LOCATION It's the perfect location for those willing to visit the city and it's surrounding. 5 minutes walk from the Central train Station and the shuttle's bus stop to and from all city's airport (Malpensa, Linate an Bergamo Orio al Serio), so if you are coming or leaving by flight or train you won't need to bother with taxis or public transport. Your home in Milan you will be just a short walk away. Moreover Line number 1, 2 and 3 of the subway have station within walking distance from the apartment (maximum 700 meters) so any destination you are looking for is easily reachable from the apartment. DESCRIPTION Facing away from the main road the apartment is quiet and bright, and has everything you need for, a holiday, business or a shopping weekend with your friends. The apartment is located at the seventh and top floor (yes, there is an elevator) and consists of one spacious bedroom with queen bed, cupboard, and an armchair, one living room with sofa bed and dining area with TV set DVD player and a little sound system for your I pod, a fully functional, self catered kitchen with dish washer and a bathroom with a large and comfortable shower and washing machine. Free high speed internet Wi Fi 24/7 is included in the rate and the apartment is AC equipped. At your arrival you will find ironed linen in your bed and towels in the bathroom plus a bottle of water and some basic items for your comfort during your stay. In the apartment you will find a welcome book with all the info regarding the apartment and the neighborhood plus some useful suggestion for your visit in town like tips on where to go for a your first aperitivo in Milano. Moreover if you want to find a bottle of wine at your arrival or want some particular item from the grocery we can provide it at a minimum surcharge. Just let us know. NEIGHBORHOOD Located just outside the beating heart of Milan's centro storico (Duomo and Teatro alla Scala are 4 stops away with the yellow subway) with its business district and its famous shopping boutique of Montenapoleone (3 stops with the yellow subway) and adjacent to the emerging creative and design districts of Lambrate-Via Ventura and Isola. Renowned shopping avenues of Corso Como and Corso Buenos Aires are also close by and the neighborhood is lively, with cafes and groceries, and has many restaurants ranging from regional italian trattorie and Pizzeria, to oriental and chinese. Also nearby is the prestigious jazz club Blue Note offering live events and dining. HOW TO GET THERE From Linate airport shuttles run from 6:00 AM to 23:45 PM and stop in Stazione Centrale (4€/person, around 25 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment. From Malpensa airport: shuttles run 24/7 and stop in Stazione Centrale (10€/person, around 45 minutes).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment. From Orio al serio airport: shuttles run from 04:10 AM to 00:15 AM and stop in Stazione Centrale (5€/person, around 1 hour).From there it's a 5 minutes walk to the apartment . From Central Train Station (5minutes walk)

The location is good and price is reasonable, but it is not hotel you need to bring some stuff for yourself. The hot water supply is not stable and shower was terrible experience. In & out of the property was crazy because it required you to use 6 keys to lock/open 4 doors.

We were in Milan for 4 days and the apartment was perfectly located for access to Milano Centrale and the airport bus pick-up location. Tomaso was quick in responding to our questions. The apartment was spacious. The washing machine was great to use, and he provided a drying rack. The one small issue is the shower. The pressure was typical of what we found in other European accommodations, however, the temperature kept fluctuating. The shower would go from hot to cold and back to hot. Luckily it was hot in Milan during the time of our stay so the cold wasn't a major issue, but something to keep in mind.

We enjoyed our short visit to Milan, and this apartment was part of the reason. It is a short walk from the train (Centrale) so easy access to plenty of Milan sights. The elevator makes luggage handling easier as well. Hand off if keys went without a hitch. Thank you!

This property is nice.It is very convenient to the train station but the neighborhood is just a little sketchy. You are issued a set of 5 keys to get into the apartment and if you are not careful about shutting the elevator door it gets stuck. Our biggest discomfort was the consistent lack of warm water for taking a shower. The water heater is not apparent and the water was occasionally warm for seconds at a time. The bedside lamps were unusable possibly due to needing different bulbs.

Spent a week enjoying Milan. Great apartment in a good location, a few minutes away from the main station. Just as it was described. Very easy check in process, secure and comfortable. Highly recommended.

This apartment was great for us as we had a very early morning train to catch and it was very convenient to Milano Centrale. The apartment is comfortable and quiet! Tomaso was a great host and very helpful!

Spotless apartment with great natural light. Comfy bed, linens, and towels. Short walk to many public transit options. Manager was very responsive and helpful. No traffic noise, but the drone from the building’s elevator is really noticeable and woke me up throughout the night (my husband generally slept through it). Water temperature vacillated widely during every shower, even if no changes were made to the shower settings. Washing machine and dishwasher were very useful. Kitchen tiny, but functional.

