Les étoiles, le grand lit, le calme
Équipement sommaire, pas de lavabo juste un évier, pas de quoi s'asseoir pour 4, OK pour famille mais pas 4 adultes, le prix un peu surévalué

Good beds and a nice shower. All we needed was there. Perfect location for visiting the Grand Canyon.
Could be a bit more cleaner

Location, view, and price
It was what we expected but very small once the six of us got there. Still we were only there to sleep, so the low cost was worth it. The kitchenette had some stuff but not enough for six - which is what it slept - and no silverware.

A lot of beds for a small amount of money
The bathroom is pretty small and the sink is outside the room

Perfect place to rest the head while visiting the Grand Canyon, would definitely book again!

#71B had 3 queen-size beds divided with one with bathroom/shower/sink and the other two beds with TV and Refrigerator.
The divided rooms were nearly sound proof, which was perfect with the kids. Each room had its own temperature control.
K-cup Coffee was provided which was a welcoming touch.
The 1.5 mile dirt road from Highway 64 needed to be graded badly. For those that don't know, that means top speed of 25-30mph and dodging pot holes and ruts. Believe me, this is not a show stopper.... because where you end up is quiet, serene and away from peps.

simple, clean, quiet
the dirt road to the site was difficult on motorcycles. the location is a long way from any restaurants.

A little bit tough to find, but we arrived in the middle of the night.

The location was very peaceful and quiet. The host always kept in touch with me via email. One night we lost power and the host was very prompt answering my email when I had written to him. He immediately got in touch with his team at the property and got the situation taken care of. I was very impressed with how helpful he was and how he made sure that his guests were comfortable and taken care of. I really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to all who are looking for a peaceful stay during their vacation
I don't think there was anything I did not like

The location is amazing if you are visiting Grand Canyon Park and the staff is very communicative. I was surprised with how comfortable the bed was.
The shower was hard to adjust, so just the 1st guest had a hot shower. In the following morning we found a way to make it hot again. Other than this everything was perfect. The heater was working perfectly. I would return for sure.

We arrived at 8pm in the evening and never received our check in information. Despite calling the contact number over 10 times we never got a response on how to check in to the unit. We sent messages on the booking chat platform and did not receive a response until 45 minutes later. We had to call booking.com help and they tried to contact the owners as well with no response. They said we would have to wait 30 minutes to see if the owner would respond before considering relocation to another hotel. 42 minutes after arriving at the site with no help, we got a chat message that did not believe that we never received the check in information stating that they had already sent it to us. I had checked all my junk and spam email and never received it. Even the booking.com help representative did not see any correspondence with the check in info from them. Finally 75 minutes later we got our check in information sent to us. There were no apologies from the owner and no acknowledgement that we were incredibly inconvenienced. Not to mention we were literally in the middle of no where in 40 degree weather. There was an incredible lack of communication- if something happens don’t expect to be able to get in touch with the owner in a timely manner. While it is a good deal, if something happens during your stay you are SOL.

We were late booking and this place was perfect. Not too far from the Grand Canyon. Thank you.

I liked that it had a separate bed with a door I could close, did not want to hear the TV. The room and beds were clean. The prices by the Grand Canyon were so high, that it worth the drive to save some money.
Coming in the dark, you go down a bumpy dirt road and in the dark, your imagination can start working. But, we found it and the beds were clean and I was happy about that.

Comfy beds, Perfect for an over night stay.
Lighting at picnic table could have been better. It was the only place to eat dinner.

Nothing
Down a dirt road. No food vendors close. Hot water iffy. Ordered 3 rooms got 2. Shower is setup for a 7’ 6” individual. Needs to be listed as it is

We enjoyed our stay! There was enough room for six people. We were able to bring my daughter’s pack and play. The best thing is how clean the room was. We were provided clean towels and toiletries. The only issue we had is that the shower stopped running water and it kept going from blazing hot to super cold. Nonetheless, we loved it here. My husband and I are veterans and we do our best to support veteran owned businesses.
The shower stopped running water.
