancy stayed in touched and even asked if we needed any additional items as this became the hub for cooking and food prep. Place is pet friendly, the grill worked great and the space amazing. Thank you Nancy for being an outstanding host!

My little family of three, plus two pups, loved the location of the home. It's 7 minutes from the beach and walking distance to ice cream, bagel shops, a deli, and a few restaurants. The community has a few lakes for fishing and a beautiful golf course. The house had everything we needed, plus a few added touches that made our stay comfortable. There was a little jar of dog treats that I used to train the pups for the doggie door! There were extra towels (just in case), beach chairs, and the perfect fenced in backyard for pups. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful location staying in Ocean Pines Nancy was a pleasure answering my questions quickly. House was big enough for a family of 4 and friends to visit . Our fur baby was comfortable too. Beds were comfortable House was fully stocked. We had a wonderful time in this nice quiet neighborhood. Would book again if we decide to visit OC in the future. Thank you Nancy for everything.

We wanted a house with few steps and a fenced yard for our dog. This was perfect. We had family staying in OC and it was very easy to go back and forth. The grandkids came over for smores in the evening. Very nice home. Many restaurants and deli minutes away.

The house was very beautifully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet. We did have a few issues with the fence because our 2-year old Bagel pup escaped from the yard two times and he didn't have a leash on him or a collar with his name and phone number because he was in the back yard with what we believed was a solid fence. So we thought! We ended up spending a huge amount of time searching by foot and car trying to locate Stumpy. Fortunately, a man almost hit him as he was crossing over a major thoroughfare. Then he stopped and managed to grab Stumpy and hold him until we arrived still looking for him. The fence needs to be looked at and managed. I'd hate for any guest to lose a pet. It would ruin their vacation.

Beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable home away from home. A great place to bring your dogs. Very accessible to restaurants, golf, and other amenities. Host was very attentive and accommodating. Extremely responsive and priced perfectly.

Well decorated and clean. Master suite was perfect for family member on walker and her husband. Comfortable home. We did no cooking there but at other family's home we were visiting in same location. Thank you Nancy for being such a nice person to deal with.

Nancy our host was wonderful to work with, she has a lovely home and we truly enjoyed our visit. The beds are comfy and the master bedroom is very spacious. Loved the sunroom and the fenced backyard was perfect for our girls (Border Collies). If we have one criticism it would be to get more lights working, with the change in time and only the spotlight working in the front yard it was very dark. Same with the backyard and numerous lights inside the home. But we highly recommend this vacation property, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Many thanks to Nancy for allowing us the opportunity to stay in her home. Ocean Pines is a beautiful area and convenient to so many things, Nancy even provided us with a pass to Assateague Island which we enjoyed so much we visited the horses on three different days, very nice perk!

The weather we had.was nice, except for the day we arrived. The other days it warmed up and we were able to. Enjoy the beach. We went to dinner at two restaurants near us on Ocean Pines , which were close to us and very good. We also drove to our favorite restaurants in Ocezn City that we have loved for years. We rode bikes, and in the evening enjoyed watching TV Netflix together. On the whole, we enjoyed the house. The house was very clean and well taken care of. We would only recommend that the owner leave napkins, paper towels, etc in the house for the new guests.

5 Nottingham is a lovely home located in a quiet neighborhood of Ocean Pines, surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is tastefully decorated. The front porch and fenced in back yard were perfect for our dog. A few updates, such as, lighting and bathroom safety bars, would enhance the property. Overall, a great stay!

House was great - convenient location within Ocean Pines allowed us to walk to restaurants, spend time at the local pools, and it was a pleasure to take advantage of the parking pass for the Beach Club! Our one-year old puppy had a great time exploring the fenced-in yard as well! Owners were very responsive and made it easy to enjoy a fantastic pet-friendly home. Would definately do it again!

We had a wonderful stay at our first time in the Pines! Nancy was very quick to respond to any need we had. Location is great! The Ocean Pines Beach club was an awesome perk, but be aware that the pool is an extra fee (worth the money though). The house was pretty much fully stocked with whatever we needed. I will say the master bathroom shower is made for petite guests, it is very hard to bend over and reach your legs haha, but that is a minor inconvenience. The house could use some freshening up or a good deep cleaning and some minor updates, but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. Overall, great pet-friendly house at the beach! Thanks Nancy!
