Bathroom with tiled shower. Currently furnished with one queen bed. Mexican terrazzo tile inside and out. Gated off-street parking. Half mile walk up Harmony Drive to Safari Taxi and VI Tran bus access. Quiet neighborhood. Constant breezes. Private entrance. Grill steaks on large (670 sqft) private tiled deck (half-covered, half-sunny). Studio has nine & ten foot ceiling with fan. Fall asleep to the constant symphony of ocean waves and wake up to the view through sliding glass doors out across the Atlantic to the horizon - framed by Great and Little Hans Lolik, Great and Little Tobago, not to mention Thatch Cay, Yost Van Dyke, Tortola and St. John to the east. Villa is roughly 200' above sea level. Washer/dryer for guest use, dedicated 100/10 mbps Internet from cable modem, in-unit Wi-Fi, cable TV. Villa de la Vista rests on a 3 dimensional, 1.5-acre pie-shaped lot. The sea has taken a few bites off the tip of the pie. Channel between St. Thomas and Thatch Kay is used by migrating hump-back whales. Climb/swim/snorkel/kayak/scuba-dive/cliff-dive/fish/boat at your own risk. Signed waivers required for ocean access from villa and use of villa kayaks. Non-smokers only. Comfortably sleeps two in a queen bed. 5 minute drive to Tutu Park Mall. 6 minute drive to Magens Bay. 7 minute drive to ferries at Red Hook. 4 minutes to Mahogany Run golf course. 5 minutes to Jimmy Buffet's new Margaritaville Resort adjacent to Coral World.

My wife and I stayed for a week. The property was clean and had the modern amenities you’d expect. It’s located on a cliff over the Atlantic Ocean surrounded by trees and tropical foliage. Since the island is quite small, you can get to just about anywhere with a car. Our Trailblazer didn’t have a tight enough turning radius to turn around at the bottom of the drive. We found it much easier to park at the top of the drive and back out. The directions given to us to find the property were difficult to follow. The following might help you if you are lost. Once you enter Estate Harmony, just go down the hill, about a mile, until you see a white picket fence and a rock wall on the left. The drive is between the two. When you take a left, the drive is to the right, before the locked right iron fence with white pillars. The drive goes down and the property is on the right. Like I said, we found it easier to park at the top of the drive and walk down the drive to the steps to enter the property.

Hubby and I stayed at this Amazing Cottage for 16 days for our 40th Anniversary, it was phenomenal! Paul outdid himself with this secluded location.. When I tell you this Private place has EVERYTHING, it DOES! Believe you me, THIS IS THE SPOT!! The only set back is that there’s no Smart television therefore you’re subjected to just basic television. A DVD or A Smart TV with perhaps a firestick would be super nice for entertainment. Apart from that, Paul is the BEST HOST PERIOD!! We plan to return before this year is out and hopefully, this Majestic place will be available for booking our stay!! Thank you Paul for accommodating us for 3 more days when our flight got cancelled due to the weather! Hubby and I hope to see you soon! Best Regards, Mike and Karen D

Place was as advertised. Communication was exceptional. Location is secluded, which was perfect for us. Only sounds at night werethe waves below and the frogs. It is a good idea to arrive during daylight hous as first time navigation could be challenging; however, the location was our favorite amenity. Thank you , Paul for your hospitality. We hope to return again!!

We just spent 4 weeks in this lovely studio apartment. It had everything we needed to work remotely while enjoying St. Thomas. Paul and Tetyana were perfect hosts. They even upgraded their internet connection, allowing us to be on video calls all day while watching the waves crash below us. The north side of the island is best if you are not looking for just cruise ship shops. Red Hook is far better than Charolette Amalie. Coki Beach - 9 mins from the house - was magnificent with grilled shrimp and corn to eat at the beach bar (Catch of the Day). Well appointed studio, including laundry, kitchen plus everything you need for a day the beach. Can’t thank our hosts enough. Hope to see them again soon.

My wife an I recently stayed for two weeks at Villa de la Vista and had a wonderful time. The outdoor space was awesome and has a beautiful view of the ocean and some islands. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a problem with the jeep we rented, but Paul was right there and helped us quickly get another car. I'd definitely stay there again .

Great location to taxi ride to georgous megans bay with all the quiet relaxation. We basically spent most of our time enjoying the patio for morning coffee ,naps and grilling out. Wonderful hosts. Taxi is definitely the easiest and cheepest way to get around.we got the same driver and he came on all the days and brought us to locations we requested.

Very private quaint location. Rental car is a must with this property. If this is your first trip to St Thomas you must get to the property before dark. The salt pools are amazing make sure no matter your fitness level that you let Paul show you the path the first time. Paul was an amazing host.

We stayed Christmas 2021. The accommodations were just like what was pictured. The decor is a little dated, but we knew that going in, very clean, very good bed. We loved the big deck and the incredible views. The only negative was it was VERY hard to find. Make sure you arrive before dark if you can. Marking or a name at the entrance would be helpful. Paul the owner and wife were great and so helpful. I would def. Stay here again!

Great well appointed location with a beautiful ocean view and private drive. The view is a bit blocked by an overgrown tree that could use some clean up, but it is otherwise pretty ideal. The owner is extraordinarily helpful, and immediately fixed any minor issues we had. Having a grill and full kitchen were life savers as eating out in St Thomas is a waste in most cases. Your truly better off just running to the local market and cooking for yourself. A cooler and Beach chairs are provided for you, as well as snorkel gear if you forgot to bring your own.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and had never been to St. Thomas before. I definitely recommend renting a vehicle BEFORE getting to the island because it’s hard to rent once there. Paul and Tatiana were so helpful and sent us names of taxi drivers and even gave us a ride to the grocery to get food until we figured out a vehicle. Everytime I had a question, Paul answered within an hour of sending a message and was extremely helpful. The property is in a good location and and about a 20 minute drive to many destination spots. The private deck overlooking the ocean and other islands was absolutely beautiful. We will stay here again. Hands down, best VRBO reservation I’ve ever had.

The place was everything we expected and more. The studio was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The views from the deck were amazing as well. There was 1 night where the power went out but that was due to an island wide power outage and was not due to the property. Paul was an excellent host and responded to our questions very quickly. If you are looking to enjoy a quiet haven on the island, you MUST book this place! The house is at the end of a pretty private and *extremely downhill* road, so you'll want a good car--we rented a Jeep and it was great. The view of the sea from the patio/deck is unbelievable, and you feel like it's just for you! The studio is a perfect space for 2 people, and the shower is fabulous. Paul is an extremely relaxed host who is available if you need him, but he gives you as much privacy as you'd like! We could not have had a better experience here. <3

This unit was so peaceful! the views were our own... we never heard the people in the other unit although we did know they were there. Perfect for a couple who just wants to get away. The island has so much to do and places to explore. Paul and his family were perfect hosts. They are onsight in case something was to come up, but nothing did for us. Still nice to know that someone is right there if needed. The room was comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. Internet meant I could check in with my office every day, which may not always be a plus LOL All In all, I highly recommend and would easily book it again.

I actually stayed here around 20 years ago with my family when I was 11! Different owners but they are amazing. Paul, his wife and kids are so sweet and accommodating. We didn’t have a rental car since they were sold out everywhere and he was kind enough to lend us his car for a night to do grocery shopping and helped us get a rental. Beautiful place, huge balcony, huge grilling area and just the perfect stay definitely coming back! Not much changed from being here 20 years ago, it only got better :)
