Wow!! What a place

A holiday is complete when your stay is comfortable. An excellent property equipped with courteous staff,cleanliness & safety. The owner was very very courteous he made sure that all arrangements were in place. Overall worth a place to stay. The location is very good to feel the nature specially.

Fabulous

Super Wi-Fi, great homely food, nice service from entire team, excellent surrounding and above all fabulous weather. Very friendly team led by Mukesh and Sonu ensured that our stay was smooth. We went there with a dog; they were kind enough to keep their dog in a cage whenever we wanted to use the lawn and take a stroll etc. On the whole, a memorable stay

Location is slightly away from Nainital or Bhimtal but that was known to us and was a conscious call to stay away from crowded areas

A Relaxing Getaway

There is a beautiful garden surrounding the villas. You can wake up in the morning to birds chirping all around you and drink your tea surrounded by nature.

Exceptional

The property is at an absolutely mesmerizing location surrounded by reserve forest. I enjoyed trekking to the riverside and fortunately spotted barking deers, amazing birds and beautiful native flowers.

Due to heavy rains I had remain indoors for 4 hours. There is not a thing to dislike. I loved my stay.

I will recommend the property, very peaceful and relaxing and I enjoyed my stay. It is value for money.

it is like a Home, spacious, peaceful and calm environment truly a property for relaxation. I we have enjoyed specially in evening , very airy cool and comfortable temperature is really enjoyed

location of the property is in down hill, so you may feel little hot after 10 am. But morning and evening is very comfortable. As service and Quality depends on the price, property rent is really low compare to faculty and ambiance. some suggestions are given to property owner Mr Harish who is a nice gentleman and he will take action during your visit. Travelling expenses to different location from this property is little expensive compare to the property in Nainital Town.

The food was home like and very delicious. Prices were reasonable and the quality was brilliant. Staff was warm and friendly. The location/environment is serene, ideal for a summer stay....

slight maintenance is required wrt wooden structure the mattresses have lives there lives, need to change quite a discomfort the approach road has to be improved

Location is great.. It's an open place, house is quite spacious..We were 4 adults and 2 kids and enjoyed a lot..Food prepared is fresh and very delicious. Climate is excellent...

The stay was comfortable and we plan to visit again, this time with family and pet.

I had an amazing experience at Karinya Villas. The picturesque view from the property was a delightful treat and takes your mind away from hustle and bustle of city life. The staff is most accommodating and go above and beyond to give you the best experience. The food was cooked fresh and to our taste. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a bonfire and barbecue in the garden under starlit sky. Most pleasant experience and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a weekend getaway or even a workation. Would definitely visit again.

Due to heavy rain there were slight interruptions in the wifi network. Rest everything was perfect!

Peaceful 2 days close to the nature.

This property has kitchen and we opted for cooking ourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped and the resident staff is good and helpful. The location is off beat. Good for those not dependent on transport. Good rooms, furniture.
