About this house rental

Our cottage is located in North Eastham, 1 mile from Campground Beach (bay side), close to 5 other bayside beaches, 2.3 miles from Nauset Light Beach (ocean side), 3 miles from Coast Guard Beach (ocean side), and 0.25 miles from the Cape Cod Rail Trail—all just a short walk away from our home. The house is also near the quaint towns of Orleans, Chatham, and Wellfleet. The house is conveniently within walking distance of local ice cream shops and restaurants. There is also a drive-in movie theatre, a flea market, shopping, restaurants, boating, and golf just minutes away.
The house itself features a recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops and new appliances; we also offer a new propane fire pit to keep you warm on cool nights! You are welcome to use our linens or bring your own if you prefer. Linens will be left in each room with extra linens in the main bathroom closet.

There is a designated work space in the twin bedroom, equipped with computer desk and chair.

Amenities include: high-speed Xfinity internet; full cable package; an outdoor fire pit; an outdoor propane fire pit/table; as well as a jacuzzi in the master bath! There is a large outdoor shower to enjoy which the site lists as the third bathroom

This property was a great choice for our family. We loved the large island in the kitchen and the seating that it afforded us. The outdoor furniture and fire pit was comfortable and we used it a lot! The house was charming with all of the beach decorations throughout all of the rooms. The bathrooms were a nice size as were the three bedrooms. The house was well stocked with towels (beach and bathroom), paper towels, toilet paper, and kitchen utensils. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend staying at this house.

My family and I had a wonderful week at this Eastham rental. The host provided everything we could need from quality linens and towels to adequate utensils, cookware, and very comfortable furniture. The AC was great, as were the bicycles, etc.

This place is so cute and welcoming we loved our stay and would rent again if we return. The decor is all so fun and the flowers outside were such a lovely thing to wake up to each morning. Kevin was the easiest host and quick to respond to our questions. 10 stars

Newlyweds from Texas, it was very clean and very accurate from the listing. A quiet, quaint, peaceful place to relax and enjoy each other. We loved the location and the things to do that were close by. We spent one night at a lighthouse at sunset. Lovely trip and place to stay. 5 stars.

We stayed at this house for a weekend and absolutely loved it! Besides being super cozy, extremely clean, and very spacious, the location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, gas stations and also the things we wanted to see and do. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and there was plenty of extra bedding/blankets for cool nights. There was also a variety of board games to choose from - perfect for winding down after dinner or rainy days. Communication with Kevin was great. Check in was easy. We will definitely be back!

It was a nice stay overall. Everything was quite clean, though there was a strange smell in the living room that never left. There were plenty of towels and blankets. It's close to quite a lot of food and beaches. There's multiple gas stations within a minute away. The tub was wonderfully large. It was nice to roast marshmallows outside. The beds are definitely fulls and not queens though. I'd keep that in mind. It was difficult to adjust coming from our king bed at home.

The house was spotless, and extremely comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed ourselves immensely, and had an opportunity to use fire table, which we all enjoyed. The house is beautiful, clean as a whistle, comfy beds, and bright sky lights in the kitchen. The beach-themed decor has been lovingly chosen and adds ambiance. Every convenience is thought of from kitchen implements, to outdoor motion lighting, to shampoo dispenser in the shower, and laundry, towels, everything! We really enjoyed our weekend stay!

Banitaville was in a great location to easily get to many towns on the cape. We walked to several beaches and walking trails. Easy access to route 6 to get anywhere else. The house had everything we needed or wanted. Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property for one week during cape cod vacation. The house is very comfortable and cozy. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything! We had a wonderful stay. The check in process and communication with the hosts was fast and seamless. They even have extra bikes and we could use those instead of renting. Overall a wonderful property.

The spot is fun and comfy for 6 adults. Location exactly as described. The fire table and deck table were in constant use! Had few questions and owner was super responsive. Would rent again without a doubt! Be sure to enjoy Marconi beach and return with bottle of wine for sunset. Also pet friendly.

This is a sweet, nicely laid-out house in a great location with everything you could hope for provided, even beach towels. Kevin, our host, was very helpful and alerted us to the fact that the Pan-Mass Challenge bike route goes right past the driveway, so we had fun cheering on the racers the morning after we arrived. Overall, a lovely stay, and as close to perfect as we've found on the Cape. Thank you, Kevin!

Location was perfect. House had everything we needed. Communication with owner excellent. Went to Nantucket one day, Provincetown one day. Whale watching was awesome. Excellent food. Mad Minnow and the pearl, Mac’s in Chatham Saw the seals at the beach. Wonderful place to vacation.

My husband and 3 kids (15, 15, & 13) stayed at this house for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time here! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the house was as beautiful as advertised. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit cold and rainy when we were there, but it was great to come back here and spend a cozy evening. We'd love to visit again sometime when the weather is nicer!

This house was a prefect setting for myself, my elderly mother and my small dog. The house was lovely and had everything we needed — all on one floor. The beds were VERY comfortable —I slept better than I have in ages. Bathrooms were very nice. And we were able to travel easily to both sides of Eastham beaches as well as up to Provincetown and down to Brewster/Chatham area. It’s a short drive to the Wellfleet Bird Sanctuary which was incredibly beautiful. I would definitely come back again to this house. It was a home away from home.

The property was clean and beds comfy. It was stocked with everything we needed. Loved hearing the many birds in the morning. I’d recommend anyone to download the Merlin Bird I.D app. We love this area with so many things to do! Fly fishing, mini-golf, good restaurants (although many not yet open in early May). Nearby Chatham has lots of shops and restaurants too. Would return next Spring.

This was a very cozy home with a very coastal theme throughout. We stayed with our dog and access to the yard was good. We loved the outdoor seating area and gas fire pit. Even though we stayed off season, we enjoyed being close to the beaches. A great get away!

First time VRBO user and we are so glad this house was our first choice! Everything from the initial booking to the end of our stay was wonderful. The house was as described in the listing was even better than we were expecting. The cleanliness upon arrival was wonderful and all of the available amenities made our stay very pleasant. Not having to lug towels and sheets and kitchen items was great. There were more towels and blankets than we could ever have used! Offering a full propane tank of gas for a fire table was pleasantly unexpected. Our original rental included our dog but unfortunately she passed away prior to our arrival. Upon contacting Kevin and letting him know we would not be bringing our pet, he contacted us to express his sympathy and immediately refunded our pet fee. Kevin was in contact with us throughout our stay offering information and making sure we had everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation, which we certainly did!! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to be able to access the entire Cape in either direction in apx. an hour. We will definitely be booking again!!

We loved the set up of the house - it was perfect for our family. It's located conveniently near the beaches and places we like to visit. We went during the off season so many places weren't open. But, doing a short visit, we expected that and planned on scoping out the area for a later visit. Would definitely like to return! Hosts were responsive and informative.

All 3 generations of travelers in our group loved this location. It was spotless, well laid out, and had a fun décor. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was a great space even when a few people were in there at once. We didn't really use the outdoor space (it was March!), but the living room had seating for us all to watch March Madness . . . and having one bedroom set back from the living room made it easier for some folks to stay up late (or get up early) without disturbing the others. Super close to Coast Guard Beach and the Visitors' Center at the National Seashore. The owners went out of their way to be helpful. One of the best experiences we have had through VRBO. Thank you!
