Luxurious and comfortable, this beachfront condo is your home away from home. With none of the stress and all of the relaxation, feel laidback with all the provided amenities bundled with a 25-yard walk to the beach at South Padre Island. Not only has this non-smoking 1-bed, 1-bath condo been recently remodeled in 2022, you can fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sound of ocean waves and view an amazing sunrise right from the bedroom, along with many other breathtaking sights. This gorgeous first-floor beachfront condo has been completely remodeled with beautiful wood plank tile floors, a fully updated kitchen, a modern walk-in shower, comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances, and all items needed for a home. A Queen Murphy Bed in the Living Room. The large furnished balcony is a great place to entertain and enjoy the ocean in a more private setting with a glass of wine or coffee. The condominium complex has 2 huge pools that are heated during the winter. This 712 square foot home, is able to accommodate a small family of 4 comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The bathroom is fully updated with beautiful granite countertops and a walk-in shower, high quality bath towels, and has a serene feel to it. The condo is equipped with a blender, coffee pot, microwave, iron and ironing-board, Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVs, DVD player, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. (Washer and Dryer are provided for monthly renters only)
Water sports, beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach.
All you need to bring with you is swimwear, food, beach towels, and beach gear to have a wonderful time in the aqua blue waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!
Walk to Clayton’s down the beach for food and drinks, great live-music, beach volleyball, and water rentals. Water activities include dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rentals, and skydiving. For the fisherman in the family, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, surf and fly fishing. Off-site bird and turtle watching and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature Trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel or take a 30 minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country—The Gladys Porter Zoo. Across the border is Matamoros, Mexico. For golfers, there is golf on the Gulf of Mexico at the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista.

We loved our stay at this condo. It is beautifully furnished with modern, updated decor and literally everything you'd need in the kitchen. Although we didn't use most of the appliances, we were glad to see them there for our next stay. Coffee maker, blender, lots of glass containers, plastic containers, utensils and glassware. I believe there was even a crockpot and small chopper We couldn't have asked for more. The walk to the beach was short, and we loved that. The space was very clean and comfortable with nice linens and plenty of towels for the 2 of us. Check in and check out was easy and the host responded to any questions we had.

While the view from the patio isn’t a few beach view you can still see the ocean and the distance to the beach is about as close as you can get in South Padre Island. The room was clean and nice. Had everything we needed. We had a great time and will stay here again next time if it’s available.

We have been staying at The Tiki since 2005. We love the location, especially if you can get an ocean front unit. The Villarreal family have lovely units available and very nicely decorated.

We loved everything about our stay here! The condo was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. It was convenient to access the beach, and so comfortable. The bed, pillows, towels…everything was amazing! Great shower and lovely kitchen!! We enjoyed d every minute of our stay here!

The property exceeded our expectations! The location was steps away from the beach. We enjoyed the pool at the complex. We explored the island and toured a Bird Sanctuary and SeaTurtle Inc. Our hosts communicated very well and answered any questions we had. We would definitely book here again!

Great condo with ocean view. Very clean, great beach access, excellent security. Was 1st weekend of Spring Break ( not booked for that) but condo and area were very quiet. Will definitely look forward to booking again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. This 1st floor condo unit is steps from the beach and very clean and comfortable. We were concerned that being so close to Claytons was going to be noisy (especially over spring break) but being on the far west side of the condo complex was enough distance for it to be a non-issue. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the future.

Everything was great with the property . Communication was excellent . The condo was very clean . If your renting make sure you bring shampoo , your condiments that you will use , paper towels , toilet paper if staying for along time . (3 rolls were supplied ) , beach towels , laundry soup , and your beach stuff . (Umbrella etc…) You can rent 2 chairs and a umbrella for $35 a day off a guy on the beach . It adds up over a week .

