This modern, new, semi industrial townhouse has been tastefully styled with new furniture & comfy beds and has a relaxed feeling about it. The Master bedroom is upstairs and there is also a bedroom with 2 single beds. Downstairs is another bedroom with Queen size bed. There are 3 bathrooms which means no one has to rush. A modern well equipped kitchen will have the decerning chef cooking up a storm or try out the BBQ for a good steak.
When you sit on the balcony, which has a outdoor setting for 6, you will smell & hear the surf crashing. Nice to sit and have your coffee or maybe a wine.The back patio is a little sun trap and a great place to hide and read a book. There are books, DVDs, games and a Docking station for you to play music. A great place for families to stay or couples and friends,
The coffee shops are that close you will be ordering the coffee instead of making it. Or try the local Micro Brewery which also has local music. The beach is a close one minute stroll. Pack your surfboard, the surf is great for long & short boards. It is also a "Dog friendly beach with great off leash times.
You won't need to cook if you don't want to, there is a selection of restaurants, cafes & takeaways at your fingertips. A perfect beach retreat.
The local bus stop is 20 meters away that if you don't want to drive you really don't have too.
Also close and within 5 minutes walking are a local Thai Restaurant, a Bakery for the early morning fresh bread, a hairdresser, Convenience store, the Post Office and a local doctor. You are also find to great playgrounds with extra BBQs. The area is really well catered for. Getting to the local Surf Clubs for a meal is close too and don't forget the free buses home.

Lovely stylish and comfortable townhouse, walking distance to pooch-friendly cafes and beach. I could definitely see myself living in a place like this and we'll definitely return! Thanks to Nicola who made the process so seamless.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! It was spacious, luxurious and comfortable with lovely touches to make it a home away from home. Excellent location next to the beach and close to cafes. Or little pups loved their stay too and we would all love to return

Relaxing and convenient accommodation that met the needs for our elderly parent and our small dog and teen kids. Close to eateries and paths along the beach. Whole family loved the location. Accommodation was very good (wld only suggest flyscreens be installed on all the windows so can enjoy the fresh sea air without mozzies; and please cut back the overgrown plants at the entrance, side gate and rear patio areas to reduce mosquito population so it opens up the light to those areas and they can be enjoyed too). Overall an excellent well stocked and located accommodation. Looking forward to returning!

Once again a fabulous stay in Moffitt Beach. Great location for just chilling out with the fam & a great location for the fur baby..

The location was excellent and a nice walk to the water, with places to eat. We were able to park are vehicle in the garage which was a plus. Defiantly, would stay again if in the area.

This is a wonderful home to stay in for your well earned holiday. Everything you could need is provided and it’s beautifully clean and comfortable. Plus, pet friendly and so handy to cafes and the beach. This is our second visit and we will definitely be going back.

What a great place to stay at Moffat Beach so close to beach ,cafes, restaurants all walking distance from unit,also quiet neighbourhood, Nicola the unit manager was there to greet us when we got there and show us around the unit,the unit is very clean and beds were very comfy, will stay here again for sure next time we visit Moffat Beach

Our extended family plus our 10 yr old pup really enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the beach and great cafes was a bonus. Clean, modern and very well stocked with all the items you'd need for a holiday made this an easy place to stay. The winter sun on the verandah made it a warm spot to read and relax.
