For a swim in the deep waters we invite you to take one of the kayak at your disposal to reach the crystal blue lagoon with its colorful corals and fishes (100m/ 330 ft distance from the house).
In addition to the above facilities, the villa offers recreational activities such as a Ping Pong table, billiard table, Boules and a barbecue.
Villa Moana is at a short distance drive from Atiha's village, a fishing hamlet where guests will have access to convenient stores.

We loved our stay here. It feels like the whole house is over the lagoon. We loved sitting on the deck with both morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Pool table/ping pong/kayaks were awesome for family fun.

There are very little complaints about the house, very clean and open allowed 8 adults to
Live together without being on top of each other.
There is no to very little beach from the back deck.
The location was good but the directions to get to the house are confusing.
We were also requested to bring up the garbage to the end of the road twice, once during the week and the day we checked out, which we found unusual.

Such a spacious, beautiful home with all of the amenities you could need or want. Stayed here with my family of 5 and the kids never got bored. Between swimming out back, kayaking, "trying" to fish, playing with the friendly dogs next door, chasing crabs, it has it all. Great deck to lounge on with coffee and a book, or a cocktail and snacks. About 15-20 minutes from the grocery store and most restaurants. But it's such a beautiful island, we didn't mind driving.

I think the property could use some odor eliminating paint in one of the bedrooms. But overall we had a good time, nice night time views, the pool helped us cool off when it was hott and our check in/out host was fast, nice and thourough. I would stay here again if I didnt mind being a little further from activities.
Theres no beach, but you can kayak, youll see black tip sharks, rays and lots of trigger fish which was cool!

This was a great place in a wonderful location. Easy access to everything we wanted to do without having to drive very long. Wonderful home that had great views being on the water as well. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The swimming pool was great, especially in the hotter afternoons, and then being able to relax to billiards or pingpong was great in the evenings. Overall a great place that we realy enjoyed.
We had some ants here and there, but if you kept clean they weren't a problem. Honestly, I don't know if there is a lot that can be done about the ants. But again, annoying, but not a big problem or anything that would deter us from staying here again in the future.

This property is wonderful. The master bedroom has the best views and bathroom. The BBQ worked great and kitchen had everything we needed except sharp knives. Cutting pineapple was challenging. All bedrooms had great air conditioning if you keep door closed and comfortable beds. It was great to have washer/dryer as well. Bugs didn't bother too much. Just one person got stung by a bee that was on the floor he stepped on. Highlights are feeding the fish and black tip reef sharks right off the deck (the fish love croissants and the sharks like tuna). Everyday we woke to sip coffee on the deck and had cocktails while we watched sunset on the deck. The pool was refreshing and even adults used the pool almost as much as the kids. Even saw some manta rays come up to the deck area. Lots of crabs and a cute dog from next door visited daily. Having a kayak or paddleboard is preferred to get out to swimming depth and snorkel the reefs. With good reef shoes you can walk right out to fish. The west side is the most relaxed and calm with less major hotels nearby and less tourists. Grocery store close enough for easy stock up trips. We ate most meals in the house at the large table and every night played billiards and ping pong. We never used the TV.
Internet worked just fine. New Year's eve and day we saw neighbors around bay setting off fireworks. Best excursions we booked were jet ski around lagoons, a trip to Coco Beach motu for lunch, and the ATV tour. We drove around the whole island several times to see everything and check out some good swimming beaches with soft sand. I recommend a rental car for sure to get around. The checkin and checkout process went smoothly and we didn't have any problems while we stayed. Laina and team are excellent.

Washer and dryer were very helpful!
We didn't stay very long there but we had a great time and my son who wasn't 2 years ild yet, was so excited about the swimming pool!
Lots of amenities, internet works fine and Tihina was very helpful about where to go and do around the place.
Highly recommande this place!

The home is beautiful and comfortable with just about every amenity for cooking meals. Exception being the fans (although mentioned ) DOES not cool off the common rooms at all!
We enjoyed the pool very much.

Perfect place but it should say that you can’t swim AT ALL at this location due to rocks and very low water

Wow just stunning in every way, the pictures are all accurate.
This was perfect for our family of 6. The activities for playing pool, table tennis, kayaking fantastic.
The swimming pool was beautiful, shade when you wanted it, the outdoor seating, hammock, dining all perfect.
The kitchen was well equipped, water cooler provided was so handy, saved purchasing water bottles.
Provision of a power adaptor was handy too for charging phones, laptops etc.
Every bedroom with air con was much appreciated, beds all very comfortable too.
A washing machine is great to have and a dryer very much an added bonus, esp as 2 of our group were diving every day and needed fresh and dried towels.