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. This was the perfect location, just off the beach. The owners were very transparent and easy to communicate with. Before we checked in, we were notified of a very minor issue with the condo and given the opportunity to use another unit at the same location. We very much appreciated the owner being upfront and honest with us. Instructions and expectations were very clear and easy to follow. Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary trip a memorable one. We will definitely be back in the future.

It was a great place. The only setback for us was the stairs. We rented a first floor property so we wouldn’t have to worry about stairs. Unfortunately there was a small set of stairs to get to the property.

Upon seeing all the labels in the apartment I knew it would be impossible to avoid some extra charge. While trying to avoid the sand in the apartment charge we received a dirty towel charge because we placed some towels by the doors to catch the run off and help keep the apartment floors clean. We were also surprised the beds only had a sheet and fleece blanket and one spare blanket in the closet I would suggest bringing other blankets. Toilet paper was provided but no paper towels so also bring a roll. The kitchen is the best part of the place all appliances and dishes are provided and it was great. I will suggest to bring a sound machine for night time to not hear the other neighbors. All and all it was a great stay

Literally 50 feet from beach access and chair/ umbrella rental. Short drive to any restaurant- the condo itself was also very nice. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely beautifully done property. Great location for watching the sunrise with your coffee! Everything was immaculate and comfortable. I appreciated the labels in the cabinetry to make sure everything was returned to its proper place. Excellent, timely, and very friendly communication with host. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

Love the quick beach access and new remodelling of the condo. Easy to walk right in and feel at home- we lacked nothing and enjoyed the details like instant hot water in the shower, dehumidifer in the condo, comfy furniture, king size bed, etc... Like that it was a private community that was well managed. We will definitely return!

We just rented this condo for the last couple of days and we could t had picked a better location and place. This condo is very clean and updated and just a few steps from the beach. I had a couple of questions during our stay, and Toni was always available. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back here. Very nicely furnished, the kitchen was well stocked with dishware, cooking ware, and gadgets, and perfect for the two us and our King Charles Cavalier. We would definitely stay there again. Toni and Mario, our hosts, made it so easy for us.

This property was probably one of the best places we have been to on a beach. It was steps from the beach and we could seriously go back and forth if we needed anything, it was so close and convenient. Inside the condo we couldn't hear any outside noise. It was great. We absolutely enjoyed our time at the Condo. Thanks again Mario and Toni and Thank you for making everything so easy during check in and out and during our stay. It was flawless. Like being at home.

We have stayed at a few different condos in this complex. This condo was the absolute best, and is exactly as described. It is beautiful! All the decor, furnishings, and the well stocked kitchen with everything you'd ever think of, neatly in its place. We were very impressed on how clean everything was. We loved our time in this condo. One of our favorite things about this complex is the beach is just steps away. We also like the short beach walk to Bar Louie part of the Marriott Hotel, next door. Thank you for a great stay! We're already looking forward to the next time.

The Condo was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was very comfortable; all of the appliances and furniture were in excellent shape. The beach/ocean was footsteps from "The Tiki" property. The walks on the beach were beautiful and memorable. People were friendly and willing to share their favorite spots to dine or recommend an excursion. The two pools were very clean and warm. The property grounds were well taken care. Great location. Will be visiting again.

If have been vacationing at South Padre island (SPI) for the past ten years. We have stayed at several different properties and several condos at the Tiki property. This was probably the best appointed place we have stayed. Every inch of the place was beautiful and has made us consider several changes we want to make our own house! Working with the owners throughout our stay was also a joy.

We had a wonderful stay during our first visit to South Padre! The condo was a perfect fit for our family of 4 and we never had any problems with noise or parking. We brought a cooler, chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids and the quick access to the beach was so convenient that it made easy to get all the gear down to the beach. We definitely plan to come back!

Beautiful property with great family oriented interior design theme feel. Cannot beat the locations access to the beach right outside of your front door.. Kids loved being able to walk out and be right there at the beachfront for crab hunting. Very clean and the owners were quick with communication and created a warm atmosphere.
