Guests were highly impressed by the variety of activities available at the property, the well-stocked kitchen, spacious dining area, and the overall accommodating nature of Timber Moose Lodge.

We had our family reunion, 18 adults and 26 children, at Timber Moose Lodge and it did not disappoint!
The variety of things to do in the home was amazing;, from the huge bounce house, indoor pool, Lincoln logs galore for building with, air hockey, pool table, sauna, foosball... the kids were so occupied and happy it was great!
The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any of the homes that we have rented - they had everything. From knives and cutting boards, to crock pots and instant pots, lots of sizes of serving bowls, tons of plates, bowls and silverware, 2 huge pancake griddles and multiple waffle irons, we really found everything we needed to prepare the meals. Having 2 dishwashers was a game changer!!!
The dining area was so fun, one long table and 5 booths. Lots of seating for our group of 44.
I look froward to returning another year and highly recommend this home to anyone!

The house was even more amazing than the drone video on YouTube. Our group kept commenting how much fun and accommodating the house was. We’ll be back.

3rd time visiting TM. It is really the perfect place to take you family or have a retreat for work. Plenty of space and so many options to create an agenda for. Once you figure out how to get warm in the rooms, it is smooth sailing!!

very positive for all age groups. Late teens and early young adults were disappointed that access to bike and off road vehicles was restricted from property

We had a fabulous time at Timber Moose Lodge. There is something for everyone to do. We ranged in age from 8 months to 75 years and we had a blast! The lodge was a great place for our family reunion. We were 57 in number.

This was a perfect place for a corporate retreat. Lots of space for meeting breakouts and the views were incredible. We cooked all of our meals and the the kitchen had everything we needed. Really loved the game room with ping pong, air hockey and foosball. We held nightly competitions which turned into some great fun.

What a wonderful place to spend our family retreat. There is nothing bad I can say about this experience... every detail is covered in this place and it's amazingly family friendly while being very well equipped for any event planned. Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Can't wait to use it again.

My daughter was promised a certain amount of money to run away and get married. One day she sent me a text with a link to Timber Moose Lodge. My first reaction to my wife was hell no. Eventually we all agreed on a plan to make it work and boy, are we glad we did. When we talked about her running off to get married we weren't expecting to run off with her. My wife had said all along leading up to the trip she wanted snow. God did not disappoint. We had record amounts of snow fall for this time of year while we were there. The people who worked at the lodge were very helpful. I would rcommend Timber Moose Lodge for any event that has up to 65 people. We had 48 and there was more than enough room. I saw many reviews where people complained about losing their deposits. We receive all of our deposit with the exception of the 3% convenience charge for using a credit card which I knew about from the beginning. I could say so much more be it would not do justice for The Timber Moose Lodge. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to enjoy their Lodge.

This was easily one of the best adventures we have ever been on. We got married in Midway (the town next to Heber City) and brought some of our closest friends together for the weekend stay at Timber Moose. The pictures do NOT do justice to what we actually walked in to. This property is MASSIVE, and there was never a lack of things to do just at the Lodge. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to do a family reunion, work retreat, or just an amazing vacation for a large group of friends. Worth every penny!!

The perfect place for a family reunion. It contains enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large gathering, a great conference room for programs, superb recreational facilities for kids and a well stocked kitchen and dining area. The views are also superb.

Our company held our annual retreat at Timber Moose Lodge and it was AMAZING! We had 50 adults and there was plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the whole lodge is well kept and very comfortable. Plenty of places to congregate, eat, visit, have fun; event space for a speaker or other event was perfect. We just got back yesterday and are already booking our trip for next year to come back!

We hosted a 70th surprise birthday for my mom over President's Day weekend. We had 43 people including babies. It was absolutely perfect. All of the bedrooms are huge-- even the smallest would still be a large master bedroom in any other cabin. The common areas are incredible. Very large pool, lovely ball room on top floor ( When not used for an event, the bounce house is kept up in there. The children loved it.) The kitchen is amazing, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, large pantry. Huge fridge. Outdoor deck and views incredible. Everything was decorated beautifully. The manager/staff were extremely accommodating. We loved our stay in the Timber Moose Lodge. We will be back.

The place is huge! We had some babies and nobody heard the babies cry in the night. It was really clean and the property managers were super nice!

We took our family to Timber Moose to help celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was exactly what we needed as far as space for all of us, plus the amenities were wonderful. Our granddaughters (there's a bunch of them) didn't want to leave. Marcy was extremely helpful. We loved it all.

Our family (53 of us) truly enjoyed the Timber Moose Lodge. It is a comfortable and beautiful home. The owners answered a multitude of questions as we prepared for our visit. Marci and Dave were on site daily to help us with any needs. Excellent kitchen. Great pool!!

Overall our experience at the Timber Moose lodge was amazing. When we arrived the managers were very nice and accommodating with our needs. We had booked this venue for our wedding and couldn't of been happier with the outcome. The lodge provided more than enough rooms and amenities for our guests, including a indoor pool and hot tub. Everyone was very happy with the outcome and the pictures turned out great. I would suggest this place for anybody to come and stay, it was a great experience!

