Welcome to our warm and comfortable log cabin townhome at the bottom of The Canyons access of Park City Mountain Resort. Awesome runs, fantastic powder, 7300 acres of ski-able terrain in the US's largest ski/snowboard resort.
The Canyons side of PCMR -- which spans nine mountains -- is known for the best backcountry and off-piste terrain in the area. Because if its size and 20+ lifts, it never has long lift lines. This is the resort of choice for locals, and the Cabriolet (open air people-mover) is only a short walk away.
Our unit is one of the few truly owner-operated units at Timberwolf Lodge. We go above and beyond to make you want to make our place your group's go-to vacation spot.
It is also a 10-minute drive from Park City Mountain Resort; 15 from Deer Valley (no snowboarders allowed at DV!), and is on the free bus route.
The 16th hole of the Canyons Golf Course is also just beyond the trees.
Great dining and shopping are less than 10 minutes in either direction -- Old Town in Park City or the newer family-oriented Kimball Junction and Tanger Outlets just off I-80. A two-minute drive gets you to the Canyons Village or the Waldorf Astoria.
Our townhome has two spacious master bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and TVs. Each room has a private, full jacuzzi bathroom. The master has a king bed and a 42" TV; the other has one queen and one twin bed with a 40" TV.
You'll find a gas fireplace downstairs in front of a comfy leather couch that makes into a queen bed. There is a huge 50" SmartTV in the family room, and you can use it to access Pandora, Netflix, Vudu, Facebook, YouTube and a bunch of other apps. There is also a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Free broadband WiFi is included (though there is no phone service.)
The unit has underground parking for one with a private entrance from the garage. There are additional parking spaces outside.
Two large shared hot tubs are right outside the front door.
This is not just a rental unit for us; it's our second home. We use it often and have taken care to appoint it and stock it for comfort and ease. Our goal is for you to feel right at home on your off-off-piste days so that you'll make our townhome your favorite place to vacation, year after year.

My family had a great time visiting Park City. This unit was perfect for us (a family of 4 including two preteens). Lots of space and yet close to everything. We drove each day to parking lot for skiing, which is only about a half mile away and took lift to slopes. My husband and son walked from lift to unit a few days as well (boarder boots are easier to walk in than ski boots!). Hot tube right in front of our unit was icing on the cake! We will be back!

We have stayed in TimberWolf for 4 years in a row. This unit was great, Owner provided more useful tips and help than the other units we stayed at. Unit is only a 15 foot walk to the community hot tubs, a bonus when it only 25 degrees out!

We enjoyed a fun week at Canyons!
This property was fantastic for our needs.
Nice layout, fun decor, had everything we needed.
We cooked most of our meals at the property - the kitchen was well equipped.
Location is great - we were able to walk to the cabriolet lift using the path between properties.

Nice townhome. Comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs a little small for larger group but good enough for 4 adults like us. Kind of hard to hang out in small living room. Needs a few more chairs.

Hot tubs needed better cleaning. One was out of order. The other a little dirty.

We had plenty of room with 5 adults. Kitchen was great and stocked as we made dinner every night. Hot tub was super close which was nice. We did not walk to the Cabriolet we drove. too far for us. Would go back as it was a great price.

Cozy getaway with easy access to the slopes and town. Prompt and easy communication with the management company in coordinating our visit and logistics. Very much enjoyed our stay.

The unit has good-sized and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, with lots of storage space and small but well-appointed kitchen. Garage was great. Insulation in unit not very good. The heating was spotty, especially downstairs, and more than a few lights needed new bulbs. Also need to redo light switches - not all worked. Carpet going upstairs could use redo. Sliding door to balcony did not open. Beds were very comfy but on final night, fitted sheet ripped. Manager was very responsive to questions, even on weekend evenings.

Reunion
We loved the condo - everything was just as described. The drive to PC proper was short and the drive to the cabriolet even faster. Sadly, the snow did not cooperate for us to have amazing conditions. Though the bluebird skies and 45 degree days more than compensated for the thin cover. The entire booking process went smoothly. The four of us highly recommend a visit and a stay at Delin’s condo. We are already thinking about a return visit.

Holiday Quiet
It was just my husband and our adult son and we had a lovely time. The unit location near the jacuzzi was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace was warm and cozy.

Perfect new year’s celebration!
The property was perfect for my family’s new year’s celebration! Inside was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We got about 21 inches of snow while staying at the property so the garage was perfect for loading and not digging our car out! We also enjoyed the hot tub a few times and it was perfect! My family had a great time and already asking when we can come back!

Timberwolf
We stayed almost a month and found the unit to be very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has high end appliances and is equipped with all a home cook could want. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean, neighborhood was attractive. And, Delin is probably the most accommodating host we've ever had.

Small hiccup with the refrigerator/freezer. Owner responded right away and was willing to do whatever needed to make it right. New frig is on the way. Very nice place - we would stay here again

Well equipped, very spacious for 2 couples. Grill and full size washer/dryer are a plus. Only downside is distance to ski-lift - it is a little more than a walk (especially in ski boots)... We ended up driving, plenty of parking so was not a huge deal...

Great family ski trip!
This was our first visit to the Park City area, and we were looking for a condo in the vicinity of the Canyons base so we had a bit more space than a typical hotel room. This unit turned out to be a great choice. The owner is very responsive to messages, and provided us with a ton of helpful information prior to our arrival. The unit has an attached parking garage which is extremely convenient for loading and unloading the car in the cold. We found the house to be very clean and and well set up for our family, with full bathrooms attached to each bedroom. We loved the gas fireplace in the living area. Access to the surrounding area was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed here for a week for a ski vacation and it worked out great. Super close to Canyons, easy access to everything else. Condo was really comfortable and well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This place more than met our needs and expectations for our family of 5 adults! The unit had great furnishings, plenty of space and ski lodge ambience, was extremely clean, and the perfect accommodations for a Park City getaway trip. The townhouse was perfect for our ski/Sundance weekend! We loved the proximity to the lifts and easy access into town. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect retreat

Great condo!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Very convenient to the canyons ski base area. The garage was awesome. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed but kind of small. We were disappointed that there was no outdoor grill. The carpet appeared to be new. It was nice and lush and very clean. We packed light and used the stackable washer and dryer which was very nice. There were lots of towels, but had to wash towels everyday because there were only 5 wash cloths...bummer but just a minor inconvenience. Owner needs to invest in washcloths and dishcloths. The jacuzzi tubs in both bathrooms were great. Both bedrooms had their own private baths which was wonderful for 2 couples. Would stay here again!
