The Studio is located at Prevelly Beach, 10 minutes west of the main town of Margaret River and a 5 minute walk to surf and beaches. The front courtyard has stunning ocean views to surfer's point and it's just a short walk to the pristine waterfront including a gorgeous park, safe swimming and dog beaches.

Owned by a local artist, his quirky colourful artwork adds to the character of this idyllic beachside Studio.

Private and secluded with king sized bed, kitchen, dining, TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom. All linens and towels supplied.

Watch the sun go down behind the ocean from your front row seat or choose the serenity of the fully fenced back courtyard.

The Studio is a short stroll away from Sea Gardens and the Prevelly Park General & Liquor Store.

Well behaved pets are welcome - close walk to dog beach and exercise area 🐶

It is a large studio space, with a fantastic view out to the ocean. We had a bit of bad weather (which is nice to watch from inside). We will definitely visit again.

I thought this property was a great location with beautiful views. Julia was very friendly and helpful, the studio had every thing you needed including washing facilities. My little dog and I where very comfortable and had some great walks to the beach, would highly recommend this accommodation.

This is a lovely small carefree comfy space perfect for a beach side stay. Easy walk to pretty dog exercise park that is also adjacent a dog friendly stretch of beach. I loved my daily walks along the beach or on the well maintained track that follows the beach to the Gnarabup cafe. I like to cook and the small kitchen has whats needed. Julia was pleasant and responded quickly to my requests for help. A great rest and beaut spot. Not fancy but comfy very lovely.

Our third stay at the Studio, it's the perfect location and space for a few days with our large dog to visit Prevelly and explore the Margaret River area. Love that it's so close to a dog friendly park, the beach and easy walks to the local cafes. We will book again!

We found The Studio to be a fantastic place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The beach was a short stroll through bushland and there was a great little general store within walking distance. We loved the little courtyard, where we could sit and watch the sunset whilst having dinner. Perfect for couples to get away from it all. Highly recommended.

Fabulous location, quite close to the beach. The accommodation was clean and fully stocked with anything would need in a self contained. Utensils, cleaning and washing requirements did not need any! Would recommend it to any couple with fur babies.

Very good size property, and easy to check in. We stayed with our dog, and it was perfectly located with a dog exercise area nearby, and only a 10min drive from the Margaret River town centre. We loved the quiet surroundings and it was just a short walk from White Elephant Cafe, which was amazing for breakfast.

Excellent accommodation for a short stay in Margs. Dog beach and park a stone throw away from The Studio and the Sea Garden Cafe is directly up the street for food. Best thing of all...the place is dog friendly and very private and very warm and inviting. Ash

Lovely location. The studio was amazing with the beutifuul view of the ocean from the living area and a closed in courtyard to sit and have drink with cheese and bikkies and watch the sunset. Even our Aussie shepherd enjoyed the walks to the dog park and beach across the road. Thankyou we will be back. 😊

Spent an awesome perfect 7 nights at the delightful Prevelly Studio. It's got everything you'll need for a relaxing week of silence and solitude. As a bonus this time, we also learnt the history of the Southside Rebels :) And a big big thank you to Julia for (once again) going above and beyond!

The iconic location, beachside ambience and close proximity to general store and great cafe gave this stopover 5-star appeal. Only downside was not being able to extend for another day due to peak period demand. We'll try to book again more frequently. .

An amazing location to spend the weekend. The views from the front courtyard meant we could watch the sunset every night without having to leave the property. A short walk to the beach or general store, clean, lots of natural light and dog friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The studio has a phantastic view, it is nicely decorated with various artworks. It has all you need for your holidays. We loved the little patio and above all the vicinity to the ocean and the glorious sunsets. It was a wonderful holiday.
