Come stay in our beautifully Park Avenue Condo located on the gorgeous Park City Golf Course. The bathrooms were upgraded including new tile & glass shower doors. Enjoy the large flat screen and comfortable furniture in the living room.
There are 2 bedrooms** one with a KING bed and the other has a QUEEN bed. The 3rd bedroom is lofted with two twin beds. The loft is not recommended for very small children as the railing does not extend to the ceiling and may pose a hazard for unaccompanied toddlers.
Directly out the back door is the Park City Golf Course. Beautiful spot to sit and relax in summer and a great play place in the snow for the little ones in winter.
You also have your own private hot tub directly out your door.

Perfect location, clean, great for larger family and/or groups! Very responsive host.

We were very happy with this unit and the owner/manager. We were three generations of the same family, Grampa, Dad and three teens and tweens. Unit was super conveniently located across the street from a great supermarket and a couple of blocks from a great restaurant. Town bus stop was nearby and a short ride to the slopes. Perfect for skiing vacation without a car. Owner was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended. Sorry to leave Park City.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was an easy 10 minute walk to the lifts, even for our kids. It was also very conveniently near the grocery store, Starbucks, plus several restaurant options w/in walking distance. Our kids loved the hot tub and playing out in the snow in the backyard.

My wife, 2 daughters(7 &9) and sister took our first ski trip and it was a success! This rental was a huge reason we had so much fun. From walking to Starbucks every morning, to the convent free bus access to the slopes, restaurants, etc. My girls probably enjoyed playing in the snow in the backyard the most. We will be back!

The condo is spacious, modern and central to everything (the shuttles are very efficient, there are 3 lines for the closest slopes!). The backyard is very nice for the kids to play in the snow, the view astonishing. As soon as it snows, plows came to make sure we could drive back and forth the condo. Holly is really nice, efficient and helpful. We had a great time and hope to come back!

The location of the condo is very close to slopes. Easy drop off and pick up for teenagers. Loved the backyard view. Saw elk and Cross country skiers. Loved the kitchen, washer, dryer, hair dryer and carport. Unit very well equipped for anything you may need. Holly is very quick to communicate and also very helpful. Wonderful stay! Grocery Store and Walgreens right across the street.

What a location!
Wow, a ten minute walk to the closest lift? Private hot tub? TWO parking spots (with room for a third if you squeeze in)?
Yes, this place has it all. Even an electronic fireplace that keeps everything so cozy. Loved this spot and so did my family. Everyone enjoyed it for the price and location. Being across the street from the supermarket was also very very nice.

Decent rental for the money
One of our better rentals in PC. Only complaint was the toaster was "toast." Good location. Hot tub was nice treat.

Private Hot Tub!
This condo was very clean and convenient to Park City Mountain. It was great having parking available for 2 cars. The private hot tub with the unit was wonderful after skiing. Communication was great. Checking in and out was easy.

Great location & even better manager of the property
Great location! Didn’t realize there was only a tv in the living room and not in the bedrooms. Overall, it was a great location. The manager, Holly, was super helpful in delivering some needed supplies as well as shipping a men’s shaver left at departure. She made the stay even better! Thank you Holly for all that you did!!

Beautiful condo and location
Stayed here with my family for our Christmas ski trip. We all loved the property, location, and views. It was comfortable, clean, and the kids loved being able to play in the snow out back. Was also super easy and convenient to get to the ski lift and restaurants.

Labor Day Weekend
Went for a mountain biking weekend, Condo is perfect location easy to get everywhere. House has everything you need for a nice vacation. Will definitely be looking for open weekends for skiing and biking next year.

Park City Spring Ski!
The condo was perfect for our spring skiing trip. It accommodated 6 adults nicely and was a great location - far better than I had expected looking at local maps. Private hot tub was convenient and the free bus was just steps away. Washer and dryer made it easy to keep ski gear clean and saved us from unnecessarily overpacking. Holly was great and very accommodating. Look forward to staying here again!

Great location and property
The location was great (easy to take the bus to the slopes) and the accommodations were also overall good. We appreciated the humidifiers we found in the rooms, which helped significantly with the typical dryness of mountain stays.

Park Avenue Condo
Nicely updated Park Avenue condo! The bathrooms and kitchen have been tastefully updated. Having the super quiet Bosch dishwasher speaks to the quality of the unit! There was ample supplies and condiments that was available - and we payed it forward by leaving some. Holly was excellent with prompt responses to questions. Easy 2 minute walk to the bus stop - and Fresh Market is just across Park avenue.

This condo was great! We had three couples and had plenty of room. There is a private hot tub and the grocery store is directly across the street. This was a very comfortable stay and made getting to the resort seamless.

This is our preferred property when we stay in Park City (Winter) due to the accommodations (spacious for party of 7-8), great condition (clean!), nicely appointed, convenient location, parking and overall access. A Gem!
Fantastic location! Easy walk to bus routes to mountains and Main St., supermarket, etc. Condo is well stocked and clean. Loved the hot tub right outside the door! Check in and out couldn't have been easier. Worked perfectly for 2 couples with 2 tweens. Thank you!!!

Thanksgiving ski-cation
Park Avenue condos - nice location on the golf course - PC Resort less than 1/2 mile away. Fresh Market right across the street. Condo's are a little dated, but kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. Kind of drafty - especially the master bdrm that is unusually separated from the rest of the condo by a long hallway - sits over the unconnected carport. Otherwise, kitchen well stocked, all appliances worked, wi-fi had good signal except in the master bdrm. Hot tub was clean and hot. Very good value for the price. Owners allowed a very early check in - greatly appreciated.

The location is great for skiing.
This property covers all the basics. Cant beat the location if you came to ski. Close to park city resort and across the street from a grocery store, right on the free bus line so it’s easy to get anywhere without a car. The Wi-Fi is a little sketchy upstairs and a nightstand in the master bedroom would be great addition. Holly was great and even dropped off a pack n play late at night when she realized we had a baby with us. We would stay here again.

We had an absolute wonderful stay in this house. The house had everything we needed - a covered parking space, hot tub, cozy fireplace and living area, a laundry machine, even humidifiers that were so great as our little one was coughing badly. The open space out of the living room was such a blast for our kids which allowed them to play safely in the snow.
Communication with Holly was easy, kind and swift. Kudos to her for also helping us figure out a solution to stow our bags on our checkout day as we still wanted to ski that day.
Location was awesome!! Everything we needed was so close by - a supermarket across the street as well as multiple great food options within a 5 minute drive. Bus station near by that took us to Deer Valley, Park City or Canyons. We often split and so we used the free public transportation as well as a car.
