Nice and private, pool was lovely. House decorated beautifully. Situated on the edge of charming Cisternino with plenty of choice of bars and restaurants. Good area to explore.
The garden could have been better if weeded and the pool although beautiful was not cleaned whilst we were there. Beautiful property just a bit more regular maintainence needed.

Beautiful architecture and cute space, nice garden…memorable place..
There were 3 heaters available and once you wanted to turn them on at the same time it would blow off circuit. Annoying experience and you have to learn which one you can have on and at what power bottom ON. Owner should really address it and fix it

Good location, borgo is beautifully constructed.
Wifi was terrible and non-existent inside the apartments, only working outside. Lots of mosquitoes and no insect repellent in property.

Location close to Cisternino and other scenic nearby towns (Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello etc.) is great .... just battled with data dropping along the little back country roads and therefore losing Google Maps, and our way! But that is no fault of the establishment.
Although the days were beautifully warm, the evenings were cool and there were no blankets available. Our host did make a plan for us, for which we were most grateful! Thank you!

The place was beautiful, clean and the staff
was very nice and helpful.
There were no there were no essentials in
the kitchen such as coffee or olive oil or salt.

Very stylish private complex sympathetically extended around an traditional building. High specification building materials and fixtures and fittings. Lovely decoration, furniture and objets. Overall a soothing boutique-hotel-vibe. Fantastically convenient to visit all the key historic towns in the regions by car. Looking back on a fairly busy itinerary - the hours I spent at Borgo Santa Clara were genuinely restorative and harmonious. Lovely welcoming packet of fresh coffee and pretty terrace to sit outside. The bathroom was fabulous! Borgo Santa Clara is out / on the outskirts of Cisternino. There is an easy, quiet walk into town from the back of the property. Around 15 minutes. Or 5-minute drive.
I arrived after a long drive, weary and lost. I telephoned the main office and was transferred to the local office for specific guidance and arranged a rendezvous by the cemetery close-by - to then follow a lead car to BSC. Everyone I spoke to was super-friendly, kind, reassuring and light-hearted. A lovely welcoming way to begin a very enjoyable stay.

We found the outside area with swimming pool really nice, but unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good so couldn’t enjoy it too much. The bed was big and comfy but apart from that, the bedroom was quite poor in terms of commodities. The tv didn’t work, wifi in the room didn’t work, (just outside but with a very weak signal) and there was no cutlery/plates at all, which you would expect from a place like this given that it’s not an actual hotel and you can eat your food on the tables outside.
All in all, if you get nice weather and get to spend your time outside it’s lovely, but if you have to spend time in the room as we did, it was rather inconvenient.
The room was quite basic, no bedside table lamps, TV not working, wifi not working, no cutlery.
Our room was part of the bigger Trullo structure so we could hear everything our neighbors would do, especially when they’d go to the toilette as this was just beside our bedroom - not very nice.

Beautiful, well designed and comfortable place. Perfect size for a couple and really enjoyed our stay. Lovely pool area. Easy 15 minute walk into town so location is great.
Could definitely have used a sharp knife for cooking in our unit and fridge is really really loud when trying to sleep, otherwise no complaints.