If you are planning on touring Northern Italy, this is a great location with a short walk to Milan Central train station. It was easy to get around Milan via the Metro or to take day trips to Lake Como, The Alps, Venice, and Varese. The Tour groups meet at hotel next to Central Station or you can take train and go explore on your own.
The unit is somewhat small but it worked out perfect if you are on a budget and just need a place to sleep and shower. Tomaso is very responsive and provided some basic necessities for your stay.
This is a large city and has the expected large city issues especially around a train station with many people coming and going. But the overall location made up for it.

The apartment was pretty much as described. I had a few minor issues, but I just resolved them on my own. I really spent the bare minimum in the apartment, but I had to clean a bit before being able to be really comfortable in the space. Apartment is very close to the Centrale station and made it very easy to do my day trips. Tomaso was very pleasant when he met me for my keys and apartment instructions. He was also kind enough to arrange my early morning taxi to Linate airport.

This unit was fantastic for my mom and I. The unit was spacious for the 2 of us and had all the amenities we needed. Felt like home away from home! The host, Tomaso was very friendly and helpful!!!!!
It’s close to the train station so it certainly makes it easy to get around Milan. Or if you don’t mind walking you can get to most of the attractions within 30-60minutes from the apartment.

Exactly as advertised. The bed is fantastic, made for a great nights sleep! We loved the soft white towels. About 400 steps to Milano Centrale train station, metro terminal and the bus station. We did day trips on the excellent ( and easy to figure out) Italian trains to Lake Como and Bergamo. Tomaso is an excellent host, very responsive and had good suggestions about things to do in Milan. The apartment is super secure and has good shopping and excellent restaurants just blocks away. We ate at Rossi Matone which is in the block behind the apartment. Great meal, great service and super value….the complimentary limoncello after the meal was a nice touch!

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay and see Milan. Close to both the green and red metro lines it’s less than 15 minutes to every major site to visit.

The apartment definitely is a barebones flat, however it is comfortable, easy to get to, safe, and quiet. We had one issue getting into our apartment at one point because the locks had not changed to fit our new key, however our host was able to get us in and the situation was amended the very next day. I would say for a short stay and you want to be far away from the busy center and/or close to the central train station, this is great.

Lovely time at the apartment.
We came over for a few nights away and this apartment was excellent.
Tomaso was superb, very accommodating with our request for the early check in/luggage drop.
The apartment was very nice and had everything that we needed. It is also very conveniently located, being close to the central station (but there isn't any train noise).
We'd love to come back at some point

We had one issue getting into our apartment at one point because the locks had not changed to fit our new key, however our host was able to get us in and the situation was amended the very next day. I would say for a short stay and you want to be far away from the busy center and/or close to the central train station, this is great.

Good location near central station but far from the city centre for those really trying to experience Milan. Public transportation is close so wasn't a bit issue. Check in process was great and Tomasso was a good host.

First time in Milan
Lovely apartment with lift to the top floor. This was a romantic stay and it served that purpose wonderfully. Definitely spacious enough for the two of us and the rooftop views from the windows and balcony were pleasant day and night. Closet space, extra blankets, cookware were all appropriate and used. When arriving from the airport by shuttle make sure to orient yourself on the proper side of central station otherwise you may head off in the wrong direction when you arrive or wait for the departing shuttle on the wrong side as I did. For some reason we found the convertible couch more comfortable than the bed. And the only addition I would have liked would have been a microwave oven. As the weather was changing we couldn't quite get the living room radiator in gear. The bedroom one worked fine.

Good Location
A several block walk straight from the main train station in Milan. It was quite convenient. The apartment is unique and comfortable. It made the stay better. It has a cute and functional kitchen which we didn’t use but it was nice to have.

Lovely apartment and place to stay
It was a lovely spot to stay and great location to train station and bus station.
Only thing that could be improved might be having small or cheap toiletries in the apartment.

We were lucky to be able to bring our suitcases to the apartment earlier than the usual check in time which enabled us to go to Duomo Milano on a beautiful sunny day.
The apartment was compact but we were very comfortable and felt very safe there.
The beds were comfortable and great shower!
We went to Pizza Big as recommended in the folder and it was the best pizza we have had all week! More toppings than base.

Convenient to centrale station
Nice clean apartment in the convenient location to the centrale Milano station. Air conditioned bed room was very helpful to a hot summer in Milan! Surprisingly good restaurant options comparing to more touristic area. Our host was very nice and helpful for giving suggestions to restaurants and super markets.

I will be back for sure. Well appointed and great communication from Tomaso, despite my changing plans. AC was a big plus and the flat is close to city centre and train station.

Comfortable and well situated
We were so pleasantly surprised by the comfort and convenience of this apartment. It had everything we needed and bed (and pillows) were excellent! Very clean, easy to find, and close enough to the train station that walking with our luggage was no problem (and we’re old — over 60). Thank you, Tomaso, for the excellent setup during our brief stay in Milano. We hope to return!
