Great apartment in a superb location. Amazing views over the Marina. Lots of restaurants nearby and an Asda . Number 7 bus is a stroll away, perfect for exploring Brighton. Can’t wait to return.

Half term stay
Everything OK. Great view.
Bit confusing to understand the parking - green and pink tickets etc but once understood all worked fine.

This apartment was suitable for 4 adults. It’s on the third floor but we didn’t mind the stairs……it makes for a great view across the marina.
Instructions for check in, departure and the house rules were clear and the communication with the property manager was excellent.
With 4 adults, a few more towels would be useful, especially as we were there for 5 nights. Extra pillows would also be great.
Overall a nice property in a great location.

The apartment had everything we needed: we could have used a manual for the microwave! - but we managed with everything else. The views over the marina and into the sea were fascinating & we enjoyed the undercliff walk almost ever day.

Excellent Quiet Location
Beautiful location, positioned in a quiet area but yet close to all the bars and restaurants. Also a great location to use as a base for Brighton itself, which was a great place to visit with many activities and a lovely beach. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed. We had a really relaxing week.

Perfect Marina Flat
This is a great flat in a great location, spotlessly clean, everything you need is provided, awesome views from the balcony of the boats in the marina. Photos of the flat are exactly as shown and we were not disappointed. We did have an initial issue with the gated parking permits but this was quickly rectified by the property management company. This was a last minute visit home to visit family and we were more than happy with the time spent in the flat, hoping to return again next year and would certainly re-book. Have no hesitation in recommending this flat.
