About this house rental
This property is located right before the Grand Isle bridge. Easy access by boat to Marinas, Bays and Gulf. This is a great location for families and fishermen alike with easy access to fishing in the nearby marshes, rock jetties and fishing bridge. From the porch you will see a great view of the bay and beautiful sunrises in the early morning hours from a bar height table with chairs. The downstairs area is a great hangout area for cooking and spending time with family and friends. There are two picnic tables, two gliders and two rockers for your family to enjoy in the downstairs ares. A gas BBQ pit along with boiling equipment, ice machine, open shower area and a half bath. 50' of waterfront dock for parking boats this dock also has fishing lights. Its a must see. Enjoy spending time in the water with the 2 Kayaks*, 2 Paddle Boards* and 1 Paddle Boat* that have been added for your pleasure. In addition to the 2.5 baths inside, this location also has an open outdoor shower and an outdoor commode. Lots of parking for boats and trailers including some addtional parking area across Hwy. 1 down Hebert Lane has a sign with T-Paul's overflow parking.

--Water Depth* is very dependent on the wind and time of the year. Estimated 3' - 4' at high tide and 2' - 3' at low tide.

--Crabs can be caught in the canal across the street (no traps in main canal due to boat traffic) Fish are best caught near the rocks along the bay.
--SMALL bay boats can be launched two doors down in a private launch. Bridge side marina has a double back down launch which is nearby for larger boats.
--Owner has 26' boat that he uses, due to tides ease of entry and exit may differ.

Very pleased with everything. It was exactly as it was listed. Easy boat access. House was very nice and clean. Everything was short boat ride away and plenty of water to fish. This will probably be my annual trip.

Perfect Getaway!!
My family and I enjoyed staying at this location. It was very relaxing and a perfect getaway. We caught lots of fish and enjoyed taking in all the beautiful sights. We will definitely be returning ASAP!

Perfect Get Away
When we arrived the A/C wasn't working, but the property manager worked hard to get if fixed for the next day and provided us a house down the road until it was fixed. The set up of the house is perfect with the Jack & Jill bathrooms. The sunrise/sunset views from the porch are gorgeous!

Amazing Time
Family and friends had a great time. Love the camp, and the kayaks. Utilized the boiling pot and enjoyed crabs.
