About this cabin rental

Pristine and private! We take a tremendous amount of pride in the quality of furnishings, bedding, linens, towels, and amenities at Apreś Ski Lodge. We continually update so that our guests always find a comfortable, well-appointed, and functional home with the extras that keep them coming back to Apreś Ski Lodge year after year.

The cabin has a New Jubilee Hot Tub, a 20 KW GENERATOR capable of supporting the entire home and hot tub in the event of a power outage, and a NEW A/C and HEAT PUMP, a ductless system that enhances your indoor air quality while preventing headaches, allergy symptoms, and other medical symptoms such as asthma. We splurged and installed a large, complete system so the entire cabin is cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

We are now offering Chef Services with Meryl Kelly! She has been in the restaurant industry for almost 20. In 2009, she earned her degree from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA, and has since honed her skills working in a variety of roles on the East and West coasts of America. She specializes in Farm-To-Table dining. See Attachment.

As you enter this beautifully decorated log cabin, you will feel at home with traditional log furniture, expansive leather sectional, and comfortable leather seating and beds.

Whether you are nestling into the soft leather chairs in front of the handsome cast iron fireplace/stove or preparing and eating a delicious meal, the combination living/dining area offers quiet or fellowship with family and friends. The area seats 12 comfortably for meals.

Unwind in the screened gazebo which houses the NEW 2020 Jubilee 6-person hot tub & outdoor dining for 8. The covered front porch has four comfortable Adirondack chairs for relaxing while barbequing your favorite meat and vegetables on the grill.
Snuggle in the secluded TV room where you may choose from DVDs, Blue Ray, Wii, and Xbox games, and cable TV. Enjoy the full kitchen, with all the necessities including baking/casserole dishes, pie ware, pots/pans, mixing bowls, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and waffle maker. Preparation and serving will be easy with the new granite top island. Then dine at one of the two tables, both of which seat eight. Additional dining that seats four is available on the lower level.
To end the evening, head to the NEW JUBILEE six-person hot tub with Bluetooth speakers just outside the basement sliding glass doors. Finally, snuggle into your beautiful log bed, all of which have memory foam and luxurious sheets, down blankets, and new comforters.

The cozy main floor master bedroom has a full bath just a few feet away, and the upstairs bedroom with two queen beds has a loft outside the door with a game table and games.
For those wanting additional privacy, the basement offers a TV/DVD, Wii and Xbox games, a bar table & chairs, and a queen pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress.
A large private bedroom has a bunk bed with stairs for easy climbing, an additional pull-out twin, and a queen bed. A 6' 5-panel privacy screen is also located in the basement bedroom. The basement sleeps five-seven comfortably. The enclosed laundry room is located in the basement with a top-of-the-line front-loading washer/dryer.

The house was perfect for our group of three families. The location was an excellent base for fun summer activities, like hiking, swimming and tubing. We loved cooking at night together and soaking in the gazebo hot tub. Beds were comfortable and everything very clean. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights and seriously ONLY regretted that we didn’t book for longer. We’ve travelled fairly often with kids and this was by far the best vacation home we have stayed at. I forgot a couple times it was a rental! You truly ge the full package. Every corner is thought through, family friendly, perfectly clean, smelled amazing upon arrival, & was even perfectly aesthetically coordinated and pleasant. I couldn’t have made a single remark. Blown away and hoping to come back some day!!! THANK YOU

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apreś Ski Lodge! The house itself is laid out great, providing ample space for people to eat and hang out all together while offering full additional spaces to get away if want to do something different. The cabin has lots of amenities (one of the best stocked kitchens we have had) and is very homey, while having some great modern touches (it is super rare to find A/C in rentals in this type of area, but it is so nice). And the hot tub and table in the screened-in gazebo out back was incredible. Definitely would recommend if looking in the area!

My friends and I had a blast. The property was gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for/expecting. I’ve been longing for an idyllic cabin vacation for ages now and this rental was perfect - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of city life to really soak in and enjoy the experience, but close enough to some small communities so as to not feel too remote. Thanks to the recommendations of our host and some friendly locals, we were even able to venture out and explore some of the amazing natural attractions of the area, too. What a great week!

Diane and Chris's cabin is almost too cute for words. It has a great big porch with big Adirondack chairs, and looks the picture of a cute mountain cabin. Not only does it look clean and cute like a better homes and gardens style layout, but it smells like that too. I'm not kidding, this is the nicest smelling VRBO ever. The beds were super comfy, and they have really great towels (Frontgate resort towels!). My daughter loved the kids books and stuffies, and we all loved the hot tub. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

My friends and I stayed here New Years weekend as a home base for a ski weekend at Sunday River. Accessing the house was easy, and the home had almost everything you could possibly need. The only issue we ran into was the front door security alarm. Sometimes when the door would open the alarm would sound and sometimes it wouldn’t. We weren’t ever able to figure out the solution but we also didn’t care enough to try and figure it out. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here if you don’t mind being not directly down the road from the mountain!

House was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. The kitchen was so well equipped and had everything we needed. Kids loved the basement area which was filled with games and a wii. Hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing at Sunday river. Location is perfect and within a short drive to both Sunday river and Mt. Abrams.

Adult family enjoyed the beautiful home from the Dalton”s. Everything you could want from the quiet surroundings, AMAZINGLY supplied kitchen, hot tub and fire pit. Chefs in our family bring a full supply of knives and cookware as often insufficient for our needs —NOT THIS TIME! OH MY Cuisinart pots, sharp knives and all you could want! Starting in 2019 my husbands family has done an annual family trip and this year we decided to head to Maine. I was thrilled to have Diane as a host as she was very communicative! Throughout the booking process our group coming changed and she answered all my questions as well as taking a lengthy phone call from my mother in law. The space was exactly as pictured. We loved the hot tub, fire pit and outdoor seating areas. We also enjoyed the puppets and all the games provided (we left a deck of cards for the next guests!) there was also a great selection of DVDs - my kids just got into Harry Potter and they were so excited for Harry Potter DVDs! Thanks again!

We had an amazing time at this cozy cabin in the woods about 20 minutes from Sunday River Ski Resort. The owners were super attentive and quick to respond with any questions we had. The house is well-appointed and very comfortable. It has plenty of room to spread out and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus after a long day on the slopes! I'd love to stay here again!