The Timber Moose Lodge was the perfect place for our family to celebrate the 60th Wedding Anniversary of our parents. It very comfortably held all 61 members of our family, with lots of space left over. The kids had a ball playing in the pool, jumping in the bounce house, and they loved the game rooms. There was plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat at meals, and the kitchen had all the necessities. You can't grasp the enormity and beauty of the lodge by the photos. Partha is who we made our reservations through and she was very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous get-a-way and would recommend it to everyone, you won't be disappointed!

We stayed for 2 nights as a family to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday and everything was spectacular. Beginning with the help I received from Partha throughout the booking and planning process answering my questions promptly, to Marcy and Dave greeting us and showing us the lodge and the amazing amenities, everything went as planned and Timber Moose didn't disappoint. Of course, the kids were ecstatic about the bounce house, the pool, the game room, and the bunk bed rooms. We had so much fun laughing, playing and relaxing as a family. I loved all of the fireplaces throughout that made it feel so warm, cozy, and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained and the kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance we needed. We loved being able to sit, eat, talk and play games in the main dining area, with the separate booths for the kids to sit and the enormous fireplace blazing. It was an awesome experience and we would have loved to stay longer and hope to visit again next year.
The only thing I would change is the number king sized beds considering 3 of the rooms are bunk bed rooms and most married adults don't wish to sleep in a bunk bed. Each of the adult couples would have preferred a king bed in a room with a private bathroom and the Nevada room has a King but not a bathroom. The Elk and Lake room are both large and spacious rooms, with bathrooms, that could accommodate a king, yet they have a queen. In my opinion, bedroom 9, the lake room, and 12, the elk room, would be better with a king since they are more like suites with fireplaces, bathrooms, and views. But, that is just my opinion since I was the person in charge of bedroom assignments, trying to accommodate 8 adult couples. There was, of course, plenty of room for the kids. Two of the bunk rooms went unused for our group because they all wanted to stay together in the large bunk room and the babies were in the port-a-cribs or hide-a-beds with the adults.
Also, we had 2 vehicles that did not have 4 wheel drive and had to park at the church. The church was really difficult to find the first time considering the instructions say it is outside the gate entrance. It is hidden off the side of the road quite a bit farther than "just outside the gate" and not easy to see when it is dark. And it gets dark in the winter at 5. A map would be helpful.
We had an amazing experience and created wonderful memories at Timber Moose Lodge.

We are a group of HS Alums from Wisconsin (grad.1965) that gather every couple years to reconnect for four days, play some golf and raise a little money for our alma mater. We usually have 28-32 guys. We’ve been all over the country, played some great courses…and stayed at some fantastic places. We’ve found that doing everything first-rate keeps the guys coming back.
We’re all over 65 now…and have been around the “golf trip destination, courses & accommodations” block many times. We know what “excellent” looks like. What we didn’t know…until we went to Park City and stayed at Timber Moose Lodge...was what “INCREDIBLE” looked like!
The golf at Soldier Hollow and Wasatch Mountain was scenic, challenging and simply wonderful…and the green fees a remarkable value. Snake Creek Grill in Heber City was a find for our group dinner out one evening. But it was Timber Moose Lodge that blew us away. "INCREDIBLE" by every measure...and by acclamation per all that attended.
The Great Room was a superb place to gather and relax…and the Wet Bar a perfect spot to share a drink while reliving shots from the days golf…or laughing till it hurt at the retelling of old stories from the days of high school high jinx. The Dining Area and adjacent Kitchen were the best we’ve ever enjoyed, perfect for our 30-man early breakfasts and stay-in dinners. The pool…the hot tub…the sauna…WOW!
We’re an “up late, and then up again early” group, so sleep was low on our list of things to take advantage of…which was too bad, because the bedrooms at Timber Moose were beautiful, comfortable and way beyond over-the-top. The web site pictures don't do the rooms justice.
BOTTOM LINE: If you’ve been lucky enough to find this web site, you’ve just “Aced” your search for the place to take your group...golf outing or otherwise. Timber Moose Lodge is a “Bucket List” kind of place…right up there with playing Augusta if you’re a golfer.
Simply writing a review seems a disservice to those of you who may be a group similar to ours. A review limits us in our effort to convey what a great place this was. The golf gods did us a favor when they introduced Timber Moose to us…and we want to return the kindness by urging you to enjoy the trip of lifetime here…as our “STILL CRAZY” group did in September.
We'll never forget it!
Best trip ever.
Best accommodations ever.

When we arrived at the Timber Moose Lodge the property managers were there to meet us and they were very nice and full of smiles. The lodge was clean and 100% ready for our church youth group. We had a total of 55 youth and approximately 10 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. We didn't feel crowded. Matt Evans, one of the owners, was very pleasant to deal with and was accommodating when we needed to adjust our stay date. Because of some schedule conflicts we needed to move our date from the first of the month to another available weekend later in the month and Matt was very helpful in making this change for us. We will definitely stay at Timber Moose again.
Sincerely,
Corey Daniels
